A large cold bar awaits you with different seasonal fresh fruits, a wide variety of juices, cereals, and yogurts, as well as a variety of hot dishes and an appetizing egg and quesadilla bar, where your selections are cooked to order. All the offerings are made from high quality ingredients with a regional flavor. All this can be found in the restaurant, Aquamarina; dinner is also served here. Las Velas ocean front restaurant with it's casual atmosphere is open for lunch and dinner with seafood specialties. Here you can also find the world renowned "Bogart's" Restaurant, with it's Mediterranean Cuisine, Marakesh Decor and nightly live piano music. Enjoy your favorite drink while watching your favorite sport at the "Sports Bar", or don't miss out on your suntan by having a refreshing drink at the "Pool Bar" or at the beach club bar.

Jesus is by far the best server at the pool and Israel is the best pool activities coordinator on the whole beach!!! They are like adopted members of our family. We love Ixtapa; and we thank the Krystal for giving us the opportunity to meet these incredible people. They really are the greatest. Everyone in Ixtapa is so friendly and warm."

"My boyfriend and i stayed at this hotel in spring break of 08 and had the best tropical experience of our lives!! the service is amazing,everyone is so happy and friendly. The food is incredible! we had breakfast at the breakfast place and dinner at Bogarts and the other restaurant near the pool. Jesus was our server every afternoon by the pool and he rocks!! Our room had a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool and all the gorgeous fan palms everywhere. The pool is clean and everything about that vacation was wonderful. I agree with that other person however, because I think the pool should be open 24 hours. Don't ride horses or go fishing through the people on the beach!!!! Do it through the hotel!! We had a bad experience with both :("
