Where can i start? This hotel is fab!! We (booked with Thomas cook) Our rooms were clean and good sized we had a great view of the pool and sea front. Theres always some food to eat so you will never go hungry. Buffet is average (no baked beans for breakfast) mostly Mexican and american cuisine but nice for a change. We picked this resort because of their facilities for the kids, activity and the bargain price the time we booked it. They have a lot of variety of food to chose from, hey have 5 kinds of a la carte restaurants. But in their buffet resto, i found them repetitive every meal especially the meat. The beef and pork is the same everyday they just change the sauce to make it different. The very annoying one, was their greeter/receiver who will of course greet you and welcome you but will misguide y... Read more

My wife and I booked the Crown Paradise Club in Cancun for our Honeymoon back in November. We arrived by shuttle from the airport, and from the moment we stepped into the resort to the moment we left, we felt like we were royalty. The workers are very kind and respectful, They will recognize you, learn your names and know how to serve you best. We booked the Honeymoon suite the first two nights, which was pure bliss. It had a wonderful hot/bath tub outside with a bottle of Champagne waiting for... Read more

The entertainment team is fantastic!! They work so hard and do so much for the kids and adults to make your vacation a happy and memorable one. Omar is so sweet and is always smiling, and does such a good job wherever he is working. Carlos is amazing at his job!!! Can tell he loves what he is doing. He has a huge impac... Read more

The wife and I decided on a quick get away. We did the all inclusive and we're so impressed that next time we're bringing the grand children. They have four signature restaurants (a steak house, a Mexican restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and a seafood restaurant), and a variety of buffet and snack options. Tons of kids clubs and activities, while still allowing, alone adult time.

On arrival at Cancun Airport was very busy and took us 1.5 hours to clear customs but on Westjet shuttle was there was for us and was very quick to get us to the Crown Paradise. All the staff we encountered while we were staying here were so pleasant and couldn't do enough to help you! Our housekeeper in particular Carmen was so good at her job and always had a smile on her face! The bar on the 8th floor is nice to have a few drinks in before/after dinner, they also have nibbles! A very relaxed bar. Only negative side would be having to book in advance to eat in the restaurants and when you do book a time they'll give you a completely different one.. Although most night... We came to crown paradise for 1 week stay with our 2 boys. The location of the hotel is pretty good, its only a 5 minute bus ride to the mall, and the ferry to isla mujeres. Overall i would say the hotel is a little bit dated, the lot next door is a run down hotel which was ruined by the hurricane and never rebuilt. Its a real eye sore if you're given a partial ocean view room. One elevator was out of service for almost 3-4 days so there were only 2 passenger elevators and i'm not one to nitpic... Read more

I have been coming here every year of my life and love it. The staff, food, resort, and that OCEAN make every visit incredible. It's truly home. Our maid Jenifer on the 4th floor was the best! She made the cutest towel animals all over the room, and we spoke really impressive Spanglish to each other.

Every year we tend to try a new hotel to experience new things all the time. The last few hotels times we always had some problem at the hotel, either the reservations were messed up, rooms were in bad condition or the food was not good. This time we stayed at crown paradise. We had zero problems with the check-in, the room was good, everything worked, no leaking water or sinkhole of a mattress.the hotel is nice, clean and on a good spot on the beach. While the buffet could improve on the varie... Read more

We just got back from our stay here at the crown paradise club. My husband and I went for our first year anniversary. We don't have kids, but it looked to us there was tons of things for kids to do. Overall it was a good experience. Pros - check in went smoothly. We upgraded our suite to the adults only floor with one long size bed and jacuzzi tub but it was an extra 600 dollars on top of everything. Beach was beautiful. (the beach is a very important part of my trips and it was great) there ... Read more

Arrived at the hotel after a very long flight but a very quick pleasant transfer on 04/10/16. We we're greeted with a drink on arrival and cold towels to wipe out faces. We were given a quick and informative introduction and then the porter took our cases to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed; mini bar re-stocked daily with water, soft drinks and beer, air conditioning, safe, hairdryer (which I actually forgot) iron and board etc. We opened the balcony on our ocean view ro... While the staff was mostly friendly, the building was falling apart. We had a storm come in, and the rain knocked through part of the ceiling. Kind of scary, and the booze was very diluted.the food selection, not that great, except for the steak house. We were very far from the fun of down town cancun, so plan accordingly for travel to the bars.

Ok, it has taken me about two years to write this review. The time has come for me to share with everyone what a wonderful place this is. My family spent a week in July 2015 there, and I still to this day, have DREAMS of laying on the sun by the main pool, I wake up remembering waking up at 6am to get good lounge chairs, sitting by the bar and having a drink and chit chatting with the bartenders!!! OMG I CANT WAIT!!!! This was the BEST VACATION that we have ever had, which is why we are co... Read more

I stayed at the Crown paradise club over spring break in March. The hotel was amazing, the staff where very friendly and helpful, and the room was great with an amazing view from the balcony, all the restaurants provided to notch food and drink. The pool areas where very nice and activities periodically through the day for childeren. The main strip for a night out was only 10 mins on the bus or in a taxi so very good location. This is a great place if you have children with you so many activities in the resort. Also close to shopping malls ( Los Americas ) . I'd definitely recommend coming here but make sure you book your reservations in the restaurants because the buffet can get old fast.

After staying at Crown Paradise Club in August 2015, we decided that when returning to Cancun in October 2016 we would again stay at this resort. This trip included my boyfriend, myself, and another married couple, no children this time around. Based on our previous stay, I will admit, our expectations were relatively high for this resort, and while we did have a few setbacks, we were pleased with our overall experience. Upon arriving at the hotel the bellboy immediately assisted with movin... Read more

Crown paradise was an average hotel. It is mostly geared towards families and I came with two friends. The rooms were basic but kept clean regularly which was good. The beds were big and quite comfortable. Most staff aside from one of the managers were friendly and helpful. The food was average at best, rarely very warm and not with much variety - breakfast was probably the best meal of the day. The pool was always busy with an animation team and if I had come with a family, I think I would of e... Read more

The resort had so many things for the kids; water park with slides and pirate ship where you could leave your child (age 4 and up..) and they are strict on not letting any children leave by themselves, you have to sign them in, give room # etc There are also giant water slides for older kids, small areas to play pick up soccer, game room, baby room where its a big play area and you can leave your child there as w... Prior to leaving for this resort I had read many negative reviews about it. When we arrived I was expecting the worst....happily surprised. The only issue we encountered was on the first day, the room fridge did not work. I called the front desk expecting, based on trip advisor reviews, that I would get no help. Wong, I received a message within an hour saying they were working on it but in the meantime to just call down for the free delivery of any cold drinks. By the time I listened to the mes... Read more

Our stay was amazing. The staff were so lovely and attentive. The La Palapa restaurant where the buffets are served offers a great range of foods, drinks and desserts. Look out for Hector at the restaurant, super attentive, friendly and always welcomes us with a smile. P.s and even though the food and drinks are all inclusive there's never any harm in life the odd tip or two.

Let me start by saying check-in literally took 5 minutes only. Which set the tone for the rest of our trip. The room had a spectacular view, comfortable bed, and staff kept our room spotless and fridge well stocked. If we needed anything, we called, and within minutes it arrived. The grounds- beautifully manicured gardens and Palm trees everywhere The beach- breathtaking and always clean The pools- several pools, adult pool was my favourite, relaxed and had pool bar. The hotel is in a great location and it is in very nice condition. The bad: Water stopped working in our room. Called for service, service promised but it never arrived. No shower for my sandy kids, or ability to wash my hair. Three (3) hours later at 10pm, when my kids were ready for bed, the management "upgraded our room". Management was not apologetic for the inconvenience nor did it allow us to move rooms for sleeping and pack our clothes, souvenirs, etc in the morning. This delayed my kid's... Read more

Writing this review I have almost a month without receiving my invoice. The hotel is old and the personnel don't know about customer service. If you are lucky you will take 30 to 40 min for check in and careful on your check out, you can take more than an hour. I was close to lose my flight and they said "We sorry sir". They don't allow to pick you up a Uber so you need to expend 4 o 5x. Service terrible and people even more. You should stay away for this hotel.
