"The trip exceeded my expectations considering there were 6 adults and 4 children involved. The only problem we had was a 4-hour flight delay when leaving Cancun, which United Airlines accepted responsibility. Overall a very good trip."

"This was the worst vacation everRRRRRRR! In this hotel the only thing they are interested in is to sell you their vacation membership!!!!They wont even give you your room number, they send you straight to the sales person!!!!!I spent half of my vacation trying to get out of a contract I stupidly signed. I have now being in my home for two days and still waiting for the resort manager to get back to me!!!!!
Stay away from this resorts!!!!!!"
"My wife and I used this trip as our honeymoon. It went very well and we had a great time. All of the resort staff were very very polite. Excellent deal. Only problem was with the airline. The food was decent. Our best experience with food was at the Italian spot eating the lasagna."

Posted: Mon, Oct 17, 2011"everything was great! It does pay to speak a little Spanish, and to tip a little. Service, as with all resorts in area was top notch. Food was up to par with AI resorts, rooms were decent size. Sept is good time to go as most resorts are slow until November."

Approximate driving time 65 minutes away from Cancun International Airport. After Playa Del Carmen town, take to the left site in order to pass the entrance from Puerto Aventuras, follow the signs in order to get to Dreams Puerto Aventuras Resort Spa.
