"We stayed for 4 nights. We loved the size of the resort ( not too big ) and we loved the location which is a short taxi into Cabo. The staff was excellent. They were there to make sure you had everything that you needed. The food was very good and it was nice to be able to go to the other Pueblo Bonito resort restaurants as part of the all-inclusive package. The conversation on the way home was 'when are we going back to this resort'. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"La Siempre, the main restaurant, and the sushi restaurant were excellent

could not adjust temperature of room, took 3 calls before someone came and then could not get him to understand that the thermostat was not working correctly---had to open sliding doors so not too cold

food at pool bar simply ok in quality
food at pool buffet so-so in quality, quantity good

not clear before booking that we would not ever be able to swim in the ocean due to rip tides
pool temp ok for most, cool to me

the concierges were very good to excellent, but recommendations were clearly based on what management told them, not what the tourist would prefer

good shuttles between the properties, but a pain to go anywhere else--constantly having to negotiate everything, and usually in pesos so at their mercy for conversion factor

events not posted all over, just one place, so missed some (should have been given the list on arrival for that week)

hated being accosted multiple times at the airport

"I never knew how life could be without kids in the pool. This is one of the best vacations ever for me and my wife. The staff was excellent. Its hard not to find at least one restaurant on any of the properties you would not like. they accommodations were very nice. and most of all it was quiet, very quiet.

If you would like to go into town it's only a short tax ride away. I high recommend this hotel, if you are looking for peace and quiet with a nice view. We could see the whale Migration from our hotel café."

"My husband and I absolutely LOVED Pueblo Bonito!!! It is gorgeous and worth the extra $$$ vs. the sister resorts of Blanco and Rose.

The only 'bad' parts: in-room service food was terrible and not enough shade poolside. Other than those 2 things, it was paradise!! Amazing!!

We will return!!!"

"You get a lot of bang for your buck with the all inclusive package. The ability to eat and drink at 4 different resorts around Cabo made it easy to go out and explore without feeling and then get meals where ever you are without having to pay extra. I would for sure go back and do it again!

"Upon arrival we were greeted with champagne and warm wet towels. Nice.

This all adult/inclusive resort is the perfect formula for a quiet pampering trip.

Leave your wallet in the safe and enjoy yourselves.

Friendly staff, beautiful grounds,and clean property where everything works.

Free shuttle to other properties.

Food at Siempre and Sushi is great , pool food and the deli is good.

I enjoyed the gym adjacent to the spa daily followed by a Siempre morning buffet of fruit and bacon ( ask).

This is the first all inclusive where I was asked to tip 'exceptional service' and offered an upsell menu at an added price. Really ! ? !

We never did ( and you should not either)because we paid for the all inclusive relaxing experience .

Took a cab to the Marina to visit 'Cabo Blue Dive Shop'.

This is a hotel that we will put on our revisit list !

"Very relaxing, not so many people in July during the week. Quiet atmosphere. Great service even though we didn't tip so much. I would recommend for anyone seeking a beautiful beach (though no swimming) and a calm ambience. The food wasn't great but it was good. Loved the all inclusive plan. May go back again when we can afford another trip."

"This was my first all-inclusive vacation, and loved it. The ability to shuttle to the other Pueblo Bonito properties added the diversity of food, drinks, and attractions that made this trip enjoyable.

Also, this was by far the best staff I have ever experienced. Very accommodating, and very friendly. Our room was often cleaned 3x a day, outstanding.

This particular location's Adults Only feature made relaxation easily attainable poolside.

My only complaint was that this Pacific side of the peninsula was rather windy. Even on 85 degree days, a 15 mph wind made it almost chilly.

I would DEFINITELY recommend for couples looking to get away."

"the hotel was absolutely beautiful! only problem was that upon checking in for our honeymoon we were told they had bad news for us, they didn't have the room we originally booked available. They showed us a smaller room and we were told we would be refunded the difference but couldnt give us the amount of the actual refund for serveral days? we were offered to an upgraded one bedroom room at the sister hotel sunset which was a very nice room but overall very overwhelming when your exspecting to stay at a smaller more intamate setting. also we booked a dierect flight then one week prior to vacation we were told there was now a layover. Overall opinion is alot of run around for what was payed in overall trip. I anticiapted a relaxing honeymoon and was overwhelmed with all the 'hick ups' this trip had."

"My wife and i just got back and it was wonderful. The hotel grounds were immaculate and the staff was friendly and attentive. At night we were able to leave the door open and listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. We took advantage of the restaurants at the sister hotels and most were pretty good. It was a quiet hotel and not a lot of people perfect for a couple wanting a nice quiet get away. I would defintely go back."

"Compared to other places, Pacifica was nice but not outstanding. They ran out of bottled water one evening, then packaged coffee for the room coffee maker one morning. Drinks did not seem to be strong enough; had to go back to bar and ask for more alcohol in my drink. Buffet food was excellent but menu food wasn't that great which you would think would be the other way around. They do have a sushi restaurant which was very good. I would say the service and friendliness was very good. You do need to make sure you get your shuttle scheduled in advance or you have to end up paying for cab into downtown because shuttle fills quickly. Beds were not extremely comfortable and rooms seemed a little noisy due to marble or granite flooring. Beautiful resort appearance-wise. Romantic setting. I would go back but the Caribbean and Bahamas would be my first choice."

"Just landed after 5 nights at this all inclusive resort. In room dining 24hrs a day, poolside and beachside service. Food excellent, branded drinks and the staff are amazing. My friend and I spend a morning in the spa which was absolutely out of this world and well worth the bucks. I would totally recommend this resort whether you are a couple or a group of friends. It is a little quiet at night but if you fancy a nightout then you are only a 10min cab ride into Cabos."

"My husband and I traveled with another couple to amazing PB Pacifica last week. The grounds were immaculate, the service was top notch and the food was to die for. We ate sushi 3 of the 6 nights we stayed - it was delicious.
We didn't use the shuttle service to the Rose because it seemed a hassle to go first to the Sunset and wait for the next shuttle. The cab ride was only $3 per person."

"I am giving our stay a 5 out of 5 review. Everything about this trip was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely the most relaxing of the Pueblo Bonito resorts. Sunset, Rose, and Los Cabos are crazy busy and it was like walking into a madhouse. Plus, when you are going as a couple, not having any kids around is a big perk.

The rooms are great and the view is killer. The waves crashing on the shore sound like thunder. The waves make it too rough to go out but that was not any inconvenience. The staff was quick on the drinks and super friendly. World-class servers/bartenders. The Refresca bar makes one good Mojito. The only thing we were not a big fan of were the beds. They are stiff and our backs hurt after a week of sleeping on them. But, would I stay here again? Yes, without a second thought. Enjoy this resort. I would recommend going in October because it's at the beginning of their busy season. Perfect weather, great people. Not busy. Perfect setting for a romantic get-a-way."

"Myself and 3 girlfriends stayed at this resort and have an amazing stay. The quality of food and cocktails was excellent. However, we did feel that the service was excellent on the first day, and then dropped. Perhaps we were not tipping what we should have been. We are from Australia and were not used to tipping but tipped what we thought was appropriate, however the service was extremely slow at times. It's a beautiful place but more of a couples resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was nice and relaxing and quiet. Loved the sushi bar too!"

"This was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway which is exactly what we wanted and needed! It is not very lively at night so if you are looking for a 'party atmosphere' this is not your place. I would definitely call this a 5 star resort and we will return. The landscaping is beautiful and looks even prettier at night. The staff was very friendly and we loved having the nightly turn down service. The food was excellent at the restaurant and the pool side dining was very good too but the buffet was not very good the two nights we ate there. That being said there are plent of options on the menu and there is no way you could get through them all in a one week stay. If you like Sushi you will not be disappointed, it is wonderful! The only negative I can think of is sometimes the pool side service is slow but we have stayed at Sandals before and they didn't serve us pool side so having to wait a few extra minutes to have everything brought to me was worth it. The spa is amazing and was worth every penny! Another note to make is we did a fishing trip and all we had to do is call room service the night before and line up a box lunch to be delivered the next morning before we left that we just took with us and put in the cooler on the boat which was awesome and also included in our 'all-inclusive' package. The all-inclusive is definitely worth the 5 star dining & service you get at this resort!"

"Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is a great resort. My 5 day vacation was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a five star all inclusive adults-only place to stay. The beauty of it all is having the benefit of dining and using the amenities at the sister resorts (3) nearby. They provide free shuttle buses to and from each resort. The staff provides a superior level of service."

"My wife and I just returned from Pacifica where we celebrated our 50th birthday's. Our experience there was one we will never forget. Their location is nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Cabo, but only a 15-20 minute free shuttle to the sister resorts in town. From the relaxing spa, to the excellent food, to the 5 star service, this resort had us talking of our next trip there before this one had ended. It was worth every penny!"

"The Pueblo Bonito Pacifica was more than I could ever have imagined. A quiet resort tucked just outside the city around the bend was gorgeous. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The service was top notch and the entire resort was impeccable. I love that it was just minutes up the mountain and down again into town. The spa services rival those of any other luxury spa and the food was very good. If you are looking for a peaceful, holistic, zen-like vacation, this is the place to go. I've stayed in Cabo before and I'd continue to go back to this resort over and over."
