This hotel is well located in one of the most relevant areas for business. Ask for high floors and castle view. Service is great and food at the restaurant or even room service in my opinion always is a guarantee. I also recommend the spa and the gym has enough equipment to work out. If you like to run just across the street you can find a park. In most of the rooms where i had stayed must say that rooms are well distributred and beds are just amazing so dont worry about your sleep it will be ju... Read more

Grand Fiesta Americana is in a great location, walking distance from Chapultepec Castle, anthropology museum, and Museum of Modern Art. The hotel is very attractive, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Grand Fiesta exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at the Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec for 16 nights while on a business trip. The staff made our long hotel stay nice, especially the gentlemen who works nightly in the lounge area. He was very nice and helpful. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous yet at times could have been more attentive. Our room was large with plenty of storage for the long stay. The tv was large with enough channels. We are not in the room very much so we had all we needed. The iron worked well. ... Read more

I stayed for a week (6 nights). Very decent hotel in Mexico City. Great park at walking distance. Room were very clean and functional. The wifi was working great. Which was important for business. The restaurant at the hotel was good, food was good with a lot of mexican staples that i discoreved with delight during me stay. The bar in the lobby was minimal and rather small. Except that, i appreciated my stay there and would go back there next time.

I was born, raised and lived all my life in Mexico City and you never really look at the hotel options, when you are in my situation, simply because there is no need. The occasion come to stay at a hotel, so we decided to stay in this hotel that has a great location, you are truly at the heart of Mexico City. Absolutely great view, you have the Chapultepec castle and forest just across the street; and walking distance from great places to dine, to party, concerts, bars, restaurants, theaters, mu... Hotel location is great, service is excellent, room size is very good,Breakfast buffet at hotel restaurant is very good with many options. The hotel has a lot of differed maintenence. Its located very close to the Anthropology museum, the Chapultepec Castle, Chapultepec Park, the Modern Art Museum, Reforma Avenue, and the National Auditorium. For shopping you are at the exclusive area of Polanco, where you can find many of the Rodeo or 5th Avenue Boutiques.

The Grand Fiesta Americana‚??s greatest asset is its location. Across the street from Mexico City‚??s Bosque de Chapultepec, steps from museums, and a clear view of the Castillo Chapultepec, the Grand Fiesta occupies a privileged space. The hotel itself is on the positive side of the ledger. It‚??s not the most luxurious nor the most basic; it‚??s not the most expensive nor the most economical. Along the value spectrum it feels just about right. I arrived just after 1pm. The front desk ass... Read more

Terrible service, not recommended. Rooms are OK. Staff is not competent. Slow service, expensive for what you get, you can get better food, better gym, better spa for a lower price with a betters service. Staff is super slow to attend requests

Not very fancy but a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the Polanco, chapultepec park and museums area. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed with georgeous views of the Chapultepec castle and forest. The large rooms are well designed and furnished with comfortable beds, a large desk and seating area. In room amenities. A short stroll to the museum of Anthropology, the Chapultepec Castle, Museo Tamayo, Art Museum and the festive Chapultepec park and gardens. Depending in traffic, the z... Read more

Hotel location and services are fine, however a reservation in person for a colleague that I personally confirmed twice at the front desk was "lost" no room was available and suddenly I could have a room at triple the price.
