My wife and I visited in late August and were really delighted with the hotel. We stayed seven days and were treated very well by staff. I'm trying to learn Spanish and many would speak more slowly for me so that I could understand. This kind of patience towards customers is what sets this resort apart from others I've reviewed. Everyone at the hotel works hard - very hard and yet seems happy. From the window cleaners, to the baristas, the cooks, bartenders and guy who cleans the beach or clea... Read more

I'm writing this review for the amazing 4 days 3 nights stay that my wife and I had in August 2016 for a quick getaway. First, as many noted, the hotel is an hour away from the Cancun airport so make sure you know how you can get there. There are a whole bunch of transportation companies located right outside of the airport so you can use one of them, or take a cab (could be expensive). We booked through USA Transfers online for $130 round trip. When we got to the hotel, we were greeted by a bel... Read more

I stayed in the gran oasis tulum for a week. I must say that the check in was all an issue and it took a lot to finally check in. While the wait of this we decided to eat and it was the same, we waited 20 minutes for a table and there was only a waitress for around 5 tables. When we finally checked in, we had no hot water in the room and the wc didn't worked too well. I can't say everything was bad because the beach was beautiful, food was great although a little repetitive from the buffet resta... Read more

I have not found another same-range all-inclusive property with such a good value for money in the entire Riviera Maya area. Rooms are large and comfortable, quality of food is surprisingly good with large selection, very friendly staff.

The desk, room, bar, restaurant and concierge staff were all helpful and super-friendly! Estefania, Noeli, Jesus and Henery at the bar and coffee shop took excellent care of us and never stopped smiling! I travelled for a family wedding and the entire event was incredible. The room was clean, well maintained and the fridge was stocked, The concierge even helped me set up my return transfer (as we always miss or skip the meeting) with no problem, The food was great! Rooms were very moldy. We switched rooms after looking at 4 rooms that all had a moldy smell. A la Carte Restaurants were empty but host still would not seat you if you were more than 10 minutes late. I have been to Cancun/Tulum 4 times in the past 2 years and this is he only hotel I would not come back to.

Recently me and a friend went to the Grand Oasis Tulum hotel to celebrate my birthday, me and many friends of mine use to go there frecuently because we like it so much, they have awesome and good quality food, excelent drinks, quiet atmosphere, and the most important thing is the service, provided for the best staff; starting for the front desk manager Melchor Loria, who is always charming and welcoming with us, and his team Alejandro and Anibal, they always accommodate your necessities and the... I traveled here with my boyfriend for a week. We stayed in the Sian Ka'an room, and it was lovely with direct access to the beach from our patio. We had a great soaking tub and lovely stand up shower. The mini bar, which was included, had a selection of soft drinks and beer. We loved the infinity pool with swim up bar. The time of our trip was October 12-19, and it was the "low season" so sometimes we were the only people in the pool. It was not crowded, and we did not need to make reservations... Read more

We loved our stay at Grand Oasis. The staff made our stay magical. We visited Noeli,Rubicel, and Jesus everyday they made us feel like family. The rest of the staff from the front gate to the beach entertainment was second to none. This was our sixth trip to the yucatan and although all trips were well done this was our favorite.

We really enjoyed this vacation at GOT (Grand Oasis Tulum). We usually go to a resort down the road but were dissatisfied with it the last time we stayed there so we decided to try someplace new. We were not disappointed w/GOT. The staff was wonderful, especially Noeli on the beach and Coffee shop, Henrey in the Coffee shop, Gilberto in the Dos Lunas restaurant as well as the hosts for that restaurant, (sorry, can't remember their names), and Fernando out at the bar by the lifeguard as well ... Let me preface this review by first saying that my husband and I have visited only two other all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, both of which were in completely different locations. This location was in between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. It's not actually in Tulum as the name suggests, but it's only about 20 minutes from the ruins and downtown area. We've previously gone to Isla Mujeres Palace Resort and Sandos Finesterra in Cabo San Lucas, so we were pretty much in the center of everything. Th... Read more

Just got back from an amazing 10 days stay at the Grand Oasis Tulum, we wanted a vacation to unwind and relax and we got just what we were wishing for. The resort is a smaller resort on the beach and being low season was only filled at a 30% capacity (great for us). 1. An amazing strip of beach, you can take great walks in the morning. 2. The pools (3) are clean, with comfortable chairs, and sun beds. For the families with children there is a nice kids pool. 3. The food was great and plen... Read more

My husband and I just got back from 6 days at Grand Oasis Tulum. The beach was beautiful, our oceanfront condo room was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service could not have been better! Much of the staff took the time to learn our names on the first days we were there, and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were having a good time. So , just got back from the resort last night. I stayed there with my brother who is a paraplegic. Despite the reviews and being someone who travels quit frequently, I would think that this resort catered to people in wheelchairs. IT IS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE! I had the pleasure to stay at the Grand Oasis Tulum in October 2016 and I have been happily surprised by the refursbishement. Indeed, not only the location of the room is now separate but also all pools and beach are 100% dedicated to Adults on the left side of the resorts. Trully enjoyable with perfect culinary options and a very dedicated staff who makes your stay absolutely perfect!

The Grand Oasis Tulum was much more than we expected. The staff was so friendly, food was great, activities were plenty. You could be active all day, just sit in a chair on the beach or anything in between. Our group of 19, ranging from 15 to 85, had a blast (all of them) We agreed that we would ALL go back there, which is saying a lot for a group of 19. Great value, great resort.
