If you ever need to stay overnight in Cd. Juarez, Mexico. This is the place. It's very reasonable, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is centrally located and close to anything you might need. It is reasonably close to at least 2 border entry points so you can get in and out of the US with no issue.

I had a language barrier with the staff (this was my fault) but they were very nice and tried to explain everything and was great. The customer service was a strong 11 out of ten!! The only bad thing was beds felt a little to firm, they may have been new though so it was not a terrible thing.

Our family was in Juarez for a wedding and stayed in four rooms at the Hampton Inn in Juarez. I give the property 5 stars because it is such a nice place to stay within Juarez. We loved the breakfast and happy hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is available to take guests to many places and can be reserved ahead of time. The gym is a bit small. The A/C in the room worked well but was a bit noisy. There was complimentary self-serve laundry and free soap. Over... Read more

Liked this place very much, I'm familiar with the area and its location is probably the safest in the city. The facility, staff, cleanliness and security they all met my expectations, it's a bit pricey but well worth it, highly recommended!!

This hotel is just perfect for business travalers. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. King size bed is very comfortable with high quality pillows. Daily breakfast buffet has just about everything. Free beer and snacks in the lobby several days a week from 6 to 8pm. Various very good restaurants just steps away from the hotel and fantastic nightlife minutes away.

I have stayed at this hotel over the years for work related travel. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. The rooms are of good quality. Clean and well furnished. Beds have always been very comfortable.Wi-fi speed is ok for streaming movies, but cuts and slows at times For the cost per night, you have great buffet breakfast with an included happy hour of appetizers and dinner fair, beer and drinks. The area feels safe and walkable to near by top restaurants. A new food and entertainm... Read more

My wife is very picky when it comes to the cleanliness of the hotels we stay in. She could not stop talking about how nice it was and I agree. The best overall we have stayed at in Juarez. It is a little pricier but the happy hour makes up for the difference. Would be nice if they had a small fridge in the room-we were in a king room study suite so expected we would have one. Felt very safe and secure. Nice upscale food establishments within walking distance.

This is a high volume hotel with zero focus on their customers or the services they provide. Hotel is not representative of a Hilton standrad, filthy rugs, old dry wall, stained and bad odor linens, it'shame

Always stay at Hilton properties in fact a diamond member. Upon arrival the bathroom was not overly clean. The chairs were very stained. After the first day went to make coffee and the prior days coffee bag was still in the coffee machine and the used sugar and creamers were there from the previous day. Tv flickered for the majority of stations. Location is good as it is very near many good restaurants

On website it says rooms come with mini fridge and microwave but ours did not. It also states the hotel bus would be available for transportation but I was told by one of the receptionist that they were only for entrepreneurs staying at the hotel, which at the the end turned out to be a lie once it was cleared by someone else at the day of our checkout . Other than that I would recommend this place. Staff just needs to treat everyone equally. I walked in wearing shorts and didn't really feel wan... Read more

I had to call the front desk; staff came up to change the sheets and somehow only changed one of the sheets and left the room without an explanation. If you don't want to deal with uncleanliness and ineffective staff stay away.

The hotel has a good location and the staff is friendly. They offer free breakfast and a business cocktail in the afternoon. The rooms look a little bit old, how ever they are very clean. I had no problems getting my invoice in time. It is a good choice in Cd Juarez, however by Tuesday there were no available rooms and I had to find another hotel.

First time in this hotel not cannot be satisfied enough: Friendly helpful knowledgeable service, clean room, good parking and a happy hour with all the trimmings: coffee, liquor, sodas, beer, chips, salsas etc etc..incredible. The same goes for a very complete breakfast and punctual free van service. Big thank you and " well done".

Stayed there this week while participating in a golf tournament in the city. The hotel service and staff were excellent, the happy hour and breakfast very, very nice. The golf course set up transportation from public parking lot in El Paso to and from the hotel, as well as to and from the golf course. It is our understanding that is a normal process when requested. The cost for the transportation was very reasonable and was done in a professional manner. The hotel room was clean, comfortable... When I arrived I asked for a street view and the lady said she had one on the second floor. When we got to the room it was a view to the wall of the outer structure of the hotel. On our second night at about 4:30 am I woke up to loud talking from hotel staff which made sense because our room was directly above the lobby.
