We just recently stayed at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos from May 14th to May 21st of 2016. Check in was a breeze upon arriving at the hotel. We were given a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite as well directly on the beach. Great room! We did do the AI option which worked very well for us. We used it mainly for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks around the pool and beach during the day. We ate out at many of the fine restaurants Cabo has to offer for dinner. I believe we saved a lot of mo... Read more

Been going to Blanco same two weeks for the past 12 years.(weeks 17 and 18). Can't say enough for the OUTSTANDING Service from the door men to the front desk on arrival to the service at the pool, beach, and restaurants. A SPECIAL shoutout to Antonio, Elizabeth Jimenez, Margarito Damien, Demetrio, The bartenders Martin, Carlos, and Fernando. ALL SO FRIENDLY!!! Also our maid Lorena. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. Can't wait to return next year and see you ALL again.

My family just returned from a week at Blanco and we loved the hotel. The décor is a little dated but charming. Everything was exceptionally clean. Erica our maid was outstanding. The only thing preventing me from giving Blanco a five star review was that our request to have a view of the arch did not happen even though the request was made a month in advance. Overall a great beach, location and staff.

First time I have worked with TripAdvisor and it was not good. I had sorted by all inclusive on the TripAdvisor website and chose Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos and compared to other websites. TripAdvisor was the best deal so we went with them. When we checked in we were told this was not all inclusive so the desk allowed us to call TripAdvisor. We called and the agent was very interested in helping us telling us we did nothing wrong...very kind. She did all she could and forwarded us to a superv... Read more

We had an awesome vacation staying at Blanco!! The views are incredible, rooms are super clean, food is excellent and the service was top notch!!! Hang out by the pool in Martin's area and you will have a blast!!! Martin made sure our always had a cold drink. We did the all inclusive package and always had a new place to try out. We never had to wait in line and always had tons of food!! We plan on going back again and bringing family!!

Traveled in May of 2016 for a good friends wedding. We chose Pubelo Bonito (Blanco), because it was All-Inclusive when booking with Costco and it was walking distance from the Bride's hotel. Over all, we enjoyed our trip. Not to mention, the wedding was amazing. Even though we enjoyed our hotel and trip, there are some things I wish were different and I will tell you why... Although this hotel is not the most modern, the location easily makes up for it. Blanco is right on Medano Beach, directly across the bay from the Arch, with plenty of chairs to hang out right in the middle of the action. You can swim in the ocean and you are walking distance to all of the big beach bars, downtown, and the marina. Freddi Sanchez, one of the wait staff, not only remembered me from my last trip, but made sure my entire group was well taken care of, again.

Rooms were very serviceable and utilitarian, but we're fine. 2 parents and 3 children aged 8, 4, 4 were pretty comfortable, and we spent very little time in room. View was outstanding. A snowy of time spent at pool or beach. While at pool make the acquaintance of Martin Moncayo. Every day. Stay in his area and you will be happy. This was a great spot for our family.

We stayed at Pueblo Bonito Blanco and we would go back despite the minuses below. It's a good choice for families with small children up through pre-teens and it is easy to access off-property activities. A kids club is advertised but was pretty disappointing versus, say, Club Med- it was more daycare than kids club. Pluses: Location- near downtown and with very good beach access Pools - they have two big pools that are very family friendly (i.e. not too deep with many shallow spots for the ... Read more

Sunset Beach is a fantastic hotel, but it does not have a swimmable beach, so we came here to enjoy the ocean. The hotel is very nice and clean with a really nice layout. The resort is nearing 30 years old and it is showing. The place is kept immaculate, but could use some updating. We love the spot it occupies on the beach, the small size of the resort, and the proximity of the resort to the marina and town. Unfortunately, since the resort started the all inclusive option the service and food has suffered tremendously. We don't participate in the AI, but rather choose to stop at Costco or Wal-Mart and discover unique dining options in town.

This was our 3rd visit to Pueblo Bonito Sunset, we enjoy Cabo and vacation here every few years. We have a 2 bedroom Presidential unit, so space is not a problem. The units are large and appointed very well. The pools are a great way to relax and the Sky Pool offers a pool with a view! The many places to eat on the property are all very good but La Frida is exceptional. If your looking for a relaxing week in Cabo, try Pueblo Bonito Sunset.

Going to the PB Los Cabos on the 4th of July is the backdrop for this review. So keep that in mind.
