"I can't say enough how pleasant this trip was. From the time we checked in until we checked out, our experience was fabulous. No problems, no worries! What could be controlled was taken care of. Even when we had rain, we didn't care because the inside of the hotel was beautifully kept, the ambiance was always calming and relaxing, the food at the 'O' restaurant was great and the staff were always accommodating, and the location of the hotel was magnificent. The ocean views were always breathtaking. I would go back to this hotel if or when I decide to return to Cancun."

"Overall Excellent.. The service, staff, food and prices!!! WIFI is now free, phone calls are still being charged. Nice, clean, modern. Any problem just call the operator and they will immediately help and resolve the issue.
The location I would say is the best it is called Punta Cancun everything you need is 5, 10,or 15 mins away walking or on a vehicle, restaurants, night clubs, shopping malls or plazas, bus stops, taxis all of them in this location."

"the hotel was great, a little plain but clean and neat. normally stay at hyatt whenever possible, including this time in Cancun, but a front desk person caused all the bad experiences to me and my family. when we arrived at hotel at 1:30pm after all long morning travel, she told me that we have to wait until 3pm to check in. her face was cold with no smile, no expressions. so we waited until 2pm, we were all very tired, my 14 yrs old daughter went back to her to see if possible there is a room for us, she told her the same thing. 2:45pm, i finally went to talk to her, and she still says 'NO ROOM'! i was little frustrated at this point, i can't believe that this great hotel with a such cold service person not even showing a little considerations for their customers. when i start to question her, she said let me check, then she found a room in 5 seconds. then later during our stay, there were few times we have to talk with her regarding something else, again, she has no smile on her face....why they put some unpleasant person at the front desk? the whole hotel experiences ruined by her, i was unhappy everytime when i think about this. i think i will reconsider hyatt next time because of it.
others were minor. room was not cleaned until 2pm, i have to call the front desk, still not coming until hours later. but they getting the room cleaned."

"nice hotel very contemporary deisgn.watch out local telphones calls are charged by the hotel.
i think the internet should be free,but we paid $16 a day.
nightlife good nearby walking distant,and choice of cafes restuarants.
otherwise everthing was okay.
beaches were clean no problem.
