This hotel is within the terminal that serves United Airlines. The terminal has plenty of options for eating and shopping. The room size is large enough for a hotel located within an airport terminal. Clean bathrooms and good amenities. One area that I found wanting at this location is service. I could not connect to the internet and the person who I called asked for my laptop manufacturer and flat out said internet is not working on Dell computers.

Everything about this hotel was pretty good. From the comfortable rooms and the nice breakfast. And is was very convenient for flights the next day. However, my room air conditioning was not working well (Room 206) and the temperature was stuck at 23 degrees C (about 74 degrees F). This is NOT a comfortable temperature for me for sleeping. I informed the front desk and apparently no maintenance staff were available to check it. Highly unusual for an early evening for a main hotel chain. A... Read more

This was the last hotel I stayed at after an exhausting week traveling between various Mexican states. Nice hotel with direct access from level 2 of Terminal 1 of the Mexico City International Airport. You can't beat the convenience of walking off your plane, going through immigration and customs and then right to your hotel room without leaving the building. Nothing really special about this hotel other than the location. It was quiet and clean. Nothing fancy.

This hotel really deserves an award for it's location. When you arrive from Europe or USA after a long day of traveling, the hotel is pretty much outside of costumes nearly 300ft away, it's a warm shower and a refreshing drink at the bar, that is open until very late if you are spending the night. This hotel it's at is prime the day you arrive and the day you leave, like that you do not have to worry about the Mexico city traffic that can only be compere to hell. Terrific staff, great rooms, great location in the airport. The breakfast buffet is fresh and plentiful, complete with an omlette bar. If you are a diamond member, they have a room that has beer and a few alcoholic drinks in the evening. You can also view the runway in the lobby area. Some of the rooms actually look out onto the runway if you can get one!

The Mexico City Airport (MEX) Hilton is wonderfully located. When I cleared immigration and customs, I was within 100 meters of the Hilton; the check-in for my departing flight the next morning was about 200 meters away. The room was everything one would expect from a good North American hotel. And there was easy access to all the airport restaurants. What's not to like? It is difficult to get around the Mexico City airport. So, if you are staying here for an overnight layover, you actually can spend much more time getting around between terminals than you would have spent taking a cab to and from your hotel. Also, at this price, you could stay somewhere like Los Alcobas in Polanco, which is quite simply one of the best hotels in the world. This hotel works great if you have an early morning flight. The staff is attentive and kind. I checked in online and my room was ready right away. The room was dated, but very comfortable. This is in Terminal 1, so make sure you look for the hotel in the right place. I am sure I will stay here again.

Very good hotel. Staff friendly and very helpful..The hotel is located in Terminal 1 at the airport in Mexico City and therefore very convenient. There are plenty of very nice shops and restaurants available so that if you stay overnight there is plenty of things to occupy your time. There is also a gym available but unfortunately no pool. An all around nice stay.

Hilton is located in terminal 1 at Mexico City airport. Easy to find and the service is really good. Large and quiet rooms, roomservice 24/7 and confy beds. They also serve breakfast but we didn't have time to try it. Would go again anytime.

We stayed at the Hilton Mexico City Airport hotel overnight. Our room was wonderful, quiet, clean and most of all comfortable! In the morning before checking in for our flight we were offered complimentary coffee and croissants. The staff here are always pleasant!

it's inside airport, so you can easily find it and don't need to rush if your airline is late. There is no swimming pool but with a small gym. One point is that we are easily to miss the road inside the hotel because maybe all similar room and narrow road.....at least, i miss for several times

Will not use again nor recommend. Noise from neighbors room through adjoining room door. Terrible noise from an unknown source at 4 am. Stayed here to be able to get good night sleep for an early flight and to avoid traffic. Poor night sleep here.

The hotel is too expensive for the price. Not worth it. I feel the took advantage of events in the area and increased their prices. They did not offered an alternative when I found out at check in that the hotel did not have water after 9 pm.

Look, it's an airport hotel ; an easy walk from terminal 1 or 3. The rooms are dated, but comfortable. It's a really good option if you have a late arrival or early flight. If not, there are certainly better hotels, and cheaper too.

We stayed here for an over night stop before an early flight to Cuba. As we landed in Mexico we were unsure how we would get ourselves to the hotel as it was too far to walk with our luggage. As we were walking through the terminal I spotted the Hiltons office which was near the rental car offices. The young girl on the desk was so friendly and advised if we waited 15 minutes the shuttle would pick us up. Spot on! I guess it would have saved us from stressing if we had mentioned the need for a ... Read more

I've stayed here twice now and what a great place. It is so convenient to the Air Canada check-in and gate. I arrived at Terminal 2 on the second part of my trip and the Hilton office was easy to find and the shuttle ready to go. The bartender is a very friendly fellow and a delight to chat to. Bed was very comfy and I could actually get the room temperature to my liking, not always accomplished in other hotels on this stay.

I was kept from my next morning's departure secure area so I was pleased to find a familiar brand and excellent hotel on premises. The room was well-appointed and spacious. The breakfast was available at 5:15 for early departures and the quality and selection were both excellent.

If you have a early flight the location is great . Check-in was fast and staff were pleasant. Room was on the small size and dated. Sink and shower were very slow to drain, water still in tub after 6 hours.

Excellent service, great accommodations, right in the airport, wonderful food. You'll be happy! The concierge and bell people go out of their way to help. Most of the staff speaks English, which helps, too.

I stayed here for a night last week and the set-up couldn't have been better. The location was perfect for spending a night between connecting flights. I had no troubles catching an Uber into and out of the city as well. Room was a decent size, great bathroom, perfectly quiet. Breakfast buffet the next morning was great. Zero complaints!

My partner and I stayed overnight here on 5th November, arriving early evening having flown in from London Heathrow ahead of taking an internal flight to Cancun the following morning. As regular Hilton customers, we had no hesitation in chosing this hotel for convenience over one a taxi ride away in Mexico City - and duly booked via the Hilton.com website in order to earn Hhonors points and get the best price (full pre-payment, non-cancellable). It wasn't until a couple of days before travelli... Read more

I was staying at Hilton Hotel Mexico airport on my way to Morelia in Mexico. One night and arrive late and leaving early. When arrive, it look good, very friendly staff at the airport taking me to the hotel. The room look very good, but some smell was in the air. Later in the evening I closed the door to the WC, the smell was to strong, like the system was not fully tight. In the morning I opened the door just to close it very quickly. I travel to Mexico City once a month. It is always a great experience when I arrive at the Hilton Hotel and meet its friendly staff because of their smiling faces and willingness to help in anyway they can. They are always smiling and welcoming to their travel weary guests, please keep up the great job.

This hotel isn't great and I think is bellow Hilton standards but is a good option for between flights stays or one night stays. Rooms are OK. With low natural light. Restaurant have few options but good. And you have plenty of options to eat just down stairs. Location is very convenient.

Very friendly staff. Great location for some of my business needs. Too bad the rooms/facility feel like they are in sordid need of a remodel. The quality and speed of the internet connection was poor. There were several instances when I could not send or receive emails. The front desk, restaurant staff carried the day.

Our long day on the road was immediately forgotten once we arrived at the lobby. We were greeted with friendly staff that helped with luggage, check in and offered cold bottles of water. Airport shuttle was arranged by bell hop with careful thought of transit time to support arrival to our international flight.
