If you are looking for a hotel in Cuernavaca, Mexico, this is definitely worth a visit. It is a strange concept to stay in a hotel with Japanese architecture and themes while in Mexico but they have managed to blend a perfect mix of authentic Japanese architecture with beautiful Mexican gardens typical of Cuernavaca. This is an ideal place to relax, rest and enjoy high quality standards both in the room and in the main restaurant. The hotel has its history having been built by the late Barbara... Read more

If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet weekend, Hotel Camino Real is the place to stay... the atmosphere in the hotel is absolutely relaxing and the gardens surrounding the hotel are awesome. Amenities like pool+tennis courts+jogging track are just some of the goods you will fins. The good is very good and the service from their staff is very good. Gym needs more maintenance thought

Great for families and couples, I went with my wife just for few days, attention is incredible, food was awesome too, the pina colada at the pool bar is just unbeatable. If you want just to chill and have a nice stay without going out to another place this is the spot.

Very nice hotel with an awesome Japanese oriented park. Good for relaxing and spending some days. Very friendly personnel. Rooms are a little bit old but the park pays for itself. relax relax and relax

When in Cuernavaca I love to go to Sumya's Sunday brunch! It offers a large variety of international and Mexican food as well a sushi bar and fresh juices. The local is a beautifull Japanese traditional home in a lovely green area. worth of trying... just don't arrive after 1:30 you may find less variety of food.

Having been a guest several times, (my last visit was 4 years ago)I was surprised to see a hotel where the interior looks worn out (room furniture, bath, telephone, etc). My husband ordered a roast beef sandwich which had a tiny piece of roast beef! And even though it has beautiful gardens, it felt the cost was worth only for these...and not at all for the whole service that I experienced before.

I stayed there with my family. The place is very nice but the rooms are very far and look old. Great gardens, for the price I was expecting more than what I received. My room only had shampoo, they did not put conditioner, body lotion or even soap.

We were there to celebrate a wedding. The grounds are terrific with lots of water elements that cover any noise we might otherwise hear. The breakfast and brunch buffet were very good. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. As other reviewers have noted, some elements of the rooms are tired such as the bathrooms that could use an upgrade. Having said that, the cleanliness and staff were great and made up for any small shortcomings in age of facility.

I was there for a business trip. However the hotel is very beautiful. It has a large pool, gym, nice restaurant, a lot of "green". Nice place to stay with your kids. The rooms are comfortable with wifi anf there are a lot of tennis courts

Beautiful hotel, we visited because an old friend and his family are staying here. We had breakfast together (Buffet ) the waiter and kitchen aid were very kind. Unfortunately the buffet not so much. The fruit area had only watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew and papaya (México has a lot more fruit than that) Not to many options for kids besides cereal and fresh bread. Only one kind of chilaquiles, black beans, like 3 other options and the price was not cheap. I don't think I would come back fo... Read more
