I was not planning on staying overnight in Cancun, a place I have stayed many times. My Cubana flight out of Havana was three hours late, and all of the flights for the day were concluded by the time I arrived. I had to take care of reservations for my group entirely by telephone, with a very nice young man in Mexico City. He stayed on the phone with me until everything was taken care of. He directed me to another number to request a shuttle, which arrived promptly and was free. We were tak... Read more

Leaving Nuzic spa and resort arriving to this hotel is like comparing two different worlds, they also price differently. I stayed at this hotel awaiting my later flight and with good wifi my stay was good. Did not enjoy any of the hotels facilities like their pool or restaurant but the staff was really friendly and they also offer a free transfer service to the airport. I don't believe there is a hotel at the airport so Courtyard was my choice this time. For staying like i did this time I ca... Read more

Our flight got delayed for 5 hours It is expensive to be here, Make sure when in this airport you eat before to get there. I bought 2 small bottles of water and a bag of m & m's, my bill came to $11.50. I'm just saying you are not in the USA. It's a clean place, the people are friendly but the food is good and pricy But enjoy yourself your on vacation :)

Make certain to order breakfast included. the staff was accommodating when we were not happy with an odor in the first room. room was a nice size size and the air conditioning worked really well. The room service and breakfast were great. The breakfast buffet included a large assortment of breakfast meats, breads, rolls, juices, eggs and pancakes with chocolate syrup. We stayed for one night before our flight.

Courtyard Cancun Airport is perfectly located for travelers who are in need of a good hotel near the airport. However besides being great for catching that early morning flight or nearby when arriving very late, it is a very good hotel for spending some time just relaxing. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The dining room has a lovely patio with a view of their landscaped garden and the pool and an excellent menu. We stayed here one night on our way to Cuba and most of a day and a night ... Read more

The room was clean, the food at the downstairs restaurant is great!! Some of the best I've ever had at a hotel. I ran out of baby formula and the guy at front desk called a nearby pharmacy and had some delivered for me so I didn't have to venture out. Additionally, the hotel offers a TV screen with updates on flight information and a scale to weigh your luggage. Great hotel for the price!!

Very nice efficient hotel on the surface with good business centre and helpful reception staff, including early morning alarm for early departure. BUT in room air-con was permanantly on and couldn't be altered until fixed by maintenance man. No kettle or coffee machine so no in room access to tea/ coffee which was much needed when in 12 hr type transit betweenm planes. TV - no BBC world, just some very crackly view of US news programmes, although does also have 'on demand' film access. VERy GOOD... Read more

OK, so this airport is actually not terrible. Booked a normal room for an overnight stay after arriving late one evening in Cancun with plans to drive to Tulum early the next morning. Was upgraded to a suite because of hotel status, and found the room to be huge (by Mexico standards) and well-appointed. It also had a weird steam feature which seemed odd to us, but could be a selling point if a sauna is your thing. Everything was clean, and we didn't need the service much but had no complaints ab... We stayed overnight since we were going to the resort the next day. It was great - comfortable and easy to get the shuttle in the morning back to the airport for our ride. I couldn't find the shuttle to get to the hotel - found out you have to call the hotel for the ride at that time of night. Wish I'd known that as I paid for transport to the hotel - but everything else was good.

Delicious breakfast , we were in the pool that is a good size ; the hotel is very nice, very clean, well maintained and the staff is always very friendly. I highly recommend it .They include free transfer from airport to hotel and vice versa. Note that this is not a hotel near the beach or Cancun hotels area; nor downtown. Just clos... Read more

Stayed here the before our flight back to England, rooms have everything you need and are clean and tidy, the restaurant is good aswell and staff were really friendly. Our flight wasn't till later in the day and the hotel let us stay in our room for another 2 hours which was a big help! Would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay for a night as it serves it's purpose.

Stayed here after flight delays caused me to miss my connector in Cancun. I booked last minute and by the time I arrived in Cancun (2hours after booking) they had everything ready. Room was clean, pool was clean, and service was great. The restaurant was a bit overpriced and underwhelming but I didn't have high expectations. Would definitely stay here again for an overnight lay over.

We took a 5pm flight on a Friday from NY to Cancun. We were staying in an all inclusive resort and decided instead of checking in there so late on a Friday night (and paying the All inclusive fee) we opted to check in at the resort the following day (Saturday) and use the courtyard to crash for the night. First this strategy worked beautifully. We were in no rush when we arrived Friday evening in Cancun, got thru customs and use the courtyard shuttle to arrive to the hotel. We checked into ... This is a beautiful hotel located close to the airport, very convenient if you are in business trip, but watch for the room you get I got a room where the A/C units did not work and it was a nightmare to sleep, Also the hotel is huge so prepare some walking to get to your room. stay away from the patio view rooms, as it was very noisy people enjoying at the pool talking, screaming, very hard to sleep.

I just ordered Cerviche but it was delicious! Spoke with the restaurant manager who also seemed very pleasant, he recommended places to check out in Mexico. Time to travel around the country.! Hotel is littlest old fashioned. I booked a big room, but there was no minibar. Smell was a little stuffy.
