We stayed at the Ramada Resort Mazatlan for 10 days and just loved it. The beach is perfect, with nice sand and a sea that is quiet enough for good swimming. With the thatched umbrella and lounging chairs, it felt like being in a Corona's tv ad. The pool is also very nice. The resort fills up during the weekend but from Monday to Thursday, you have the beach almost to yourself. I have seen a lot of complaints on TripAdvisor about the noise. Indeed, there is a bar on the facility and another on... Read more

Great location if you lije the zona dorada. We stayed there for 3 nights in 6 rooms Thursday thru Sunday. Beach is close to the rooms and big. Not noisy at night, you get free entrance to the hotel's bar Oyster, mix between locals and foreigners. I would recommend Nancy at the Front desk to get a customer service training. Accidentally forgot the keys at our rooms and she gave us a hard time. We get our keys and they did not worked at our doors, we had to get to the lobby once again. Next day sh... Read more

Clean excellent location on the beach in Golden Zone. Rooms are clean and well kept. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This was our sixth time staying there, and we will continue to stay at Ramada when in Mazatlan.

We stayed a week on a timeshare exchange and found a mixed bag. Compared to other timeshares, this resort was subpar. Furnishings were meager, no stove or oven, no full size refrigerator, minimal plates and dishes, no laundry. These are all standard in timeshares and we were disappointed. On the other hand, the staff was super friendly, the rooms were clean and the grounds were in great shape. The hotel is in a perfect location, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. We found the price of... Read more

The hotel might be a good place to stay with friends or small children since the "Banda" music play's all day long, and the night club on one side of the building plays loud music until 3am, but I don't recommended if you ate treating to have a nice quiet and peaceful time.
