I was looking for a hotel to stay at for a recent business trip and I was sold on the pictures of this hotel on their site. However, I was very disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel is not bad, but the lobby is undergoing a renovation. The rooms are very old and dated. I was not impressed with anything it had to offer. The showers were very high and difficult to enter and the in room coffee is instant. The pool area does not look like the photos. I was a little let down by m... Read more

Before flying back from Monterrey, I lost my phone in a Taxi in Monterrey. The Novotel team found it back, collected it and sent it to me to Guatemala !! They have been perfect, what a amazing service !!!

We are doing a roadtrip from nyc to the Yucatan and we are traveling with our dog so we needed a pet-friendly place. Novotel was the only place that we could find so we decided without much choice. They seemed to have a designated pet-friendly floor. I guess the problem is that if you put all the pets together, just one dog barking will set off other dogs in neighboring rooms. This is what happened to us and it did mess with our sleep though we weren't in any position to argue! As far as... Read more

make sure you all are accommodated in the same floor. It's such a hassle to go to another floor that is not the one your room is. I understand from a point of view of security, but is not very practical once you are staying in.

The hotel is very well located. Nearby there are many restaurants and a big shopping mall. The rooms are very comfortable and the service at breakfast is excellent! the hotel could improve the gym area and also add some temperature controll to the pool. It was too cold and the weather doesn't help.

This was a very nice hotel in a very good location and very confortable. It was a tremendous sorprise for me to be in this hotel. It's a very quite, very well located, and very nice place to stay. The service is incredible, fast and with a very good relationship between price-benefits. The only bad thing woth this hotel is the wifi. You must pay for it

The experience was good, the hotel is very well located and the services as parking, etc were great. On the check in the attendee didn't paid attention that I was a gold affiliate of Le Club and had to ask for my welcome drink. After some hours I received some fruits in my room and two waters for compensation. Regarding the room, it was in a upper floor, which was good... But, cleanliness of the room could have been better. There were mold on the bathroom tires on the shower area and every time ... Read more

My sister and I recently stayed here and we were greatly pleased! The lobby of the hotel is modern and sleek. Within the lobby you can also find a bar, dining area and a long desk that serves as a modern business center. The rooms are small, but really clean and that's all one can ask for! We had a pleasant stay, complete with free breakfast. I would stay there again on a future visit!

Virtually nothing about this hotel was impressive. I can't say that I had any problems at check in but things went down hill from there. The quality of my room was that of a budget hotel airport in a tertiary market of a "developing" country. The one positive was that descriptions of my stay here elicited uncontrollable laughter from my friends. So on that note, great job! Sorry, also the wifi was not bad and it was available in the gym, which was also not bad.

This hotel is located in the nicest places of Monterrey´s metropolitan area, the views from it are very nice. But the hotel is awful, first is has very limited parking space so using the valet is mandatory, your car is always behind some other car and it takes a while to get it ready. The employees could improve their kindness, at check in they asked us for an ID and got a photocopy of the IDs which is ridiculous and had never happened to me not even in other Monterrey hotels. Also, the walls a... Read more

It seems like this hotel was wonderful a couple of years ago but it hasn't been taken care of for a while. The cleanliness of the room was questionable, the bed sheets and towels had some stains and the bathroom didn't look thoroughly clean any of the days I stayed there. The food was generally bland and very expensive. Service was irregular, ranging from very kind to rude at times. On the other hand, the place is well located, it has a wonderful view and the swimming pool area is nice and rela... Read more

Rooms are OK.... Furniture may require an upgrade but everything works in the room. Good thing is they are pet friendly so you can stay with your pet, but you must reserve in advance to get a pet friendly room. Restaurant is very slow when ordering from the menu.

I literally just checked in 20 minutes ago and feel compelled to write this review. First of all I made a reservation online prior to my arrival. I arrive to check in and my reservation cannot be found. I showed my confirmation email, and still nothing. Even more my reservation was for a king bed and there was only doubles available. They were able to get me a room for one night and if a king came available in the morning I would change rooms. I definitely will NOT stay here a second night. Th... Read more

This hotel is a standard type of hotel. No wow factor here, just the basics. Nice contemporary decor in the lobby and nice lobby bar. Location is OK on busy street. Some rooms have a very good view of Chipinque (nearby mountain range and park) - Being in San Pedro Garza Garcia means being close to dozens of good restaurants and shops - very American - like neighborhoods and shopping centers. Beds are comfortable and our room was clean and of a good size. They offer a buffet breakfast with a good... Read more

For a quality business hotel, the check-in took long time even though the hotel staff knew our arrival time. The carpets looked so old, need renovation. The rooms were also quite oldish. Not many power sockets next to the bed. The breakfast was ok, nothing extra-ordinary. Novotel needs to keep its standard and this is very disappointing.
