We have stayed at Pueblo Bonito Cabo and so were knowledgeable of good the resort could be. Location is great and they have a shuttle service to their other location from where one could explore downtown Mazatlan. The concierge staff is beyond excellence and Martin there is waiting to please you with his help. He and others there have info on restaurants and sights to see. We did the tequila tour and La Noria with a private company-Mr. Jose Osuna--not satisfactory at all. The restaurant on site ... Read more

As owners of a tiny share of this grand resort north of Mazatlan, we have been going every other year for two weeks. We traded to visit Pueblo Bonito in Cabo two years ago, but preferred to return to our old favorite. We took the all-inclusive for both weeks, but might recommend others leave a few days open for dining in the city. They have some great eateries. We liked the Bistro for breakfast as it was sit-down service as opposed to the buffet at the big La Cordeliere. Everything is fine at a... Read more

From arrival to departure this resort does not disappoint. Friendly staff makes every effort to make your stay memorable. Activities for those that want to participate at the main pool. Quite adult only pool for those that want to be away from the children and activities at main pool. Excellent dining at all the restaurants and grills. 24 hour room service. All-inclusive option available for those that want to partake in the alcohol probably a good deal.

We took a family vacation to PB Emerald Bay for spring break this year and had a nice time. We had been to PB Sunset Beach in Cabo, so we thought we would try Mazatlan. Here is a recap of the pros and cons of this resort. Positives: - Nice family pool area with easy access. - Very friendly and customer oriented staff...especially at the pool. - Semi-secluded location within Mazatlan kept the crowds lower. Downsides: - The room was a little worn and could use an update. - Food was adequate, ... Read more

I visited Emerald Bay last week and just love everything about it. The service, the food, the pool and much more but the best time I had every night was in Kelly's bar with the wonderful bartender Jesus! He was charming, funny, cute, and so awesome at making drinks! He knew how to make everything people asked him to. Jesus and the other staff in Kelly's that served us and kept us company were fantastic! I can't wait to go again. Thanks Jesus for helping make a wonderful vacation!

What can I say? PB Emerald Bay has it all: beautiful landscaping, wonderful amenities, fun activities, one of the top Spas in the Latin World, close to the fun of Mazatlan and nearby surfing. Everything that we love about a vacation. We own a week at PB Sunset Beach in Cabo San Lucas but we love to change to Emerald Bay each year. We enjoyed the views, the great restaurants and the wonderful service of a world class resort.

Stay where the President of Mexico and the Governor of Sinaloa stay - at the most gorgeous resort in Mazatlan. Their three pools, delicious food in the restaurants, great service and huge timeshare units make this a must see/must stay when you go to Mazatlan. We go as often as we can and this is THE place to play and stay!

We have been time share owners for 10 years, so returning here to paradise is always much awaited and anticipated. This year, we really noticed some small changes, as did many people we met who have been coming for years. None of these affect the total feeling of paradise, but the one I think the most is the new sliding glass doors. There was something so nice when you entered, a great gentleman opened the door for you. It made you feel so regal and welcomed. The new sliding glass doors are very... Read more

A family member has a timeshare at the resport, giving 13 of us (ages 4 to 73 years old) a chance to share a unique experience. There was a lot of pool time, but also the opportunity to sample the spa, tour Mazatl√°n city, shop at the downtown market, and sample a large variety of foods. Our 4th floor room was tastefully furnished, and we enjoyed relaxing or reading on the balcony. Poolside service was outstanding, we can't say enough about Jose Luis and his attentive, friendly manner. Anothe... Read more

This was achieved, my review is based on this but I hope to insight everyone with this based off the fact we chose this place from the high reviews, Which should not be anywhere near 5 stars, but more of a High 2 to low 3 Star property in the current state. I‚??m going to break down each category. We choose the All-Inclusive deal: If you want the Short review, skip to the end (#10) otherwise... Read more

Used our timeshare week to get away and relax. Variety of pools met this goal beautifully. Staff at restaurants, pool, rooms and lobby were excellent. Used all inclusive meal plan for entire week but did not fully utilize the full $65 per person per day. This could have been due to high rate of exchange. In future will probably will forgo this option and pay per meal and snack.
