"My friends and I went down for what we though was going to be an 'All-Inclusive' vacation in beautiful CANCUN. Well there was nothing All-Inclusive about it. We had to sign for everything you ordered whether it cost you anything our not! What a PAIN to have to sign after each order. And the best part is that they expect a tip each time as well. Also, you were nickeled and dimed out of everything they could from you. Only certain drinks in your room were included and others were not. Good luck at determining which is which. You are better off checking you bill at the front desk to make sure that you or SOMEONE else didn't charge stuff to your room. Overall the hotel was ok. If you are a younger person (20-27) then you would particularly like the beach party on saturdays, however, don't be foolde by the videos on the website. The girls there are all hired to be there. Outside of that there were not many people the resort, especially females. Nontheless, the pool and beach were great. The food was at best average. I have stayed in Cancun and the surrounding areas many times. This was by far the worst yet. I would not return nor suggest it to anyone else."

"While this hotel is very beautiful, the service was terrible. Aside from a two very good waiters we had in the Salt restaurant, the service and friendliness of the staff was awful. No assistance at the pool to find chairs, towels, get drinks, etc... Items in room and on every menu that you have to pay extra for despite being all inclusive. All in all, very disappointed."

"Our overall trip was wonderful. The place was beautiful, a few small problems ,cigarette smoke in our room, room not turned down at night a few times. Food was pretty good, most tmmes, a few clunkers. Overall, very nice."

This modern Contemporary Resort on the Beach has a privileged location, only 20 minutes away from Cancun International Airport, 20 minutes from Cancun downtown. The best location in the hotel zone, just a few steps from the best shopping, restaurant and entertainment areas. Nearby golf at the Robert Trent Jones Pok-ta-Pok 18 hole golf course.
