We recently bought a timeshare at PBEB. Being first time owners we felt overwhelmed with all the contract paperwork and not knowing all the benefits we actually bought. We stewed over this for several days at home and then we found Gabby! What a great day for us when she patiently and repeatedly answered all our questions. Gabby wanted to be sure that we were comfortable with our decision to purchase the timeshare and how to take advantage of the benefits. We feel very happy with the service ... Read more

We had a golf group staying here. Unfortunately, many people became ill, with many ending up in the hospital. When they say every room has a balcony, it is erroneous as ours had no balcony, only windows that would open. Although the wait staff and service people were very nice, the room service left a lot to be expected as our promise of 30 minutes turned to 90, leaving us late for an event. Pool service was slow at best... Will not be visited again in our future.

We are writing this so people thinking of travelling to Pueblo Benito Emerald Bay will think TWICE! We were in a Master Suite main floor for 2 weeks January/February 2017 Pros -beautiful hotel grounds but huge so we had lots of walking -there was a free shuttle into Mazatlan which runs every ¬Ĺ to 1 hr but book ahead or you may not get on which happened to us twice -good menu at all restaurants Emerald Bay and for the most part well made and tasty Cons -it took us over 2 hours to check in becau... We have been going to PBEB for several years. As always we had a great time thanks to all the people who work there. We loved the breakfast buffet at the Cordelier, the Bistro, and Kelly's Bar. Three times a week Rafael Rodriguez entertains. He is an accomplished guitarist and singer. Did find a few things I did not like. We stayed in a junior suite in bldg 24. The floors are very dirty looking due to grout problems. The rooms are looking tired and worn. Rooms could use new furnishings. The sec... Read more

We've been to Mexico for numerous times and this is our first review. Just had a most memorable time with our family. 5 families stayed at the Emeral Bay for 7 nights and our experience was just amazing from the day 1. They did their best to find all 5 rooms so we stay close together. It's a big resort and almost all rooms were full. Staff were friendly and food was great. Make sure you visit Angelo's Italian cuisine if you purchased all inclusive package.. Such a beautiful resort.. HUGE pool ar... Read more

We came here on an RCI exchange. Did the all inclusive package. Why it was nice not to have to carry cash it turned out to be a little cheaper if we hadn't bought the package. The place itself is amazing, beautifully maintained and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The on site spa is beautiful but a little pricey, around $100 US for 50 minute massage. The food at the Bistro is outstanding. We tried the evening buffet at the Cordelliere which was fine but nothing special. The buffe... Read more

Wow! What a beautiful resort. The people are super friendly and the food and drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. We went on the City Tour with Eduardo, who is the Activities Director. He is so knowledgeable about the area...and funny too!

I love going to Mexico. The part I love most about it is the Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay in Mazatl√°n where my family and I always vacation. This place is like a second home to me because I've been going here with my family ever since I've been 5 years old and I've always loved the experience. I met one of the men who work their, Javier when I was 5 and he's basically watched me grow up he always remembers my family and I when we come and it's very special. Especially the waiters taking your order... Read more
