Restaurants, Lounges & Bars

The NH Restaurant is located off the main lobby area and has seating for 187 guests distributed in tables for two or four persons seated at comfortable booths or chairs. The breakfast buffet features a variety of local and international fare, a fruit and juice bar, cold cuts and cheese as well as an assortment of pastries and breads. There is also a live station where made to order eggs and omelettes can be ordered. The breakfast bar is complemented by an assortment of NH Antiox garnishes. Lunch and Dinner is served a la carte and features Food Festivals during certain seasons and special dates.

I loved this hotel. Great staff friendly even though I arrived in the middle of the night. Rooms were clean and modern. Highly recommend if you have to make an overnight with an early flight the next morning.

Very convenient location. Spacious rooms, free wifi, walk to the hotel from arrivals... Located right above the T2 airport building. Amazing staff especially at the restaurant - Eduardo Trejo the waiter at the restaurant has been wonderful every visit. Very helpful and friendly service. Kudos.

I have on other occasions used nearby so-called "airport" hotels in Mexico City. But look no further than the fabulous NH, right there in the middle of Terminal 2. For around 100USD I got a superb room for the night, and had a very good dinner and breakfast in the restaurant (a bit extra, but not way-out). Sleep quality superb, check-in and out fast and friendly. The great advantage was not having to bother with late night or early morning airport shuttles!!!!. Highly recommend.

The breakfast buffet has a delicious variety of foods, fresh fruits and juices.It's definitely worth getting up early for! My Server, Eduardo Trejo, was extremely attentive and professional. The restaurant was very clean and the price was reasonable for the value.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It was very clean and it had everything I needed for my one night stay. This hotel is located in terminal 2 very close to the buses that take you to other cities like Puebla and Cuernavaca. It is situated in the third floor of the terminal. Simple to locate if you follow the signs. It's currently receiving some renos but I was never disturbed by them. I will stay again at this hotel for my next trip!

Love the fact that the hotel is just steps from the International terminal. Service is really , really class. Eduardo Trejo was outstanding during every single meal I had at the hotel. The service staff at the restaurant could not be any better! They have a sap where service was superior and treatments were very good. The hotels rooms were clean and neat.

This hotel is fine for an airport hotel, great location for flying out the next day. The rooms were fine. However I asked for a king and got a double, the beds were very small. Rooms however are very well appointed and sound proofed. The only real complaint was the smell of varnish throughout the halls and lobby area. It seems they were redoing some floors in a bar/restaurant? And they had just done some staining or varnishing.

Nice, Clean hotel; however, you may get stuck with a room very far away from reception, bar and restaurant area. If 1st time at this hotel, you will get lost; even though the layout is friendly, the signage is not. Very convenient if traveling in and out of T2 on early flights.

We stayed at this hotel as a stop over in a family room on our way to Los Cabos, Mexico. The rooms were pretty average, the bed reasonably comfortable and thus provided us a rest after the 12 hour flight from London Heathrow before travelling on the next day. The hotel was convenient as it was on the the Terminal and easily accessible.

A little bit expensive,is and excellent option, if you want to relax or have an early flight, also the music on the hallway start at 7 am so if you pretend to sleep a little bit more or are with jet lag use hear plugs. The toiletries are great. For the price they can add some robes.

This property is simply outstanding. The rooms are just perfect: spacious, large beds with very comfortable mattress and pillows and a large bathroom. It offers a good buffet breakfast with everything you need from cold cuts to hot companions. Despite it is nested in the airport, rooms are incredibly quiet and peaceful. The check-in process took about 20 minutes. Arriving at 1-2 am after a long busy day , finding a line of 6-7 people and a slow check-in process, is terrible. Besides that, the room was spacious, with everything you need and quiet, eventhough it is inside the airport. I just stayed before a very early flight, and it was really convenient to stay right a walk away from the terminal. I would like to try it again for a stop over, and get to know its perks a little more.

This was my 5th time in your property. As always, everything was good. My only complain this time is that there was not a hair dryer in the room. A big deal when you have to board a plane at 8:00 in the morning.

Stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover and were really happy with our choice. The hotel is directly inside T2 and can be accessed by elevators. The rooms are big & modern and also very quiet. There's also a food court in the terminal just where the elevators to the hotel are so you also have some options to get some food at anytime. First, the good: The NH in Mexico City airport has a super convenient location. Just take the elevator from the main terminal. I could not hear planes taking off, so the building is well insulated. The bed was comfortable. Now the bad: like other NH properties I've stayed at, the staff is mostly uninterested. Only 2 spoke English which seams crazy to me given its at an international airport. Good hotel need to stay on airport in Mexico city. Located directly on terminal 2 where are most of international flights. Rooms are comfortable with all necessary. Close to the hotel is food court of airport or you should use hotel restaurant. Within 5 minutes you should be on security check by walk.

This is my second night in one week I stay in this hotel. The first night I was given a deluxe room for $US 165 without taxes. My second night two days later I was given a poor conditioned room for $ US 175 without taxes. I don't know how they judge their standards. Why get a good room the first time and a poor conditioned room for more money the second night??????? Good airport hotel - convenient, clean. When you cannot avoid a long layover, perfect solution. The pool was a nice added benefit. The restaurant was good and service was good. We would choose NH Hotels again.

If you are familiar with Mexico City you know that the trip to the airport can be a nightmare and you have to be there 3 hours before departure for a check in. Due to the teachers union blocking the roads I chose to stay at a hotel the night before departure as I would have a 6 am check in for a 9 am departure. Stuck here with hundreds of other passangers waiting for our luggage for 2 hours. Barely made connection with airport personnel assistance. Luggage didn't make it. Most inefficient system I have ever seen. Choose any other layover destination.

The hotel is amazingly convenient in terminal 2. You forget you are at the airport since you cant hear the planes. Arriving on an overnight flight, i wanted to rest. I had a long layover in Mexico City, and this hotel was a fantastic option. The location is perfect - an elevator ride up on Terminal 2, it's the most convenient hotel if you're looking to rest and refresh from a long journey. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and modern. The breakfast is fantastic and to top it off, there's a good swimming pool and gym. Could not have asked for more from an airport hotel!

We were 6 people who were tired and miserable after missing a connecting flight in the Mexico City airport - we had to stay overnight, thereby missing the first night of our planned Ixtapa Club Med vacation. I really like this hotel. I stay here about five nights a month and I'm never dissapointed. Checking in and out is always easy and quick with a team of courtious receptionists at the front desk. Rooms are quiet and spacious, the restaurant is excellent and provides impecable room service at any hour. Top marks.

We had missed our flight and had to stay another 3 days so we decided to stay at this hotel because it was convenient, right at the airport. The hotel was very nice and the restaurant was great, especially the waiter Sergio Gonzalez, he was very helpful and very accommodating. The staff is very courteous and goes beyond most to assure you are happy and content. The restaurant is exceptional, with daily breakfast and lunch buffets, making it easy to choose menu items with the eye rather than the name. In doing business at the Airport, it is a very convenient location.

Arrived in Mexico City airport terminal 1 after a long flight from London. I knew this hotel was in terminal 2 and figured there would be signage suggesting how to switch terminals as they are 3-4 km apart. The only hotel signs in the terminal were for the Hilton, and no mention of the other terminal or its hotel save directions to the inter-terminal train. This hotel is located directly in terminal two at the Mexico City airport (the Delta terminal) It is very easy to find, and check in was super fast. I woke up and went to breakfast the next morning, which was very good; however, it was pretty pricey. Really pricey in fact. This hotel is conveniently located in the airport and is a great choice. Great staff, good rooms and good service. You can just walk out of the lobby, take the elevator down, and you are in the terminal.

It´s value relies on being the only hotel within Mexico´s City airport Terminal 2 . Ample quiet room, potent shower, average linens. TV channel showing departures & arrivals. For those who are traveling or just passing by, NH Collection located at T2 of the Benito Juarez international airport in Mexico DF is an incredible experience. My experience of airport hotels is that they are basic. This hotel is anything but! Conveniently located right at the airport in Mexico City, it is comfortable with a touch of luxury. The reception staff were extra kind & helpful to us at a rather stressful time & made a world of difference to our experience in Mexico. I had a layover at the Mecico city airport and was only staying for one night. I had booked this hotel because i was looking forward to using the steam room in the spa. I have stayed in all in-terminal hotels in MEX and this one is probably the better option, but of course the only one if flying in/out of T2. The room was modern and comfortable. The wifi was included and was good. Overall a good option for layovers.

When checking in, I got a double room with one of those doors giving to the next room. These doors are 100% not soundproof. In the next room was a couple and I heard everything: television, stuff happening in the bathroom, discussions, love making, EVERYTHING. Of course they had an early flight and I woke up with them. On a trip to Mexico I stayed in this hotel 3 times. Each time was the same. Check-in was so slow, and service in the restaurant was truly awful. It was not only horrendous language issues (mis-hearing Spanish, without asking for clarification - made necessary because our waiter couldn't speak English at all - not a logical hire for an airport hotel).
