We had an early flight from Terminal 2 but next time we'll stay at Terminal 1 and take a taxi to our flight. Hotel is difficult to find in terminal and a long way to drag suitcases from the bus. Even at check-in there is no one to help you. Lobby is gigantic, but not particularly warm and welcoming. There was some kind of party going on when we arrived-- it was in a ballroom off lobby and noise was terrible and we couldn't plan to use the restaurant because of the noise. Room was fair -- no f... I had to stay overnight in the airport for a business trip. I arrived in the evening and was happy to find the restaurant still serving. Happily, I got a good meal and great service from my server Gissel. A good experience on all fronts.

This is a really good overnight option if you are transiting to / from a long flight. It is right inside Terminal 2 and easy to reach from T1 via the Aerotren. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern with very good bathrooms and they have good junior suites with separate rooms and pull out bed. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a remarkably good breakfast buffet that would put many smart city or resort hotels to shame. If you are travelling between the terminals, be awar... Read more

We stayed one night and was perfect for rest one night. The room was clean and confortable. We had the breakfast included and was so good with fresh fruit and eggs, bread, coffee. So if you are looking for a place to stay only for transfer or to be close to the airport this is it. You walked from the exit of terminal 2 and the hotel it is inside the building.

If you need to eat at Mexico City Airport then this is by far the best place. Quiet, great service and wonderful food. We had grilled cactus and cheese starter, snook and steak, and a great apple strudel, all were beautifully presented and well cooked with coffee and drinks for 800$MXN. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for two nights as I arrived late to Mexico City and departed really early on my departure day. The hotel was easy for that and avoiding city traffic. The hotel was big, spacious, and clean, but didn't have a lot of atmosphere. I dined in the restaurant one night. The waiter had me sign the meal to my room. Two and a half hours later, at 11:00 p.m. after I had been sleeping one hour, the restaurant called to say my tab had been closed at the front desk and they needed to send someon... Read more

We stayed here for 4 days, and from the very beginning we loved it. The service was impeccable, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel even brought a small cake to our room for my son's birthday free of charge.

On a trip to Mexico I stayed in this hotel 3 times. Each time was the same. Check-in was so slow, and service in the restaurant was truly awful. It was not only horrendous language issues (mis-hearing Spanish, without asking for clarification - made necessary because our waiter couldn't speak English at all - not a logical hire for an airport hotel). Very few use it, most seem to stay there just for a few hours to sleep. The rooms are OK, but nothing like airport hotel rooms in some other citie... Read more

When checking in, I got a double room with one of those doors giving to the next room. These doors are 100% not soundproof. In the next room was a couple and I heard everything: television, stuff happening in the bathroom, discussions, love making, EVERYTHING. Of course they had an early flight and I woke up with them. If this wasn't enough, the other adjacent room had a guy listening to loud techno music until late at night. Only a call to the reception could eventually stop this. Even the brea... Read more
