We transferred to this hotel from El Cid Castilla and the difference was astonishing. Inn at Mazatlan had better rooms, nicer staff, better views, you name it it was better. We really enjoyed the Junior Suite and everything worked perfectly. I definitely recommend this resort.

Overall we were pleased with our vacation at this resort. We normally stay at larger resorts with multiple pools/restaurants/bars etc, so only having one restaurant and bar took some getting used to; however the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of every day. Juan, Luis, Edwin and German are just a few that contributed to our overall enjoyment of this resort. As others have stated the resort was situated in close proximity to walk (or $5 taxi) to other restaurant... Read more

Our experience was excellent. Twelve floor views are amazing - It is a perfect location. I must comment on my observations of the staff. I was an early riser in our group and would sit on the deck and watch the staff start early to clean, scrub, sweep, water, prune and prepare for the day ahead. They all work so hard to make the facility sparkle!! Everyone was a pleasure to interact with. I would recommend this to anyone looking to be in the heart of action both day and night. I really liked th... Read more

As always, the staff were exceptional. We have visited enough times that we think of many of them as friends and family. We appreciate that most have been there for many years. This speaks volumes about the Inn. Thank you, Luis, German, Elias, Rafael, Manuel, Antonio, Omar, Juanita... you make our visit special every time!

We spent 10 days at the Inn at Mazatlan (March 8-18). The weather was good except we thought it cooled down at night, which brings us to the hot tubs. The hot tubs were not warm enough to use in the evening when we would have liked to use them. We did use them a couple times during the day when they were OK. This has been mentioned in other reviews. We booked a Junior suite and when we checked in they gave us a one bedroom suite with two bathrooms on the fifth floor of the building closed t... Read more
