"We were there for a destination wedding. What a wonderful place to stay! People had told me that Cancun was a big party town, but this was a great place to be with my husband and two older daughters. The staff was always friendly. The entertainment choices were top-notch. Fifteen restaurants to choose from provided food for any appetite. The room was large and comfortable and the jacuzzi in the room was a bonus! I would love to go back and stay there again and would definitely recommend it to other people."

"My husband and I spent 7 nights at the Grand Moon. The property was amazingly beautiful but the staffs made it special for us. We particularly

appreciate the service from Samual, Maria and Roberto at the Brszilian restaurant. We enjoyed the wonderful meals and the Mayan's coffee and the special deserts made for us. We don't like the Membership Selling Program. "

Staff treated us like royalty Special thanks to Angelica for looking after me and my family when I was taken ill and Francisco our waiter for the care he took of us We will definately be going back, nowhere else on earth can compare. "I can truthfully say that Moon Palace was amazing, and everyone in my family loved it. there was never a dull moment between the white sand beach, the multiple pools and swim-up bars, the nightly shows, the mini golf, everything! Even the time we spent off the resort at 'Xcaret theme park' or Tulum, we were never bored. The service was very impressive, and the little kids sure did love the 24-hour room service, and hot tub in our room. The staff were very friendly, and every time you would past one of the staff members they would always look up at you,with a huge smile, and say 'hola!'. We especially liked the 'My Palace Memories-Kodak', and i can't wait to show the pictures off to all of our family friends. I would return anytime!"

"We went on our honeymoon and loved it. A few years later we decided to try Cancun again, but went to a different resort (big mistake). The day after we arrived, we went to the Moon Palace and stayed the rest of the week. They might be more pricey than the other resorts, but you get what you pay for. We love taking the resort buses to town and using the sister resorts beaches, but want to stay in the Moon Palace because of the number of restaurants. Most of all, we love the service at the Palace resorts. They treat you like Royalty!"

"Moon Palace in Cancun is, by far, the best resort we have ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly and everything they do is with a smile. They go above and beyond to meet all of your needs. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Our stay in January 2011 was our second visit there and it was even better than the first. We would like to say 'Thank you' to the maid for doing such a great job of keeping our room clean (and the evening turn-down service was very nice too!). A very special 'Thank you' to restaurant manager of Capitan, and one of the waiters for meeting our special request . Their service was impressive. And most of all ,we would like to thank the staff of Arricebas Poolside Restaurant for making our last night there a memorable one with the special dinner they planned for us. Staff members and everyone who works at that restaurant are certainly an asset to Moon Palace. It just gives us more reason to want to come back. It has been ``Our Pleasure`` !"

" I have had three two week stays at the palace, and just booked my fourth. This place is truly amazing. The service, the staff, the property, are all first class. I have traveled to many places, but this tops the lot by far. They call it a palace and we were treated like royalty. Nothing is too much trouble, every need you have is met willing with a smile by the staff there. Apart from the beautiful surroundings, the white sandy beach, the immaculately kept rooms and grounds, I would say the the strongest asset to the palace is the complete attentiveness of the staff there(as little or as much as you want). We work hard all year round now happily knowing we have the Moon Palace waiting for us. "

"Well the facility is very clean and the staff is all willing and able to get what you need. We didn't get our complimentary bottle of wine, and our room was near the area where the sales of time shares take place therefore it was very noisy. The property is vast so a large air conditioned bus or a 4 seater and an 8 seater golf cart are available to transport guests between the Palace properties. Tonight the entertainment was the Caribbean Night---great dancers--all Vegas level performers. The Circus night was more catered to the children along with a puppet show in the lobby (not sure which one is which yet) very confusing going from one hotel to the next and all somewhat identical. Food has been delish so far. House cleaning tends to be a bit sporadic. Maid service in the day is reliable however the turn down service only happened once and we`ve been here since Wednesday Nov 17 that`s five days. Even though tipping is not required - bring money for tips. We found we needed to tip a lot of people - at least $100 for a week trip. The more services you use the more you need to tip. We took a taxi to Coco Bongo - thanks to the driver - very good service. He even waited and took us back to Moon Palace Grand. We went shopping today and took the lobby to lobby bus then we took a taxi to go shopping. In the market the merchants were very aggressive in their bid to sell us their products. It was a very scary experience for my sister and the prices were not that great. "

"i have had two amazing holidays at the moon palace. in fact i have booked to go back in September. i can't really add anything to all the good comments, other than to say my travel agent who is also a family friend, said when i asked if he had ever been anywhere better,(he is very very much a world wide traveler ) said he could sell me a more expensive holiday but honestly he has never been to such a wonderful place himself as the moon palace. that for me sums it up. the one small tiny thing last year i found different is the push to sell the time share there. once i said i am not interested in taking any tours i was left alone to enjoy paradise. in fact we are arranging a family wedding there next year, its so good ."

"I`m writing this to help make up the minds of people who are contemplating which resort to go on vacation. I`m a frequent traveler to Cancun, Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen. I have stayed at other resorts, with my family and by far Moon Palace has never let me down. The staff is fantastic, the entertainment is phenomenal, and especially the day cruise that takes you to Isla de Mujeres! The resort is gorgeous and the variety of eateries has always made me happy. I have been to the Moon Palace 5 times now, each time it gets better than the last. Been there through every season; May is my favorite time to go. I have gone there for family reunion trips, with my single girlfriends and with my boyfriend, I really wish I could live there! Last but not least, for someone who is looking to have a blast, without all the drunken 20 year olds, Moon Palace is the place to be! You will NOT be disappointed! "
