Cocoon Deluxe Yacht
The Cocoon I is Villa Rolandi's deluxe yacht, a 42 feet catamaran that offers deluxe yacht transportation services for its hotel and restaurant guests.
Its friendly crew will transport you from Cancun to the property in about 30 minutes any day of the week, 365 days a year. (subject to weather conditions)

Casa Rolandi Restaurant
Rolandi is synonymous with gourmet tradition in Cancun and Isla Mujeres. Its secret lays in the creativity of the Swiss-Northern Italian cuisine and the delicious, exclusive recipes cooked in its firewood oven that seal in the juices and retain their original flavors.
Our chef Daniele Müller has recently arrived from Europe after attending the School of Paul Bocuse in Lyon France as well as making he’s practice in various 3 star Michelin restaurants in Europe.
He has created for Casa Rolandi specialties of contemporary cousin and for our clients with a dietetic regimen a menu with low calories that will take care of there well being, this specially design menu can be applied along side the Thalasso therapy Spa technique that can be taken advantage of right here in our Hotel.
Dining and Entertainment: Casual lunching with our gourmet snack menu and elegant a-la-carte dinner. The restaurant is open daily from noon until midnight (kitchen service until 10:30pm).

Discovering the Thalasso The Thalasso therapy is based on the beneficial action of the marine climate and baths of the sea; they can be used in order to resolve various types of diseases.
The practical Thalasso therapy structures are placed on the edge of the sea, taking advantage of various members of the marine atmosphere such as the water of the sea, sand algae and mud.
Therapy can include external applications like mud baths, algae baths, marine water baths, showers, footbaths and walks in bath tubs; there also techniques that allow an exercise or massage to take place in the water.
The origins Like the best ancient remedies, Thalasso therapy is the marine treatment that has ancient techniques: Egyptians, Greeks and Romans took advantage of the properties in the sea water to prevent and cure.
By the end of the eighteenth century the scientific value of these treatments came uncovered and only in the last thirty years centers have been equipped to elaborate such techniques.

Driving directions from Cancun International Airport:
Exit Cancun International Airport and take Luis Donaldo Colosio Blvd towards city of Cancun. Turn right onto Jose Lopez Portillo Blvd towards Puerto Juarez and Punta Sam. Once you are at Puerto Juarez or Punta Sam, you have different options to go to Isla Mujeres.
Travel (Avoid Expensive cab fares by purchasing your transfer prior your arrival plus get access to local assistance and tours at the Resort) :
1. By car. From Punta Sam, there is a ferry that takes 45 minutes.
2. By express boats. They leave from Puerto Juarez every 30 minutes and take 15 minutes.
3. By comfortable tourist boats. From Cancun hotel zone, there are several departures and take 35 minutes. The express boats leave every 30 minutes from 6am to 8:30pm. It takes 15 minutes to Isla Mujeres.
4. Another way to arrive quickly for those who travel by car, is to take the ferry at Punta Sam with your car and family. The journey takes 45 minutes and the schedules are as follows:(times are subject to change without notice according to weather conditions)
Punta Sam - Isla Mujeres
8am, 11am, 2pm, 5:30pm, 8:15pm
Isla Mujeres - Punta Sam
6:30am, 9:30am, 12:45pm, 4:15pm, 7:15pm
Cancun International Airport:
Approximate driving time to Puerto Juarez (Passenger Ferry) and Punta Sam (Car Ferry) is 30 minutes and distance is 25.5 Km (15.85 miles). From Puerto Juarez take the ferry.
