"This resort was a culture shock for us after staying at a much larger resort on the Mayan Riviera 2 wk, not all incl. But we adjusted to the noise, pool activities 10AM-5PM daily, younger crowd and parked ourselves at the adult area if chairs were available, or on the beach. After a day or two we found all the services fantastic, entertainment exceptional and very high quality. Lots of restaurants to choose from, always somewhere to find something incl room service. But on an exchange thru RCI we paid dearly for the all incl pkg for two adults, one wk. Would really think hard/long before paying that much again. Sales Staff repr Monique took us under her wing and looked after our requested room change (ocean view) and she went beyond service to assist us in having friends visit for a day incl dinner & show. She made our stay special because she treated us that way! Good couples resort for fun, drinks, night bar trips but if you want peace, R&R, find somewhere on the Mayan Riviera."

"It was a nice all inclusive resort. We had an oceanview room overlooking the pool. Staff was friendly. I wasn't sold on the all inclusive though. The food was ok except for we had a very good dinner at Marco Polo. The drinks were made with Generic off brands and you could taste the difference. You could not get name brand except for Kahlua!! We attended two shows that were both very good entertainment. I prefer to have better food and drinks when I travel so that was very disappointing to us. I stayed at another resort in Cancun that was rated higher and really I didn't spend as much as I did for this resort per night including eating out and drinking. BUT, I was not a heavy drinker so if you are putting away the alcohol, I would definitely say look at all inclusives. Otherwise really do your price comparisons including a food budget. I would recommend this resort but depending on the persons preferences. I would not return due to food adequacy and non brand alcohol. The drinks just didn't taste nearly the same."

"Just return and the hotel it is really nice,clean,new,great atmosphere overrall it is a beatifull place to spend your vacations.We stay a week (husband and two boys 4 and 2 years old )and definelly it is a wonderfull family resort with many activities for kids and adults,also two blocks away it is located the other Royal Solaris hotel were you can go and enjoy the amenities and food as well there you can take your kids to the amazing kids big Noe's boat theme pool that it is actually incredible.The staff generally at both hotel are amazing,fun,very much enterteinment people definelly hard workers.food it is ok specially the buffet but remenber you can not espect much from a all inclusive,how ever the Marco Polo restaurant it is very good.Please remenber allways tip,tip,tip this people got paid very low so a tip will definelly will put a smile on their faces so plan on bringing plenty singles."
