"would not return unless mattress's & pillows were changed,and guest would have control of A.C. settings,mattress's were like sleeping on a slab of concrete & pillows were like sacks of cement, our backs & necks are still hurting the A.C. stayed on their settings could not lower it to our comfort. If your thinking of going keep this in mind. A shame this multimillion dollar hotel can't afford new mattress's,pillows,and let guest have control of A.C.Extremely disappointed with the room. Asked customer service for 4,5 mattress pads to help bed be more tolerable. Front desk clerk very rude,insulting,& abrupt. He was the only rude one out of a staff of hundreds. Other then this the hotel overall is beautiful,the food is excellent and the staff is the best! except for one. "

"This hotel is great; mainly thanks to the wonderful staff. There is plenty to do to keep occupied if you wish to partake - they don't badger you if you'd prefer to just relax. Food is terrific - great variety in the Don Juan, the special event feel of the Japanese restaurant and the wonderful selection of well prepared fare at the Brazilian restaurant. Room was kept well stocked in everything and kept very clean by an unobtrusive housekeeping team. Beach was great, view from room amazing. Reception staff are really attentive and helpful. Quality of drinks offered and friendly willing staff to provide them all add to the wonderful experience. I couldn't ask for better"

"Overall the expierence was great but the only cons i found really hard to get over were the BEDS! They were way too uncomfortable and also the sheets were of very poor quality, nothing but stiffness and at the same time very DAMP! It always seemed like the sheets and the bed were damped and humid for some reason, and it was not just my room but my friend's bed in another room on a different floor was the same aswell! Sorry but I need a comfortable place to lay and rest at when I'm feeling drained from all the activities when on vacation. Besides that its a very nice resort with a friendly staff."
