This restaurant is a gem in Mérida hotels. Great service and nice ambience. The foods are so unforgettable in a positive and creative way. This is not the first time we visited. But the fried Brie cheese is totally blasting in my mouth. So delicious. Stopping eating it becomes a challenge.

I stayed at the Wyndham recently on a short break to Merida, it was a very pleasant surprise to say the least! The rooms are clean and modern and offer ample room, very friendly and helpful hotel staff, and very centrally located. I can´t recommend this hotel enough!

The Hotel itself it's a nice Colonial style building. They should train better staff at front desk. Check in and check out was delayed because staff was not 100% trained or aware about procedures. Room with a nice space, but definitely with lots of details like walls and blankets with some dirty spots. My working chair was broken so it took almost 30 minutes to replace it. Excellent therapist at the Spa her name is Damarys. Very profesional. Location close to downtown.

We stayed at the Wyndham Merida January 17th-20th and had a such a great experience we returned to spend another night before flying out of Merida. We had a great room overlooking the courtyard. We were greeted upon arrival by very friendly staff who were very accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Good wifi throughout the hotel. The hotel is about 4 blocks from the Paseo de Montejo, the beautiful main avenue with beautiful buildings, shops and cafes as well as a Walmar... Read more

We stayed at Wyndham suites for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, and kind. The rooms were very clean with modern amenities. The AC worked wonderfully, which can be a God send in Merida's heat. They allowed us to check in early and we were greeted with a delightful sweet treat on the desk upon arrival. The hotel has a small, but beautiful pool in the central courtyard which is the perfect way to relax and refresh in the afternoon. ... Read more

Staff was very attentive, but the highlight of our stay was the spa at the Wyndham. Damares was excellent, and helped ease all of my wife's stress. It was the best massage she ever had! Restaraunt offered huge portions, and the staff was very friendly. Housecleaning was also excellent.

Stayed 2 nights over New Year. Room (411) is a double bed room on the top floor overlooking the inside courtyard that has a small pool. The hotel feels like a smaller, boutique property, and is a short cab ride or UBER to the Central Square. The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was clean.

The location is not good nor bad, it is close to downtown however it is not walking distance. You have to take a cab or probably a bus, but we chose to take a cab, it is quite unexpensive to do so. The hotel is pretty good, the check in was quite fast, they took us to our room in the first floor as requested, we had a nice and confortable king size bed, the bathroom is quite large, AC working properly. They have a small pool, the water is not heated but honestly it would be uncalled that it was... Read more

I strongly recommend this hotel as a business stop and as couples that want an affordable and very comfortable place. Rooms are very nice, lots of room, the bathroom and shower are large. The pool and public places are very small and we did not use them but they seem very nice too. The concierge at the hotel help us with a couple of amazing tours to Uxmal.

We were here on business for 5 days and enjoyed the hotel... The rooms were clean with great wifi and flat screen tv's..The location was in a very nice area just a short walk from the main areas... The restaurant food here was very good and not expensive.. If you stay here you must check out the cafe nextdoor called "OMG Cafe".. we would walk over for our morning coffee and post dinner coffee and dessert.. the owner was very nice and the coffee and quiche was excellent!
