The resort, our room /balcony/ view, pool, and restaurant were fabulous! The staff.......beyond amazing! So helpful, friendly, and accommodating!! This is a destination that is unspoiled by commercial development and greed! The result is a everyday fishing village and its very nice, hospitable people. All of our Worldmark stays have been excellent, but this was over the top fabulous!!

This resort was absolutely fantastic from check-in to check-out! We had the most fantastic studio room on the 5th floor and it was absolutely perfect! The view was amazing, the room was perfect, the staff......I can't even begin to say enough about them! They were all so very friendly and helpful and personable. They made our stay very enjoyable. The only possible downside I could possibly think of is the stairs down to town, but that's not even a real downside. That was our exercise. LOL... Read more

My husband and I were looking to find a sunny place to spend a week. Our friend had told us about Zihuatenejo a year or so back, so when WM bought here we decided to check it out. The resort sits on top a hill over looking the bay. Each room hosts a great view off the balcony and bathroom windows. The decor is bright and clean with touches of iron wrought finishes, dark wood, and varied tiles & mosaic stones. I beleive only 1 room has a kitchen, but there are mini-bar fridges for drinks or s... Read more

Great views, excellent room even better service. Everyone took great care of us during our week in Zihua. They made me and my girlfriend feel very special. Especially Zender who made a special table near the pool for our dinner of fresh caught fish and world class views. World Mark Zihuatanejo is a quiet, calm relaxing place to stay in paradise.

My husband and I stayed at this resort and I can tell you it is spectacular! The service is outstanding, the location is special and the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. The staff we most enjoyed were Alexandra, Zender, Eddie, Carlos and Yoonuel, they are a 1st class act. I might have missed a few names but every staff member we encountered were outstanding. The restaurant food was delicious and can be eaten by the pool, not to forget the great Happy Hour starting at noon everyday. Massage... Read more

This great hotel has been a WorldMark Resort less than a year, and is somewhat different from most of the WorldMarks I've been to, but exceedingly comfortable, and the staff really bends over backwards to make every detail comfortable and welcoming. I had a great studio unit with a balcony overlooking the bay and the pool. Had several meals in the on-site restaurant, and found the food wonderfully prepared. I suspect I'll be back to this gem of a resort.

The rooms are beautiful, and the staff made our stay great! Juan Carlos and Alessandra were very friendly and helpful. The walk down to town is beautiful. The walk back to the hotel is difficult(170 steps)! The restaurant is very nice and there is a lot of great food in town. Its not stocked like other Worldmark resorts (no kitchen or laundry). We will be back.

My wife & I wanted to pick a place to go that would be slow and not overly busy with visitor so we picked Zihuatanejo Worldmark to vacation at. Staff member Eric & Juan Carlos were very helpful and very knowledgable with any question I had. When I wanted to set up a surprise in the room for my wife while we were out they made it happen. They set up the jet tub with rose pedals and campaign and my wife was surprised. Very good food at restruant and lovely open view to pool and ocean. I really enj... Read more

Our stay was amazing, the resort is not your typical WM but it different is always nice!! The staff, all of them are wonderful!! We loved the bar/restaurant, the chilaquiles are not to be missed. We went to a different beach every day and explored Zihua's centro daily. We even did a day in Ixtapa. We loved it so much we plan on returning soon. Only downfall is having to take a taxi everywhere, not expensive but tedious

Had an amazing time! The staff were helpful, had some great pool side drinks. Just want to explain a little about the rooms as I was very curious until I arrived. I stayed in the 1 bedroom Penthouse. You walk in and there are 2 double beds with a bathroom and deck. All the rooms have decks that look at over the water. Then there are stairs that take you to the "master". Upstairs there is a king size bed with a full bathroom and 2nd balcony/deck. The unit does not have a kitchen. Just a mini frid... Read more

I stayed in a beautiful room with a huge balcony an a spa bath. Alessandra, and Juan Carlos went out of their way to see everything was fine. I trusted Juan Carlos to book me a trip diving and snorkelling. He even came and found me to tell me about another trip to release turtles. I ate in the restaurant 3 times and the chef Alfredo had great presentation of his delicious menu. There are no lifts in this boutique hotel and walking up and down the steps was good exercise. Even the steps into town.... Read more

My wife and I had an amazing stay here! Beautiful quaint hotel, spectacular views of the bay no matter where you stand, the accommodations were wonderful with a studio that had a huge covered balcony, jetted jacuzzi tub & King. But the GREATEST value at the property was the STAFF, they were amazing! Juan Carlos, Yoonuel, Alessandra, Javier and rest I cannot recall their names. My wife and I were pampered and taken care of by all of them always friendly, happy, courteous, very helpful and willin... Read more
