We should have known, but unless you'd like to pay $100 to have your laundry done DO NOT use their service. Ridiculous. Otherwise fine place, we had a nice corner suite with a view. Pool closes very early, no view of the sunset from the rooftop.

Overall a pleasant business stay. Things are overpriced in the hotel (as expected), I recommend venturing out a bit to explore a short uber ride or taxi should get you the most places in the area. Pool closes really early.

The Hotel Galeria Reforma comes highly recommended. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Security is always stationed in the lobby and thought out the hotel for your safety. The room itself was very clean and well maintained, spacious and complimentary coffee is offered in room. The hotel is centrally located and it's easily walkable. The Reforma and Zona Rosa are are filled with shopping, galleries, boutiques, cafes and restaurants, bars and everything you'd need to stay entertained during your... Read more

The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Historic Centre, to the Museum of Anthropology, to the Zone Rosa, to the Poblanco neighborhood; the concierge recommended nice restaurants; rooms are quiet

The location is in a not very interesting part of the city, but there are a few restaurants, some shops and so on within walking distance. The room was a reasonable size and well-furnished and the bathroom was clean and perfectly nice. As others have commented, it was very cold in the room and it's not possible to adjust the air to provide warmth - but I contacted house-keeping and they kindly supplied a welcome - and necessary - heater. Wifi was free, but slow and not always reliable. The rece... Read more

We stayed only 1 night in hotel. Rooms are cold than expected in winter time. They don't have condition adjustment from air conditioner it gives only cool weather inside. Others was ok... I wish the reseption employee wil be more warm to people...

looks good, but the bar and restaurant were very average. Nice rooms. Breakfast buffet was not pleasant. too many tour groups all pushing for food. Management were not great. Didn't like the area, difficult to find a nice restaurant.

I was there for few days, and the location is the best asset of this hotel. The service is not bad, but honestly nothing to underline. I was cut off the connection for half day because they changed the password and didn't advertise it. The breakfast was also a messy process with waiting and signing paper even if it was comprised in the room fee. The room was ok but very "standard" and not very welcoming, but this is more a personal sensation. I would suggest this place because of the location... Read more

I was invited on a impromptu weekend to Mexico City. My travel companion took care of the accommodations, and secured our room at this very nice property. Mexico City is huge, and I was totally reliant on my friend to know the best neighborhood to stay in for a short, sightseeing weekend. The hotel is within walking distance of the main avenue in one of the several financial districts. Just around the corner from the hotel you will find a Starbucks, several restaurants and a few historical ... Read more
