I spent four nights at the Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe for work in May of 2016, and I had a wonderful experience at this stunning hotel. The lobby, restaurants, rooftop pool and Cielo bar were all outstanding, as was the 9th floor executive lounge. I also received exceptional service three exemplary employees. Judith in housekeeping took care of me during my stay. She was so polite, leaving me nice notes every day and honoring my request to not change my sheets or towels (for environmental reaso... This hotel was outstanding until it was time to check-out. We had done a pre-pay special where we paid approx $308 total for 3 nights at this property. Upon check-out, the hotel charged us approx $377 p/night. Karla at the front desk saw erased notes in our reservation about what we should have paid and ensured us it would be fixed, however, she had charged the full wrong amount of the folio to our credit card. Within a walking distance from Corporate Offices, good food selection for breakfast, superb attention for lunch buffet. Be careful to review your bill at check out since they usually try to charge something from the room minibar, and for some strange reason i have never been credited with the stay in the Hilton Honors programa in the last twelve months

My first visit to Mexico City had me a little nervous. Was business and I traveled alone Thanks to a fellow business associate and the Hilton, my experience was outstanding!! The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. The bell hop that helped me the first night remembered my name two days later. Small thing, but I was really appreciative of that. Great Hilton state of the art hotel. Service was exceptional. However, when asking for something which was not standard it was over complicated. The recommendations and tour service however was great, could not have been better. For whatever reason top roof bar cannot open in the morning, would have been nice for jet-lagged people... Also coffee is far from being optimal. Breakfast, however, is great, executive lounge likewise - Hilton standard. Would come again.

Stayed in one of the suites on second floor. Room was ample, cozy and well kept. Although the daily rate is closed to $200/day still there is not a complementary bottle of water in the room. The room service menu is very poor and does not have local food options - I found this amuzing and weird at the same time. Last night there was a band playing somewhere in the hotel until late and the sound was really loud at the room.
