I've spent a short week in this property, commuting to Polanco and back. Overall location was OK, and there were good options to dine out in the surroundings. Also some shopping if you need any. Plus it is on the famous Reforma avenue so if your agenda allows you can have a stroll along this large road of Mexico City. Overall in the hotel things were OK, nothing spectacular, but everything was working smooth.Maybe the restaurant is a bit small for breakfasts, it can ge crowded, depending of cou... Read more

If you want to be near the center of everything in Mexico city, than this is a good place. View from most rooms is good. Internet speed was slow. Pillows were hard. mattress in our room looked old but they did their best to add mattress covers. Lounge and bar we were nice. Restaurant tried to put out a big selection but food quality was average at best. We did love the breakfast on Floor 22. It was awesome and staff was very nice everywhere in the hotel. So if you want a good dinner, we recom... Read more

Clean, friendly, excellent service from the administration to the taxi driver who took us back to the airport (Felipe Gutierrez Martinez) who, for the asking, will sing Mexican ballads for you on the way to the airport!

A nice hotel in the heart of the city. Was reserved by company but I think it is quiet pricey. They could have found people some more staff with better english but not a big issue. Breakfast is nice. right outside the hotel is a stop for city tour bus, very convenient.

This hotel is a great choice, if you are planning on visiting Mexico City. I felt the hotel was very clean, safe, and had friendly staff. The area is great for site seeing, such as monuments & statues. Just remember to be careful with the the neighborhood(s) behind the hotel it's very shady and run down, try to avoid that area especially towards the later hours.

It was an excellent experience staying at the hotel. Located in central part of Mexico city. Nice room and great facilities available. Experienced staff with good hospitality. It has a nice restaurant as well and a coffee shop. Hassle free check-in and check-out.

The best here is the location, near to most of the best city landmarks, Reforma street, Revolution monument, restaurants, you can walk to pretty much everywhere, also shopping places are near, transportation is good too, private and public. This is an old place so don't expect any modern luxurious hotel.

I stayed at Fiesta Americana Reforma for a business training event. It has a perfect location. Restaurants and a few touristy sites are within a short walk. The lobby is beautiful and well maintained. The cocktail lounge is also well appointed. The rooms, hallways, and sports bar could use some updating, to be sure. That being said, everything is very clean. The staff in both bar/restaurant areas are extremely helpful and efficient. The front desk staff is helpful, but definitely not... Read more

I stayed a week in this hotel. The breakfast was very various and delicious with changing food. The staff is very nice making the stay even nicer. The only bad thing was the Wifi connection which made it impossible to work and even made it hard to communicate.

I stayed for two weeks in the hotel. I enjoyed very much the service level and people how they were sensitive with my vegan diet. It's not so trivial that and they made it. About the rooms they are ok. The gym is small and there is no pool. Maybe next time I will be there they will have a new pool....

It's a good hotel but with some flaws. On the positive side, the breakfast, the bars, the service. It's also very well located. Easy to get taxis and ubers. But the rooms really need to be refurbished. Old furniture, old bathrooms and very noisy. No minibar in the room. You pay 2,5 USD for the coffee bags (only 1st one is for free). Something else I didn't like was the fact that they didn't ask for the credit card and then expect you to pay everything (laundry, bars, room service, etc) every ti... Read more

I wanted to spend my golden birthday in Mexico city. The hotel was big and also my room was on the 18th floor. Great view of the city at night. Cab service was expensive and slow. I was locked out of my room on my birthday. However the hotel brought a nice cake, balloons, and hats, up to my room. Very nice and memorable.
