My husband and I went on vacation with a few friends. The resort is amazing. The grounds could you a little maintenance in some places but they are gorgeous nonetheless. Jose Luis Nevarez was our pool-side waiter. He is FANTASTIC!!! He is attentive, thoughtful, kind and considerate. We definitely would go back again!!

Another great stay at PB Emerald Bay! First of all let me say that Alejandro and Oskar were AMAZING at Kelly's Bar as were Humberto at the pool and Efran at La Cordelier. We were always greeted with a hug and it never ceases to amaze me how everyone remembered our names and room numbers. We are already talking about going again next year. We are owners and time and again the service is wonderful. Checking in and out was fairly quick and painless with only a few discrepancies that were quick... Read more

And that's it...a nice stay. I've had a timeshare there for about 10 years and really, it's time to update the rooms a bit. The bathrooms are lovely, but cracked and chipped tiles (BIG chips) need to be replaced and I could almost swear those are the same bedspreads I've seen every year. But the room is comfortable, the views are exquisite and I love the adult only pool. VERY disappointed that wifi is still not available other than in public places. This is one of the cleanest and well kept grounds I have seen. We stayed in a villa and loves the relaxed atmosphere we had and could move to a party area of we wanted a change. The maid service provided by Fabilio was second to none. She was on point and always had a smile. Room service that we took full advantage of helped make some new friends Martin and Carlos. Everything about This place was exactly what you need for a vacation. Well done!

Stayed two nights after a fishing trip at Anglers Inn which was fantastic. Waited 15 mins just to check in and didn't feel comfortable with first impression. Then was told not to use beach because of jelly fish. Needless to say my son wasn't to happy about that. Decided we would go work out in the gym that looked pretty nice. Was told my son wasn't 16 so couldn't use the gym, strike #2. Went to restaurant waited 20 mins finally realised the seater couldn't see us sitting on waiting bench. ... Read more

We stayed here for seven days with the beautiful grounds but our presidential suite lacked hot water ,the food was average and the only evening entertainment is kelly's bar. We could not use the beach most days because of the jelly fish who were causing havoc on swimmers. I was very disappointed in their noncaring attitude about our lack of hot water in our suite. The staff were very friendly.

For almost 10 years I have been trading my week. Never again! The fantastic service at the adult pool from Narciso and Jose, together with the ambiance, were worth the trip alone. These two gentlemen will have memorized, not only your name, but all your preferences within 24 hours. Coming from a service industry city (Las Vegas), it is easy to recognize both extraordinary and inferior service immediately. I have to say that Pueblo Bonito is an excellent resort with beautiful premises, gardens and amenities but we had a bit of a bad experience with the booking that made the overall experience a bit bitter-sweet.
