Again, we've had an excellent stay at the Luna. Six weeks went by too quickly at your friendy reasonably priced hotel. After a couple of days, we had gotten our coveted corner one bedroom suite with the great views of the ocean and pool area. Thank you kindly. Our roomy suite cannot be beaten ~ lovely king size bed with those two balconies, one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the ocean. The small but adequate kitchen is great for cooking if one so desires. With Jesus (our bellman)... Read more

I made a reservation with a credit card thru Hotels.com on March 31, 2016. In their confirmation email, Hotels.com said that a no show would cost me a full nights rate as a penalty. The room was guaranteed. When I arrived, the hotel told me that they did not have a reservation at all. I showed them the email proof. Still, the hotel claimed I had no reservation. Apparently, they sold the room to another quest. After speaking with Hotels.com later in the night after I secured another room. The... Read more

The staff were wonderful, helpful, kind, friendly. I am wheelchair dependent and the staff were always on hand to aid my husband with helping me up ramps and stairs. The pool was beautiful, and a great size, and being right on the beach was especially wonderful. It was also fantastic to return to a fresh, clean room everyday. First thing I didn't like was the bathroom size, as a larger disabled person I found using the toilet and shower very difficult, I was also unable to access the washroom s... Read more

The best hotel to stay in Mazatl√°n in 'La Zona Dorada' / 'S√°balo County'. Comfort, Service, Food, attractive options to relax and the near situation to the sea made our time in the Pearl Of the Pacific unbelievable! Thank u so much! Greetings from Germany

The Best place to stay....todo es perfecto. Water aerobics every day, the food is great, the pool is wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with every thing you need if you want to make your own meal.

I had been here before and I think the administration has changed because this time we where disappointed about the service that we got. Please do not lose your wrist band, if you do you are going to have to pay 250 pesos for a replacement they are made of poor quality. There's no customer service at the pool bar. Please consider other options.

Wee Love this Place,we bin here 3 times, the Junior suites we bin having each time, Plus as far as we know now the best Place if you want to spend a lot of time in the Ocean with your Kids, you can go far in with the Kids and its not deep and not as many waves, becauce of those 2 Islands. its good you can make your own Food there you have your own little cabinet. its a place if you don't want to spend much money, you don't have too, but you can still visit the beautiful Ocean.

I have been staying at Luna for over 20 years. My favorite is 5002 or 6002. Oceanfront comfortable bed when you take off the plastic.sheet I don't know why they put it on, but the maid said it was para ninos Thats my only grip Great beach, Great staff. I speak Spanish so that helps. Some of the staff will only want to speak English. You can't beat the price or location. I went with a friend to Pueblo Bonito and that place sucks. Downtown Mazatlan is in a renaissance Check out Plaza Machado for... Read more

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. The facilities are not high and, but the location and the helpfulness of the employees makes up for that. I am staying next-door at the Pueblo Monique though and my friends are staying here and we are spending most of our time here due to the flood level need to being an overbooked timeshare purgatory. I would recommend this place for future travel.
