This place is just fantastic for relaxation, great food and service. Tazuma still has some worked to do on overall service but the Asian Kitchen, (Jesus) is fantastic. Zenon at the La Nau will overwhelm you with service and drink specials. The Sky Pool is closed a lot at this time of year due to weddings but that was the only thing that could be better.

First time review, but not the first time to the resort. The service provided to us by Alejandro Garcia at the Sky Pool was excellent! Always a smile on his face and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Thank you Alejandro can't wait to see you in November!

Had a wonderful week at this resort. Shared a two bedroom suite (#3612) that was lovely with access to the beach. What makes this resort so special though is the staff-friendly, helpful, efficient. I especially want to mention Beatriz from Housekeeping who kept our suite sparkling, Hoguer, our waiter at the Chinese resturant, who was so accommodating to special dietary needs and personable to boot. Noe was very helpful at the front desk. Carlos, one of the drivers for the "golf carts" that ... Read more

Good food, good atmosphere, a little windy, but all and all a good time. Sky Pool is my favorite during the 11-1 pm and there is happy hour too. All drinks 2 for 1. Palomas are refreshing and fish tacos hit the spot every time.

From the minute we arrived we were blown away! We traveled with 2 adults and 3 college students, and were upgraded by Arely to a 2 bedroom suite upon arrival. Our view was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in building 27, which was a fairly short walk to the main pool and lobby, but had its own pool right next to our building too. The food was as expected for all inclusive, and some even better than expected. We enjoyed the champagne brunch on Sunday at La Nao. While it is a 15-20 min trip to town... Read more

He was so helpful and really easy to work with. His customer service was excellent. He truly made our experience worth the trip. Our room is amazing and we are really enjoying our stay. We will definitely be returning to this resort.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is such an amazing getaway resort. I have nothing but great things to say about the resort and it's employees. Manuel Rivera was one of the first people we had the pleasure of meeting and went beyond and above to accommodate our every need. I would give it 4.5 stars if that was an option. This is such a nice property and truly a hidden gem. We loved how it was tucked away from the rest of the resorts and just far enough outside of town to be secluded but not too far. Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is absolutely fantastic. It is gorgeous and the staff is attentive and kind. We especially enjoyed Antonio, Roberto and Oscar when at the main pool. My disappointment with this 5 Star resort is in regards to their ability (inability) to handle an emergency situation. All week we saw a bright red bag at the pool and wrongfully assumed they had basic medical supplies should the need arise. Tragically, on our 5th night a couple was swept into the ocean by a large wave and... Read more
