Las Brisas Huatulco
Bahia De Tangolunda Lote 1, Huatulco, Mexico 70989

This secluded 50 acre, 484 room resort, located on the Western side of Tangolunda Bay, is an ideal escape from the pressures of modern day life. Las Brisas is popular with couples seeking a romantic getaway, as well as with families looking for an ideal vacation spot. The hotel is set up to resemble a small village divided into four different areas. Due to its size and the distribution of rooms and vegetation, this resort does not feel crowded even when there is a full house.

Las Brisas is an outdoor recreation paradise, which offers a wide array of sporting activities. Four private beaches are ideal for relaxing or for engaging in all different kinds of water sports. Transportation throughout the hotel is offered on mini shuttles. Due to the hotel's location, guests have the opportunity to see the sunrise, rather than set, over the Pacific Ocean. The view is great from guestrooms or the hotel beach and is definitely worth waking up early to see at least once!
The hotel offers both all inclusive and non-all inclusive plans.

Things not included as part of the Inclusive plan, but available to all guests for a charge are: 24-hour room service; phone calls and Internet access; taxi service and car rentals; private water sports, squash, and tennis lessons; use of golf course; boutique and jewelry purchases; laundry; babysitting service; massage; bottled red and white wines; bottled water in all bars, restaurants, pool and beach service. Lobster and shrimp at specialty restaurants incur additional charge.
Even though Huatulco is a small town, guests have access to many activities outside the hotel such as a visit to a coffee-making Hacienda or a Catamaran tour of Huatulco`s 9 protected bays. Hotel staff will be happy to welcome you and will do everything possible to exceed your expectations. We invite you to Dream it! Feel it! Live it! This Resort can be difficult to access for people with disabilities due to the extent and type of construction

Excellent views, swimming, amenities, rooms, food and great staff. We stayed in the Club Suites and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I would definitely stay here again. There are a lot of hills and walking, but if that isn't your pace, they have an excellent transportation set up with carts that will take you anywhere you want to go on the resort. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile. Wonderful place to go.

We went to get A break from winter, we arrived to the lobby where they served cold nonalcoholic beverage. We took a little golf cart to our room. The resort is quite big however is very easy to get around. The buffet they have for everyone is delicious with different the night. We were there for seven days so we had coupons for four of the seven different restaurant. The restaurants are OK however we prefer the Buffet as my husband has a dairy allergy and he's very sensitive to any in his food. ... Read more

I travelled with my sister in law (girls trip!) but I would say this resort is perfect for couples and families also. It was quiet and relaxing!! not a party place at all. Beaches Calling all beach bums! The beaches are the reason you want to go here! Not one, not two, but three very different, equally fabulous beaches! 1. The reef beach: there is a coral reef just out from the first beach near the Mexican restaurant and it is quite protected the way it is tucked in behind the rock format... Read more

I spent two weeks here in February 2015. It was exceptional in everyday. It is very hilly and there is a lot of walking but shuttles are frequent and very good. The food was great. Remember it is located in jungle so there are critters sometimes. The bugs were not nearly as bad as I had heard and I've experienced much worse. The rooms were lore than adequate and the views are spectacular. The beach is phenomenal. I never spent my time at the pools so I can't comment on them. Service was great al... Read more

We chose a day at this beach resort hotel. The area is very picturesque with a range of small pretty bays with soft sandy beaches, warm safe seas which were good for swimming.Well tended seating with sunshades.Lunch was included at a well stocked Buffet with lots of choice including Mexican specialities in pretty gardens overlooking the beach. We did not see any accommodation but the terraced rooms looked large and specious all the public areas we used were great and would stay here in the future w... Las Brisas Huatulco has a great location right on the beach and has a great staff. There are a multitude of pools and beaches to setup camp for the day. They have a system of transporting people around the property on service carts that is very helpful since the property is very spread out and the weather gets pretty sweltering and humid. There were a handful of restaurants that were serviceable but my Mexican girlfriend thought that their authenticity had room for improvement. I thought they ... Read more

With all the stairs and large area at Las Brisas, a person should be prepare to walk some but there is always a cart to take you up and down the hills to your rooms. We've been there several time and like it because the staff is friendly and we feel safe. The only thing I would caution visitors with would be the food. It is not always the best as far is choice of places to enjoy your evening dinner.

We spent 7 days at Las Brisas Jan. 4-11, 2016. This resort is built into a hillside so every room has an ocean view. We asked for a room with a balcony and they tried to upsell us to a premium room, which we went and looked at, but the room did not look great, definitely not worth the $600 extra dollars they wanted to charge. We did end up getting a balcony but had to compromise with 2 double beds instead of king. This resort has people shuttling back n forth in big open trolleys that hold about... Read more

Huatulco it‚??s magical, since that moment your plane lands, the beautiful scence floating in the air makes you realice you are no more in earth, it‚??s heaven ladies and gentlement. I don‚??t use to believe much in god but when i‚??m here i can bet my life that only he could delineate the coast, create the smell in the air and make beat wave after wave. It‚??s pure Magic. Things can get much better if staying in Las Brisas, it‚??s not the cheapest option but if you can afford it, well you‚??re... Read more

We had the first glimpse of the hotel from the plane and this was when we knew we would love it. Breathtaking views! We didn't mind all the stairs, we actually never used their shuttle service - extra exercise can't do any harm. The beaches! you have a choice out of three available (the fourth one is not for swimming). Our favourite beach was the one furthest from all the rooms and amenities. It always had loungers available. The room was clean and spacious. The fridge wasn't stocked twice, we... Read more

This resort offers seclusion, peace and quiet and lush tropical greenery amid the top of an ocean cliff. Some amazing vies of the Telemanca Mountains and ocean, as well as Tengolunda Bay. Food was amazing as well as the staff. We have recommended this resort to numerous of our friends and have in fact visited twice ourselves. We would go back again.

This is true paradise!, the hotel is in the middle of the jungle with beautiful beaches, the water is not cold, it's warm and ready to be enjoyed, it has some spots where you can do some snorkeling if you are in to that (no snorkeling equipment available on premises, so take yours). The Hotel staff is always friendly and eager to help. There is an adults only pool available for you to enjoy. We paid for the all inclusive experience, which I think was a mistake, the lunch and dinner buffets are ... Read more

The hotel is a large property, you have to take a mini transportation to get you from your room to the restaurants or the beach wich is noisy and very uncomfortable. The restaurants are full of children every hour you wish to go, even if you made reservations to one of their "specialty" restaurants, very disappointed because they said that no children were allowed. Overall a NOT good experience for couples.
