We have been coming to Pueblo Bonito for over 10 years and have an extraordinary time. The service is exemplary, accommodations are always great and the food is great. Each year we are amazed on attention to detail and think it can't get much better. Each year we are surprised it absolutely gets better. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are clean and well taken care of. The staff is ready help in any way Gabby and Claudia were great explaining the time share system so we can better util... Wonderful old-world charm hotel with a comfort feature that can't be beat. We stayed in a luxury suite on 4th floor and the view was spectacular. Food and drinks were wonderful too. The suite could use a little updating but it was truly comfortable and quaint--we all loved it. Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay seemed to be a much larger fancier resort but very very nice. The hotel is only 5 stories high. It is a bit older but it has lots of charm. The beach is the best beach. Long, flat and shallow. Great for walking. Great for beginner surfers. Only two dinner restaurants but the food was always good. Within walking distance of other places to eat, or take a bus or taxi downtown and there are lots of amazing restaurants down in Centro. Some staff are fantastic, others not so friendly. Only issue we had was trying to get a place to sit on the beach. People would... Read more
