As an owner, I enjoyed my stay here in this property. The Pool is excellent and warm. The staff extremely friendly. Kitchen is small, living room was not that nice, (pretty bare, generic feel, small, no pictures on the wall, but did open up to a view of the pool and had a pull out couch. Mini poo upstairs on deck, (not a jacuzzi), and A/C on constantly which we had a difficult time turning off. DVDs are free for the rooms which was nice. Two levels, bedroom upstairs. Not bad but Worldmark j... Read more

Enjoyed our stay in the 1 bedroom, full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and AC worked great! Really nice pool and well kept grounds, friendly and helpful staff. Downside, the room was a little musty and poolside music could be turned down until happy hour. Resort is mid-island, you will need a golf cart.

Upon arriving at Isla Mujeres Worldmark, we were greeted by Giovani--the single most wonderful employee that any Worldmark location could ever hope to have. A native of the island with impeccable English and a kind, jovial demeanor (let alone award-winning smile), Giovani was a plethora of information about the island and less populated spots to snorkel and swim. He also shared the locations of some of the local favorite restaurants. That said, many of the restaurants in the area are closed on... Read more

We are at the end of day four of our week-long stay on Islas Mujeres and at the WorldMark property. We are having a wonderful time. The rooms are large and comfortable. We are in a king with a sofa sleeper. We aren't in the room with a kitchen- I think there is only one on the property, but there is a small frig, cups, glasses, plates, and coffee maker. Typical of WorldMark, there is not daily housekeeping, but they will supply fresh towels at any time. The bathroom has a very large, jetted t... Read more

My boyfriend and I just returned from an 8-day stay here, and absolutely loved it. The resort was very calm and relaxing, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and brought us anything we needed (including dish soap, a sponge, and extra towels) as soon as we asked for it. We really appreciated that they let us check in a few hours early, too (and even if they don't have a room ready yet, they'll store your bags for you while you lay by the pool). Our room wa... My family recently stayed for 2 nights. We had a 2-story unit (the entire upstairs was the master suite - HUGE!) and we had a kitchen, living room and bathroom downstairs. Our kids slept on the pull-out sleeper sofa and when I asked for sheets for it, housekeeping came and made the bed up for us. We had our own hot tub off of the master suite and we could not get over how spacious the suite was. Our condo opened right out to the large, pretty pool (that had a swim up bar, too, though we didn't u... Read more

My husband and I spent two weeks at this property. The staff was amazing! They were genuinely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The property itself is very well maintained. The pool is the largest I have ever seen. We will definitely be returning.

Even though we didn't have a kitchen, we enjoyed this location very much. The food locally was reasonable enough where you could eat out everyday. The staff was great, the grounds are beautiful! The kids loved it, especially getting around town in the golf carts. We will definitely be back.

The staff were great. Even if the location is not beach front, the pool is amazing. It is kept heated and it is huge. The bonus is that it has a swim up bar. The rooms and comfortable with upstairs for the 1 BR deluxe. It has 2 baths. The studio was fine too, 2 double beds and a sofa bed downstairs. Keep in mind it is 60 peso to get a taxi from the Ultramar Ferry port to the timeshare. We got ripped off left and right with the taxi. From conversion rates to overcharging us. So just ... Read more

1. It was my husband's birthday when we arrived. The day before I communicated this to Jaime (front desk staff). There was a birthday cake waiting in our room when we arrived. We've stayed at the Ritz Carlton before for our anniversary and they forgot to put the sparkling cider and chocolate strawberries that my husband paid. This was free and done well! All the front desk staff ( David) were extremely friendly and helpful with arranging anything we wanted. 2. Beautiful pool. My son could hav... Read more

The resort is very nice and well kept. Everyone working here is polite and accommodating. It is out of the way and renting a golf cart seems almost necessary. Only complaint we had was there were only 10 pool loungers. Several times we turned around because there were no places to sit. I guess we could have sat at the bar but really didn't want to because it was shaded. Would have also been nice if there were BBQs. Over all the island is awesome and a nice quiet place to get way and chill.

Love the resort. Its quiet and staff very friendly and accommodating. Only down side the gorgeous pool is too cold to swim in it. It is not heated. And no hot tub. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We have stayed in the studio and the one bedroom with a kitchen. It is close to the large grocery store, walking distance. Also walking distance to the green verde restaurant. Which I recommend eating there at least once.
