"This resort is huge! It has too many restaurants to choose from. 20 bars and it's in the jungle. The beach is one of the best in the area if it's not windy. The sand is powdery and great for walking,There are some sandy spots for swimming and some rocky areas for snorkeling. We loved it for the snorkeling - lots of fish. The staff was great, always friendly and willing to help. We arrived early and were upgraded to a suite, wow. The resort is big so we used the shuttles for rides to the lobby. We had a great two day stay at the Grand Palladium although it was short we would recommend this resort to anyone."

"first and foremost the service staff were great, always greeting you with a smile from then on it goes downhill very quickly. the rooms at the colonial are so dimley lit that if you needed to iron anything after dark, good luck. we were there for 2 weeks and in that time a group of spanish young people arrived, approximatly 19-25. age group. so rude that when they finally left the rest of the guests and the poor service staff .did the happy dance!! THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT WAS THE SMOKING WAS ALLOWED EVERYWHERE. POWER WENT OUT ON A REGULAR BASIC. ALL IN ALL NOT A GREAT EXPERIANCE."

"Je viens de revenir de voyage et j'ai adoré mon expérience au Palladium. La nourriture était excellente, le site était trčs bien entretenu et ils ont ŕ coeur l'écologie. Il y avait toujours des chaises disponibles soit ŕ la plage ou aux différentes piscines. Seul bémol sont les coraux qui réduisent l'espace baignade ŕ la plage et parfois le manque d'eau chaude pour la douche avant le souper. J'y retournerais par contre sans hésiter. TRANSLATION: Just got back from vacation and I loved my experience. The food was excellent, the site was well maintained and they are committed to ecology. There were always chairs available either at the beach or to the different pools. Only downside are corals that reduce the space swimming at the beach and sometimes the lack of hot water for showers before dinner. I would go back in a heartbeat."

"The resort was nice, the grounds and beach very beautiful. The service was slow at best. We had stayed at another resort this spring in Cancun and the service was much better. At this resort you had to wait for service at the buffet restaurant. They were not quick to clear plates or serve drinks. The service at the bar was also slow. Seemed as though the staff was more interest in talking with each other than serving guest.

"I felt the staff was rude and very unhelpful. The food was ok and overall cleaniness was ok. I would not return because there are alot of resorts out there willing to go an extra mile in friendliness to keep you happy...Not this one if your unhappy oh well was there response."
