RESTAURANTS AND BARS

Restaurant:Costeito Bistro: Our restaurant is a fusion of contemporary cuisine with regional touches. The specialty is seafood but we have for all tastes. The best, more than 10 ways of making ceviche from different Coasts of Mexico, and the specials of the day. The atmosphere is retro and relaxed with a terrace facing the sea which invites you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and delightful flavors. The dcor is contemporary with elegant dashes of Mexican arts and crafts. At night the candle-lights create a more romantic setting. (Open daily from 7am to 11pm)

Bar Bacan: A small shack with the best cocktails of the island. It is placed in a strategic spot right by the pool, close to the Jacuzzi and the hammock lounge. It offers service all day long until 12pm. You can enjoy a large range of mojitos and cocktails or a simple ice cold beer with some delicious snacks.

Lounge Punta Beleza: A wooden deck right by the sea that evolves as the day passes by. In the morning we offer yoga lessons and an ideal space for meditationand relaxation with the sound of the sea. In the evening it transforms into a hammock lounge where you can watch the sunset, andgood music, and dancing. Some evenings it will turn into an open air cinema; others it will be a relaxed casino or a bohemian bar under the light of the moon. Open every day from 8am to 12pm.

HOTEL FACILITIES

Playa Saasil: The center of the beach is a natural mini-bay, exceptional in its form and colors. It provides access to the sea for swimming and practicing water sports. The beach is divided into two areas with a unique decoration that gives the flair of a retro and cool environment.

Jacuzzi BLU:Our Jacuzzi, carved in natural stone at the edge of the Caribbean, is a trademark of the hotel. The sole experience of watching a sunset while enjoying a hydro-massage and our cucumber/lime fresh water is worth visiting Hotel B Cozumel.

The Pool: To cool off, we have our infinity pool with a mix of blues that blend with the colors of the sea. We just built some stools so that you can hang out all day long while being served with drinks and snacks by the pool.

Spa BooxChooh: You can treat yourself with a rejuvenating beachside massage by our experienced therapists who adapt the massage according to your bodys needs. The Mayan Massage is a must!

Cabaas de Buceo: Hotel B Cozumel has a certified PADI Dive Center from which we offer a variety of courses in the hotel as well as equipment for snorkeling, scuba diving and kayaking. It has daily pick-ups at our pier to take you to the famous Cozumels reefs.

"Upon arriving at Hotel B Cozumel we were happy with the view from our room and we could see the great view and beautiful pool area and snorkelling inlet. We asked the gentleman at the desk for a quiet room as we had many noise problems in other hotels, stupidly it turned out he put us next to the control room so we had trouble sleeping during the night. We spoke to the front desk to move rooms and the next one was quieter besides the neighbours running airconditioners flat out either side of us (ridiculous as it is Winter and the weather was lovely and not that hot especially during sleeping times). The beds in the room were terrible, they were of poor quality and hard. The restaurant food and service was average, staff were incompetent and slow. The best thing about this hotel was the cabanas, view, hammocks, pool and snorkelling inlet so the outside stuff. We may have considered going back again if the issues we had were improved as the snorkelling etc was amazing. One of the managers offered us a 'free meal' for the hassle of moving rooms and then we were treated poorly by the restaurant staff as they wasted almost an hour trying to confirm whether we allowed a meal and what, so rude and after all the hassle it turned out to be one small fish ceviche each and even though they had a few types we were only allowed the one they said and it was average and tiny! We had other issues with Cozumel itself including a hit and run whilst on a moped scooter, my injuries are terrible so we will DEFNITELY NOT be returning to Cozumel at all ever."

"Wonderful boutique hotel. Hotel is so new that some local Cozumelians didn't know where it was! I swam in the ocean evey day - wonderful ocean access. Didn't use the pool, but it is inviting. Family friendly, but not overrun with kids. Breakfast was included - but soon tire of the same menu every morning. Location was fantastic - close to downtown. We rented a car all week, but next time I'll just use a taxi - drivers are crazy and rental insurance is three times the rental price. you can get a rental for a day or two and they will bring it to the hotel. You can't beat the nice oceanview balcony - watched the cruise ships coming and going. Our room was on the second floor are lobby level. very nice first floor is pool level Fourth floor is a walk-up."

"On first arrival to hotel it was AMAZING it had amazing views, swimming pool everything you could ask for... travelling with us were 3 other couples we all booked the ocean view rooms (6 months before we arrived at the hotel) but due to over booking me and my partner were paces in a room which had a view of the carpark..

when we arrived only 3 rooms were free for us even though we had booked 4 ocean view rooms.. so the first night 2 couples had to stay in the same room and me and the other couple both got car park view rooms (jungle rooms)..

the next day we spoke with management and they were very helpful in regards to a refund of our room for the night which they would just take it off our bill for food and drinks when we checkout in 3 days time..

having organised to have our bills reduced on the first day when we went to check out which was at 5 morning the attitude of the hotel team changed and they said we have to email them and tell them what has happened and they will sort it out from there...

to me it was a slap in the face as we had no time to argue the issue cause we had to catch a boat in 30min, it was easier for them to say 'email us' because they knew that we would never see them again as we all live in australia.

i wouldnt ever recommend anyone stay there it may be a cheap price for what the pictures show but at the end of the day you get what you pay for... which was bad service, average food and being lied to about what will happen with our bill just to keep us quiet till we left."
