Traveled to this resort Jan 8th to 15th 2017. Went with another couple the room we had was on the 9th floor over looking the beach the view was beautiful and our rm was beautiful and clean. We didn't do the all inclusive option here but there was many options to eat off the resort however we did do happy hr at 4pm where the drinks were 2 for one and they were good and well priced my husband and I did go for breakfast one morning and the food was good. They had a real nice warm pool that was not ... Read more

I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 just because there were a few little glitches with our stay but nothing really big. My sister and I had such a relaxing and wonderful time at the Inn. From our top floor suite (1601), we had such a beautiful view and suite that we were temped to just stay on the terrace our whole vacation. Luckily we did not. We enjoyed the people, the restaurants (as well as a few of the just off the street outside such as "FISH". Great food, friendly service). Since we had... Read more

We stayed at the Inn at Mazatlan for a week. The location and the beach are great. We got a very old and dated room and then we moved to a new and renovated room. There were not enough lounge chairs for all the guests. There is no place to hang wet clothes in the room. There was a problem with the hot water and we were given a room to shower with hot water. The room was clean. There is no safe in the room and we were given a safe in the office. There is free wifi. The timeshare people were very... Read more

We have stayed at different resorts in Mazatlán over the years, but were never quite satisfied enough to consider returning to any of them. The Inn at Mazatlán was our latest try. A major selling point was the location in the Golden Zone, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and shops and a quick pulmonia ride to Plaza Machado. The positive reviews from fellow travelers sealed the deal. We found The Inn to be an exceptionally friendly and comfortable place. Our room in the tow... Read more

Love this hotel location and the bellmen and restaurant staff. Checking in seems to always be an issue. Make sure you have copies of your confirmation and any other supporting documents. Once that was worked out, I waited and waited and waited for the room to be clean. Suggest they are more realistic with the time and offer a welcome drink at the restaurant for the wait. Extremely disappointed that the gift shop is gone. They had a nice assortment of gifts, drinks, clothes and silver jew... Read more

Have come here for years because of the value for the dollar, location, friendly staff and excellent food. Best value in town! Staff very helpful and knowledgable about restaurants and activities in town. Great area for walking and certainly feel safe in this area of town. Easy ride to the airport.

We've been going to the Inn annually for 15 years now. What makes this place so great to visit is, first of all the location is wonderful - right on the beach, and close to the "golden zone". Some of the rooms are older, and hopefully, will be getting updated soon, but the staff works very hard to keep everything very clean. We thoroughly enjoy Luis, our favorite waiter out the by pool, but unfortunately this time, he was moved to the back area most of the time we were there, so didn't get to ... Read more

The Inn at Mazatlan on the Beach is one of the smaller resorts on the Golden Zone but is THE most friendly, courteous, respectful, and helpful place to stay. The rooms and public areas are clean and nicely decorated. The couch in the 1-BR was not the most comfy but who needs inside comfort when you can lounge by the ocean with a beautiful drink and walk the fabulous beach! Ask for a center room above the 8th floor as the street noise continues until midnight or later.

We did not stay here but our friends did. We were over to visit on several days. The Inn was always clean and the staff very helpful. Their room was always clean. The pool area was clean as well as the pool. We didn't do anything else at the Inn at Mazatlan other than visit and hang around the pool.

Lovely resort in a great location. Restaurants, shopping, taxi and bus a right out the front door. Amazing staff. We were on the 15th floor and had a huge suite with an incredible view on a 2BR exchange with RCI. Many owners here that we recognized from last year. New owners have taken over and they will be doing new construction after taking down a couple of buildings. We didn't do the timeshare presentation so don't know more details and it is Mexico so who knows. Food was great but slo... Read more
