We transferred to this hotel from El Cid Castilla and the difference was astonishing. Inn at Mazatlan had better rooms, nicer staff, better views, you name it it was better. We really enjoyed the Junior Suite and everything worked perfectly. I definitely recommend this resort.

We love the Inca building and listening to the waves crashing the shore. We stayed in a spacious 1-bedroom suite. Kitchen had everything we could have needed too, but with the delicious food at the restaurant on the property who would want to cook?!

We've been coming to the Inn at Mazatlan for over 15 years. We are never disappointed by the staff and facilities and this visit was no exception. As usual from the moment we were greeted at the door, until the time we left, the accommodations and service was excellent.

I have been vacationing at the Inn at Mazatlán for approximately 26 years. I continue to choose to stay at the In at Mazatlán because the staff is incredibly kind, fun, accommodating, professional and beyond reproach. The ocean front property is immaculate....each time I visit additional upgrades have been added. The restaurant, El Papago, is well deserving of its many awards....the food and drinks are spectacular with a breath-taking-beautiful presentations...all the amenities one could ho... Read more

On May 2016 my husband, my 9 years old daughter and me stayed three days at The Inn at Mazatlán. The property is beautiful, front beach, lush gardens, two great swimming pools. The lobby is big, simple; the staff was very friendly and efficient. LOCATION: Great location on the ??Zona Dorada?? for beach lovers. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops at walking distance. ROOMS: We stayed at room 2104, this is a Luxury Suite, it has a separate bedroom with two double beds and bathroom, A/C, kitchen... Read more

My wife and I chose to visit Mazatlan for our anniversary trip, after reading reviews I felt like The Inn may be right for us. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Manuel and knew we chose the right place. Manuel took our bags to the room and showed us every thing. He called us a taxi when needed too, unbelievable service! The concierge Adrian was very helpful in booking our excursions and any other questions we had. Elizabeth kept our room spotless daily! This was one of the most enjoyable... Read more

The hotel was located in a great location on the strip with ease of walking to many restaurants. The hotel rooms were a little dated but made up for it with space. The beds were very comfortable. Cleaning staff did a great job with the room daily with no complaints. The staff was very courteous and helpful when needed. There are a few options as far as restaurants go. The breakfast buffet was decent with made to order omelets and burritos. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The beaches were a ... Read more

The hotel is in a great location close to many different restaurants and other hotels. From here, there is easy access to Old Mazatlán-- an 80 peso ($5), 15 minute pulmonia ride along the beachfront (malecon). The hotel rooms, we had a junior suite, are spacious and comfortably furnished. The Kitchen is well supplied if you choose to cook any meals. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and service at the pool restaurant is very good as well as reasonably priced. I found the mar... Read more

We stayed one night only, mid week, and found the hotel very comfortable. We had a junior suite, which included 3 double beds (not Queen) and one of those beds was a pull-out type in the living room/kitchenette area. There were two bathrooms and a balcony with a marvelous view. The kitchenette was tiny bit full appointed. There was a small fridge that didn't fit in the space and made it that much more cramped. The grounds are kept very clean and there is a patio bar that is nice. Service ends ... Read more

My family and I didn??t have any lavish expectations, we just wanted a clean and comfortable place to stay. The Inn met our needs. The staff is the best part of the stay, they make you feel welcome and they truly go out of their way to ensure you have a memorable stay. However, if you??re not in the market to buy into a timeshare, you must resist their ??free?? breakfast offers. The breakfast is free of money exchange but they can??t give you back the time you spend saying no to the timesha... Read more

My room was on the third floor yet I still got a beautiful view of the ocean. It's very convenient to be near the sea just in case you're maybe tired of the salty water getting in your eyes in the ocean and simply want to enjoy the pools the hotel has to offer. Security is top notch as every guest no matter what age receives a wristband at check in to ensure no outsiders try to get into the pools. The shower head is only a few feet from the hotel pool to wash off the salt water from the sea. Hot... Read more

Our family (age 9 to 72) love this resort. It's hard to beat the location, right at the beach where you get quiet and privacy of you stay on the property, and shopping for jewelry or food from locals if you step foot on the beach. We are treated like family when we arrive and the food at the resort has consistently been excellent. We are picky eaters and it's delicious and we always feel healthy after eating there. Can't wait to come again. Very comfy beds and rooms.

We have friends who own a timeshare at The Inn and we occasionally join them. The beach side restaurant is a hit, and there are several other eating venues within a short walking distance on the beach. Possibly the funnest part of visiting Mazatlan is riding in the "Pulmonias" which are open style taxi cabs. They usually come with flashing lights and loud music, and we often would sing along as we made out way to our destination. I also consider the so called gold district to be safe.

This was my first time at Maztlan, the Inn at Mazatlan is a clean and cossy place, my room was a ocean view, very nice with a very good air conditioning system. I traveled the first week of september and the temperature has so hot, days and nights so air conditiotioned was a must. Pool is good but not great, no bar at the pool, sometimes feel crowdly because there are no seats near the beach. At this point, I would say that is difficult to get into the beach, have to take huge steps to get down ... Read more

I visit Mazatlan very year and stay at the INN. The Personnel at the Inn is very friendly. They are like family. They know you by name. Everyone is very personable. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had issues with the A/C and it was fixed within the same hour that I reported it. I was very pleased with the quickness of the maintenance team. Lovely resort in a great location. Restaurants, shopping, taxi and bus a right out the front door. Amazing staff. We were on the 15th floor and had a huge suite with an incredible view on a 2BR exchange with RCI. Many owners here that we recognized from last year. New owners have taken over and they will be doing new construction after taking down a couple of buildings. The Inn at Mazatlan on the Beach is one of the smaller resorts on the Golden Zone but is THE most friendly, courteous, respectful, and helpful place to stay. The rooms and public areas are clean and nicely decorated. The couch in the 1-BR was not the most comfy but who needs inside comfort when you can lounge by the ocean with a beautiful drink and walk the fabulous beach! Ask for a center room above the 8th floor as the street noise continues until midnight or later.
