In September I stayed there a week. The food was good, the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, nicely decorated, and had TV, WiFi, and often views of the pool or ocean. The pool was a huge horseshoe and kept clean - beach towels for guests. Chairs and umbrellas were put out on the sand each day for guests. Surf was heavy when I was there, so the warm water ocean was not the best for swimming.

We arrived early and were upgraded to a suite and given our keys right away! The suite was modern and the entire resort in great shape, obviously having undergone many recent upgrades. The pools were beautiful, although a bit cool this time of year. Being on the ocean was wonderful and we could see and hear the ocean from our suite. We enjoyed a refreshing swim in the ocean. The bedding and towels were luxurious and the room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was l... Read more

The hotel room was clean with comfortable bed and had a kitchenette with microwave, coffemaker, blender, toaster, small fridge and utensils wich was very convenient for us, very close to MEGA big supermaket, walking distance to restaurants, banks and shops, clean beach and nice clean swiming pool. An overal nice experience.

When the hotel nextdoor advised us to go to the Ramada for use of the beach and pool for the day (playa mazatlan must not have wanted our money!), little did we know that we just received the best advice ever. Ramada's beach was pristine, the pool was so fun, and the beach-side restaurant served the best meal we had during our stay in Mexico. They didn't charge us for the use of their beach and facilities....only asked that we buy lunch there. This Saved us a bunch of money and we had the best d... Read more

The place has its own beach which makes it very convenient. The front desk was able to accommodate us with a suite when we only had paid for a regular room, which was nice of her. The staff wasn't very friendly, nor cordial. they weren't rude but, they weren't nice EITHER. it seems like almost all of them were in a bad mood. Compared to other resorts I've stayed in mexico this one needs to work on customer service and people skills. Its not a super fancy place but i liked it it wasn't crappy eit... Read more

Ive stayed here many times we had an upgraded suite everytime, its a quick nice trip for a taste of Mexico Beach Cheer and back. I love this resort and love it so much this was my third time. This place has the best Breakfast Buffet and Views in the city. The nightlife here is casual fun also, I just love it. Brings back many fun memories and always a great place to make new ones. Central Location easy totally enjoyable do it book it , enjoy, fall in love, get sand in your feet come home wi... Read more

The hotel might be a good place to stay with friends or small children since the "Banda" music play's all day long, and the night club on one side of the building plays loud music until 3am, but I don't recommended if you ate treating to have a nice quiet and peaceful time.

We stayed a week on a timeshare exchange and found a mixed bag. Compared to other timeshares, this resort was subpar. Furnishings were meager, no stove or oven, no full size refrigerator, minimal plates and dishes, no laundry. These are all standard in timeshares and we were disappointed. On the other hand, the staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and the grounds were in great shape. The hotel is in a perfect location, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. We found the price of... Read more

Clean excellent location on the beach in Golden Zone. Rooms are clean and well kept. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This was our sixth time staying there, and we will continue to stay at Ramada when in Mazatlan.
