Hotel B Cozumel
Carr. Playa San Juan km 2.5, Cozumel, Mexico 77600

The heart of the hotel, a natural mini-bay, and the sea that surrounds it invite you to snorkel, scuba dive, kayak or kite surf among the array of blues that characterize the Caribbean. Our dive shop can take you from our pier to visit the second largest reef in the world.  In our wooden deck, Punta Beleza, you can start the day with a yoga lesson by the sea, enjoy a massage by our experienced therapists and close the day with a delicious mojito of the house in a hammock bar.

Hotel B Cozumel was conceived as a live and changing workshop where something new is created every day.  We evolve as artisans, designers, chefs and travelers from different origins leave their own piece of creativity. We welcome you to leave your own trademark at Hotel B Cozumel and to take something special back home.

Hotel B Cozumel is one the few hotels with practically all its rooms overlooking the sea. 41 of our 45 rooms and suites are ocean-view with private balcony and a nice set of hammock-chairs from which you can enjoy the best sunsets of the Caribbean.

Each room has its own style and decoration with pieces of art crafted by artisans from different regions of Mexico in coordination with young designers. If you like a piece, you may purchase it while contributing to the development of small artisans. Restaurant:Costeito Bistro: Our restaurant is a fusion of contemporary cuisine with regional touches. The specialty is seafood but we have for all tastes. The best, more than 10 ways of making ceviche from different Coasts of Mexico, and the specials of the day. The atmosphere is retro and relaxed with a terrace facing the sea which invites you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and delightful flavors. The decor is contemporary with elegant dashes of Mexican arts and crafts. At night the candle-lights create a more romantic setting. (Open daily from 7am to 11pm)

Bar Bacan: A small shack with the best cocktails of the island. It is placed in a strategic spot right by the pool, close to the Jacuzzi and the hammock lounge. It offers service all day long until 12pm. You can enjoy a large range of mojitos and cocktails or a simple ice cold beer with some delicious snacks.

Lounge Punta Beleza: A wooden deck right by the sea that evolves as the day passes by. In the morning we offer yoga lessons and an ideal space for meditation and relaxation with the sound of the sea. In the evening it transforms into a hammock lounge where you can watch the sunset,  and good music, and dancing. Some evenings it will turn into an open air cinema; others it will be a relaxed casino or a bohemian bar under the light of the moon. Open every day from 8am to 12pm.

Playa Saasil: The center of the beach is a natural mini-bay, exceptional in its form and colors. It provides access to the sea for swimming and practicing water sports. The beach is divided into two areas with a unique decoration that gives the flair of a retro and cool environment.

Jacuzzi BLU:Our Jacuzzi, carved in natural stone at the edge of the Caribbean, is a trademark of the hotel. The sole experience of watching a sunset while enjoying a hydro-massage and our cucumber/lime fresh water is worth visiting Hotel B Cozumel.

The Pool: To cool off, we have our infinity pool with a mix of blues that blend with the colors of the sea. We just built some stools so that you can hang out all day long while being served with drinks and snacks by the pool.

Spa BooxChooh: You can treat yourself with a rejuvenating beachside massage by our experienced therapists who adapt the massage according to your bodys needs. The Mayan Massage is a must!

Cabaas de Buceo: Hotel B Cozumel has a certified PADI Dive Center from which we offer a variety of courses in the hotel as well as equipment for snorkeling, scuba diving and kayaking. It has daily pick-ups at our pier to take you to the famous Cozumels reefs.

We loved Hotel B. It's just the right size for us - small enough so that you feel like you are staying somewhere more personal and intimate but large enough to have great amenities. In May the Hotel was nearly empty so we had our choice of lounges around the pool or on the Oceanside deck. It was really easy to get spa bookings and the massages were great. The drinks were cold and kept coming! I love staying at hotels that have their own house reef with snorkelling right on the doorstep and ... Read more

We just got married in Playa Del Carmen and we decided to go to Cozumel for 2 night before we go on our honeymoon cruise. The only 2 things I can say good about this hotel was that the pool area is pretty nice, exactly like you see in the pictures and the cute decoration. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the staff who work there, everybody so unhelpful, rude and incompetent. They pretty much don't care about the guess and don't want to solve your problem. We had few issues there and an... Read more

We got a good deal online. The hotel is on the north of the island (about 5 minutes taxi from the ferry). Rooms are nicely decorated but quite poorly maintained. There is a nice ocean view from the bed. There is no beach in the hotel, but there is a nice deck to the ocean when you can snorkel. Service was mediocre from initial interaction. In the two days we stayed there we needed to reset our room card keys 4 times. Unlike what they advertise, internet only works in the lobby (not in rooms, re... Read more

Such potential this hotel has..Do wish I'd taken recent reviews more seriously. So disappointed with the over-flow crowds at the pool, hotel guests no longer are welcome pool-side, priority goes to those with day passes, who monopolize the lounge chairs, pool, and wait staff. Hotel B is no longer a small boutique hotel, it's truly a rowdy day pass club. Sad and not the experience I had last year when guests were respectful and friendly. The day pass 'kids' have a sense of country-club entitlemen... Read more

We took the ferry over from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel for a quick 2 night getaway. Taxis were right outside the ferry dock and got us to the Hotel B in just about 10 minutes. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the hotel grounds. Our room was ready and our luggage was taken right up. The room was clean and well appointed. This place is all about the view. We were on the second floor overlooking the pool looking out over the ocean. You could see Playa Del Carmen from our balcony. The pool area r... Read more

you can swim in the ocean, snorkel, bar b q, do yoga, lounge in beach beds, and not leave the hotel grounds. we loved the view and the laid back atmosphere. rooms were nice and staff was great. it is located on the northern side of Cozumel so it tends to be quieter but they offer lively events at nights for guests.

North of downtown area... away from "tourist" things... Pool is beautiful. Many amenities like massages can be arranged on property. Rooms facing ocean have a great view so the Cozumel sunset. Parking can be a bit limited if you have a rental car, not many spaces. Want to go again !

any where you are in this property you will experience great views, get ready for some awesome sunsets, the ambiance is very nice with calming, almost "zen" background music, enjoy an outstanding yoga program everyday, overlooking smelling and hearing the ocean while practicing, hotel is appointed with classy artisan details throughout to remind us where we are, like the convenient accessible bikes free to all guest. kind people

The location is really nice, the atmosphere is very comfortable, the pool and its view awesome, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very kind, specially people working at the restaurant. It is also great that it is a pet friendly hotel. I saw a dog having great time swimming by the sea. The only downside I experienced was the issue with day passes. The hotel sells day passes and that destroys the peaceful environment for guests. For two or three days around 15-20 of israelis were ac... Read more

Great place we've stayed a couple of times. Rooms are simple but everything you need is there. The grounds are very cool and there's even a swim up platform with a cooler of drinks. Good snorkeling, food, yoga, massages, and drinks right on site.

They offer a great day pass option for those passing through, and the entrance fee for it can be used as a credit for food/drink. The premises has a great restaurant/poolside bar service, private beach/cabanas, pool, ocean access/pier, hammocks, available massages, and great wifi. It's also very quiet compared to the more touristy Punta Langosta downtown. Having worked on ships, I used to come to Hotel B almost once a week. I'm so glad I discovered this quiet gem. I recently came to Cozumel on... Read more

This is my favorite place in Cozumel. I just love it. The service is not great, but the pool, the view, the decor everything else is amazing! The view of the clear ocean water is spectacular. We went for a day pass for my dad's birthday and he loved it!

Stayed in Hotel B in july 2016 for 4 days and absolutely loved it! room was quite spacious and clean with the ocean view. the infinity pool is large and very warm (too warm for our liking), the cabana setting is just perfect, you can spend the whole day tanning, reading, munching on snacks and margaritas in the super comfortable cabana. although there is no beach per say, but snorkelling from the pier s just magnificent - there is a small current so you can just drift along the wall in crystal ... Loved the layout of the hotel it was just beautiful!!! Very intimate setting. View was beautiful. The ambiance of the whole setting was awesome with the infinity pool, snorkeling & cabana beds right on our own little private beach. Room was nice, sheets could've been softer. Air conditioning went out but they fixed it. Food was good. Drinks were a bit on the weaker side of what we prefer. All in all I would recommend this hotel but definitely bring your mosquito repellent.

This is a great place that I have stayed at several times. It is on the calm side water wise of the island and is a great boutique hotel. The rooms from what I can tell are all facing the water. If you jump into the ocean it is like jumping into a fish tank. Excellent place

My 13 year old son and I had a boys weekend at Hotel B and and it was fantastic. Everything from the fresh ceviche and and tropical drink served upon arrival to helping arrange transportation to the airport when we left, our stay was fantastic. The property itself is beautiful and has a great location, and it has a cool vibe because of the music and younger clientele. The infinity edge pool is beautiful and the hot tub, day beds and hammocks are also relaxing. We loved all the beautiful fish and... Read more

Stayed at Hotel B for world triathlon championships - Team were super accomodating of triathletes providing buffet breakfast at 5am before leaving to race site. Once the races were over we stayed another couple of nights to relax by the Caribbean - Floating bar in the ocean is seriously amazing or order cocktails to your Kobana. We visited this hotel on a day pass whilst in port for a few hours on a cruise ship, having visited Cozumel several times we have previously seen the sights etc.. Short taxi ride, then pay hotel for day pass, great value and includes some food and some drinks, up to a limit, but very fair value. Friendly staff, nice place in a good location, nice pool, lovely sea, clean toilets, etc.

Wonderful place to spend your day while cruising. Beautiful pool and easy access to the wonderful ???, just be careful, it's a very strong current. Food it's really good ???, love their shrimp ?? quesadilla. Unfortunately last time when I spent the day with my friends, the service was extremely slow. It wasn't that busy so I don't understand. Better to go and take the drink ?? yourself, wait for it after you ordered. Seriously ??? I love this place and I would like to go back, please do s... Read more
