"Como comentario general la Administracion del SEA AVENTURE RESORT deberia encontrar alternativas que faciliten un servicio de Internet mas funcional, y mas teniendo en cuenta la competencia hotelera que en su mayoria tratan de ofrecer al turista este servicio a la habitacion. SEA AVENTURE ( y mas con su cambio de razon social) , dentro de su politica permanente de mejoramiento de servicio NO PUEDE QUEDAR RESAGADO A LA VANGUARDIA. Ustedes podrian buscar alternativas mas economicas y mejorar este servicio, sobretodo cuando la tecnologia hace que muchos usuarios dependan del Internet ( se viaja con las lapto o portatiles) SEA AVENTURE NO DEBERIA PRESTAR ESTE SERVICIO COMO OTRA FUENTE DE GANANCIA. Por el contrario, faciliar los medios de comunicacion. ( y eso que no hablo de los televisores de viejos modelos usados en las habitaciones). Adicionalmente, IMPRIMIR UN VOUCHER ES UNA LABOR DISPENDIOSA. Segun el empleado de turno, SEA AVENTURE CUENTA CON IMPRESORAS PERO DE USO PRIVADO. La administracion PUEDE adquirir maquinas que IMPRIMEN Y FOTOCOPIA y que funcionan con MONEDAS ( si se trata de suplir costos). En el caso nuestro, teniamos que pagar 5 dolares por media hora, lo cual es costoso en comparacion en USA, Adicionalmente preguntamos para imprimir y nos dicen que la impresora es privada y que no se podia utilizar. Los avances en desarrollo de comunicaciones, y en especial en el area turistica y hotelera, son muchos. SEA AVENTURE no puede conformarse con las actuales estrellas con que cuenta. A pesar de ser catalogado como de 'pocas' estrellas, SEA AVENTURE no se puede quedar a la saga mientras la compentencia esta haciendo mucho por mejorar sus servicios. Se dira como excusas, costos, tal vez, pero en ultimas y eso lo saben ustedes, estos costos son asumidos por el ASOCIADO ( El turista es parte integral de Sea Aventure mientras utiliza sus servicios, es un ASOCIADO, al igual que el personal que trabaja en el RESORT). Como comentario final, no entendia porque la habitacion que nos fue asiganda (313A), no obstante pagar en su totalidad, no contaba con un pequeno refrigerado en el cual mantener agua fria por lo menos. En fin, siempre encontraremos razones que justifiquen las posibles falencias de un servicio. Les agradezco la oportunidad de expresar mis sugerencias, que a la final solo estan dirigidas a mejorar su adminitracion. Apesar de ser catalogado como un HOTEL DE TRES ESTRELLAS, los servicios AL ASOCIADO deberia ser como si se tuviera las CINCO. Finalmente, es de mal gusto que los meseros esten haciendo comentarios mientras se toman los alimentos, yo escuche eso el dia previo a mi viaje en el desayuno, disputandose las mesas en el restaurante, comentandose entre ellos cuales dan' MAS PROPINAS Y CUALES NO, Y CUALES COJO YO. CUALES MESAS SON MEJORES PARA ATENDER Y CUALES NO. Es decir se atentiende al turista, segun SU PROPINA???!'. En mi caso particular, limite mis propinas,y a lo mejor estuve errado, puesto que entendia que al pagar TODO INCLUIDO, en una de sus partes lei QUE LAS PROPINAS TAMBIEN ESTAN INCLUIDAS, SI ESTOY ERRADO POR FAVOR CLARIFIQUEMELO PARA LA PROXIMA OPORTUNIDAD. Muchas gracias, indudablemente a pesar de mis comentarios, los recomendaria a ustedes por el ambiente familiar que brindaron a los mios (EN TOTAL HABIAN CONMIGO 20 FAMILIARES) . "My wife and our 3 daughters spent a glorious week at the Sea Adventure Dec 2011. Our experience can be summed up in a word, 'Awesome'!
The hotel is well-run and clean, the staff extremely helpful and pleasant. There was always plenty of delicious food to choose from...even for my pickiest eater!
The folks running activities and events were pleasant, helpful and joined in the fun!
The dinner theater shows were well produced, choreographed and a treat for all!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this destination to families, young couples, and seniors alike!!
We're already planning our return trip and my girls can't wait!"
"There was four of us two adults and 4 and 2 year olds and we all had a blast. The beach is near so was the park and the food. Our 2 year old woke up at 7:30 am everyday got her swimsuit on and was ready to go swimming. This resort has something for everyone to do, lots Of activities through out the day. It's was great!"
Posted: Mon, Dec 19, 2011"Absolutely the best place to go on vacation. Went there from nov 29 to dec 6th 2011. Staff, food location rooms, eceryhing is top notch, for a family. Would not recomend for singles, as this is a very family oreiented place. Went there alone with 3 boys under 12, and had time to read three books. The staff is very efficient and genuinely interested in your well being.Shows are great, lobby and other areas beatiful. Will definitely return . Great place for a great price !"

Cancun International Airport:
Guests arriving into Cancun International Airport will travel just 20 short minutes to Sea Adventure Resort and Water Park. Approximate driving time is 35 minutes and distance is 20 miles.
Driving directions from Cancun International Airport:
Exit airport and take a right towards Hwy 307/Hotel Zone. Turn onto Hwy 307 heading north towards city of Cancun & Tulum Avenue. Proced into Av. Tulum North and Take exit for Puerto Juarez sign (right) and proceed east for approximately three Km. Watch for Sea Adventure Resort and Water Park sign, resort will be on the right side.
