"For the price we paid for airfare and All inclusive hotel this was a great deal. Location was fantastic it was walking distance from everything. With 5 different restaurants to choose from 5 at dinner time, 4 at lunch and then 2 at breakfast you have to find something you like. Food was ok, I recommend you stick with things you are familiar with. Service is sometimes slow but we took it with a grain of salt as we had no place to go. Time share people were a problem but if you travel enough you learn to say no unless you want something free but its not free if they say 90 minutes its 3 ours so if you want excusions for free then go for it. Be sure to check out Medano beach and ask for the 5 minute directions from hotel and not via the marina. A good place to relax is called the Milky Way, they have food and drinks and only ask you purchase something to use there chairs. Some places have a minimum charge."

"This was our 3rd trip tp Cabo we usually stay on the beach but decided to stay at the Marina. Glad we did very nice to get off the charter boats and walk right to your room. Everything was within walking distance shopping, eating, fishing what ever you would like. This is a older unit downtown but a great value."

"My husband & I spent 10 days at Marina Fiesta. So many great things to say, the locations was great. Right in the heart of Cabo, we had a room over looking the marina, which was awesome. The resort was extremely clean, food was great and with the choices of the other places to eat in the Golden Zone, made for a great range to choose from. The Staff were outstanding, friendly and I was sad to say goodbye to them. I will be staying there when we return to Cabo. I was great value for money."

"This was a great choice for it's proximity and easy access to all the fun touristy things in Cabo San Lucas. Step out the back gate of the resort and you are in the Marina. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but not as polished as I had experienced at other resorts. We initially were given a room that was smaller and had fewer beds than what we had purchased. When we brought it to their attention, they gave us a second connecting room in addition to our first room. This was way more space than we needed, but it was nice having all that room. We did the all inclusive package which sure made things less stressful, but to use it at some of the Marina restaurants for dinner, did require us to be diligent about making reservations each morning. The TV service was more limited than we expected and the WIFI did not work well in all parts of the room. The main pool was very nice and the second pool was good for solitude. Although I did not make use of it the exercise room seemed well equipped (have to plan to use that next time). There are two nice hot tubs on the roof of one building that also looked very nice, but again I did not get the chance to take advantage of them (another thing for next time). So overall for the price, features, amenities, and especially proximity to fun stuff, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and will plan to return, with better plans to take advantage of everything the resort has to offer."

"My husband and I recently went to Cabo with 2 other couples. To start with the positives the location can't be beat, you're with in walking distance to everything the marina has to offer. The rooms are nice and spacious very clean, the food was good it's nice to have several restraunts to choose from. The negatives: upon check in we where suprised that the require a $500 deposit they don't just hold the card they acutally charge it then refund it at the end of your trip. This was a problem for our friends who had only brought a debit card. It wasn't the end of the world but good to be prepared. (we'll see if I get the credit back). The service here was horrible, wether it was at the bar or restraunts, it took 15 minutes to get a menu, a drink, longer for food. One night we waited 2 hours at the Sushi restraunt and gave up on getting all our food. We even tried giving large tips to see if it improved the service but no luck. Many people had mentioned it being a pain to sign recipets after every meal and I assumed it wouldn't be a big deal however it's a huge deal espcially when it takes an additional 10 mins to get it, and then every memember of your group has to sign a different slip even if all you want is water you have to wait to sign. At the end of our trip we only had one charge on our room for drinks we didn't order but of course we had signed for. So check what you're signing. The final down fall is the lack of chairs by the pool, I got up at 6 AM along with several other guest to throw a towel on a chair or else you don't get one, by 6:15 they're gone. Overall it wasn't a bad trip or experience, but It's good to be informed about what you're getting into."

"We were a little hesitant afterreading some of the reviews here, but I can not say enough what a great place this is! Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of room, overlooked the pool and the marina. The room attendant was amazing. She kept everything orderly and was very friendly whenever she saw us. The check in staff was great, very accomodating and informative. We did the all inclusive plan. The food at the hotel and at the other included marina restaurants was fabulous! The service at all the restaurants was great. Everyone was accomodating and the service was fast. The only server we had an issue with was at the pool bar. The bartender left everyone empty and went about cleaning the bar and/or restocking rather than refilling the drinks. We finally started just asking the pool waiters for them and they were more than happy to oblige! It was a daily occurance, and finally,on our last day, he got a back up bartender who was great. Other than that, the place is amazing! We could walk to pretty much everything, had a great time watching the fishing boats go in and out, met Pancho, the local sea lion,did some shopping, and checked out some of the night spots. We can not wait to go back! We will absolutely book this hotel again!"
