This hotel is conveniently located in the Reforma area. Room is cleaned and breakfast is included with your rate. There is a shopping mill next door with a bank, stores, and different restaurants. Will definitely stay again in future visits.

Excellent location next to good restaurants As Bahio. Hotel is showing age on the furniture but it has a good service and security. Located next to reforma 222 a mall with all you may required walking distance to Angel statue and bars/restaurants. Many street food trucks to enjoy real Mexican food.

This hotel provided for a comfortable experience and is in a great location. No frills but still a great stay. Close to shops and on the happening street of Paseo de Reforma. Walkable to Chapultec castle and park and Museum of Anthropology. Extremely helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and that we were able to see the most beautiful sites in Mexico City. Highly recommend.

I just want to write this review to compliment Gema who works at the front desk. She is really helpful and has the best attitude, she is a very sweet lady. The hotel was really clean, great location, breakfast is pretty good. Definitely staying there again.

Location was good, very convenient and near some attractions. Liked it that it was right in Reforma, next to Reforma 222 ( a shopping mall) and also just a couple of steps away from the hop on hop off bus which was just in front of the mall. Rooms were clean and bed was pretty comfortable. Only complain was that as I stayed there for about 8 days, the breakfast was the same every morning except for one meat item which was either beef, pork or chicken, alternating everyday. The rest were the same... Read more

The location is great and that is all. The parking system is a nightmare extremely costly and rakes over 30 minutes to get your car even if you call in advance. Breakfast never be ready on time, if have in mind that is a business area, time means money, of course not the HIE Reforma.

This is an excellent choice if you are travelling on business or even touring around in Mexico city. The rooms are outstanding outfitted with large and comfortable bed and pillows. The upper floor rooms feature wide panoramic view to the city. The gym is small but with absolutely everything you need for a complete workout from cardio to weights training. There is a self-contained laundry room rigged with washing and drying machine, which is ideal if you are on extended trip and require washing y... Read more

Was in Mexico City for business; stayed over the weekend to sightsee. Got lucky when I picked HIE Reforma. Used my hotel points. Right next to a great mall; hop on / hop off bus stopped next door at the mall. Huge, clean, modern & quiet room. Very good hotel service. 4 star hotel at 3 star price.

Recently stayed here by cashing in on points. Great stay and a great location. Centrally located. Holiday Inn Express breakfasts are usually very good; however, I've been really impressed with the breakfasts at hotels outside the US. I have to admit that the breakfasts at hotels outside the US are 1000 times better...between Mexico City and Bogota, Colombia, those hotels really put US hotels to shame. I hope US hotels would follow suit. The hotel was very well kept, clean, nicely decorated... Read more

My second time staying at the Holiday Inn Express Reforma in Mexico City was just as wonderful as my first time one year earlier. I especially have to mention the housekeeping staff as my room was always clean while making sure they did not disrupt my sleep or privacy. I look forward to my next stay at this nice and conveniently located hotel.

Rooms are big and comfortable (bed mattress a little hard for my taste..). Next to Reforma 222 mall with great options for dining and shopping. Conveniently located near intersection between Reforma and Insurgentes allows to access downtown as well as finance district really fast. 30 minutes away from the airport.

We stayed one week here in our trip to CDMX. Price is good and location is perfect. Service is good. Special thanks to Javier for always taking good care of our requirements. Housekeeping service is too bad though. No attention to detail. If we used a paper cup, it stayed there the whole week. One day, I think they forgot to change the towels before cleaning the bathroom as the foot stains were there. The night stand was full of dust. Breakfast is free but is really poor. However there are to... Read more

Stayed in this hotel during July 2016. After staying in Marriott and Sheraton in the same location, i did not expect much from this hotel. Full marks for the location as it is situated next to Reforma 222. After checking in when i entered the room, i was amazed with the view and the room size. Very spacious and well equipped rooms. The guest area is not that big. So if you are expecting some business guests to come over for discussion, it will be hard to find any place to sit at the lobby. My ... Read more

It was my mistake in booking to stay there. It is basically a room only establishment that reluctantly serves a very poor quality breakfast washed down with weak luke warm coffee coffee, in a dimly lit room which has all the atmosphere of a boarding kennels with a loud tv. The rooms are characterless, poor quality bed linen, hard beds. Bad lighting in the bathroom, the shower had cracked tiles, badly repaired plaster work. The overall decor of both rooms was in serious need of being redone by s... Read more

I'm fan of the holiday Inn express on my business trips. This time I decided to use for a family trip in Mexico. The hotel is great. The people that work there were always nice and willing to help in everything. On thing that distinguish this HIH from the others is the complementary breakfast; they really try to give you something besides eggs and bacon. We were able to try some typical Mexican breakfast, which was really great. Finally the hotel is next to a mall called Reforma 222 which is ver... Read more

Great for business trip, well located and next to the Plaza which has a lot of restaurants and store. The breakfast is very simple, better to go the Starbucks next door. The staff is very helpful as well.

Above average Holiday Inn Express, with great location in Reforma with plenty of dining options walk distance! For Starbucks lovers, 3 locations within 2 block around. Check in / out processes were fabulous, however even with Platinum Elite status didn't got my room until 2:00PM. Rooms are very spacious and bathrooms well sized as well. A little disappointing on the bathroom amenities (variety and quality). In general, a quite, easy access, reasonable price hotel in reforma! Definitively will c... Read more

The hotel is right next to Reforma 222, a nice mall complex in the business district. The hotel has self laundry facilities which is nice. Good breakfast and good Internet. The front desk staff is a bit officious and not particularly helpful.

Very well located, helpful staff and the breakfast had some Mexican delights! Easily accessible from anywhere in Mexico City. Maybe you could chose a different agency ( and not from front desk) if you want to go for any tour. That was expensive and the driver did not know much
