After reading all these reviews I was worried about coming here but again I'm not really disappointed, our room was old but very clean ( No Issues ), not much entertainment during the day or night but we had a great stay, very relaxing and the staff was awesome as was the food. Small beach (Very Clean) but 2 pools but I guess the worse thing would be the resort is on the side of the hill, the other thing would be for you smokers, you are only aloud to smoke on the beach or outside the front of t... My husband and I went to this resort to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary and it was terrific. We decided not to do any of the excursions because we were only there for 4 days and the facilities were so nice and relaxing. The Italian restaurant was excellent. The buffet was good, not great. The main pool bar was perfect. We got massages (facilities a little run down but great masseurs).

I would love to be able to recommend this place for any traveler who loves the all-inclusive experience and a relaxing, quiet atmosphere. I enjoyed the view, the distance from downtown, the drinks, the pools, the staff and just about every aspect of the hotel except for one....the beds. I have woken up in less pain after spending the night in a tent. That´s right, camping on the ground in a sleeping bag is more comfortable than the sheet covered marble slabs that pass for beds in this hotel... Read more

I was expecting better food and better service. I had previously stayed in the Park Royal Cancun and the Grand Park Royal Cancun Caribe in Cancun. In Cancun, the all inclusive also included tips, and the service felt like the tips were included. In Acapulco, even though it said tips were included, we realized that if we didn't tip, that there wasn't going to be much service. On a positive note, our room had a beautiful view, and it was clean.

I recommend this Hotel, we stayed on the weekend of May 13-16 for a family reunion and we all enjoyed this hotel, the food is great and it has the most amazing view from Acapulco. The food is very good and a great selection of items to choose from. The Italian restaurant is the best among all the restaurants, just make sure you make your reservation at 12 to guarantee a spot and the table you want, especially if you have a bid group like ours (14 ppl). Moises, our server was great, he went far... Read more

First & foremost if I was rating the hotel solely I would give it a 3. The rooms are outdated and in need of an update. However, the staff at the hotel were so amazing & friendly, I have to give it a 4. Whether it be the concierge, restaurant staff, housekeeping, bar tenders, nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. The hotel itself is in a great location built on the side of a hillside with a nice sandy beach. Beautiful views of Acapulco Bay from the rooms as well as all the resta... Read more

The hotel is clean and in good conditions, the decoration is a little bit oldish (90's) and the buffet food definitely can improve. The italian restaurant is really nice and romantic. For the price it is reasonable. Very good wi-fi and the beach is not crowded and really nice. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway and to save money.

We stayed with 12 adults and 2 children under 15. Pros. Quick check in WiFi through out even on beach Rooms were very clean, all rooms had a great view of the bay. Grounds were safe. There was a small zoo with various animals, I only saw peacocks. There was a nice air conditioned gym, not really used by anyone. 2 pools, 1. Very large with great music, never really too crowded, staff kept in interesting with games and competition. 2. Small pool no one ever uses too quiet. On the beach, beach... Read more

Be careful with the cleaning personnel in the hotel. $300 dollars was stolen inside my husband's wallet in the safe. The door was locked at all time, the only person that could have taken that money was an employee. Terrible Wifi, and the room temperature would not go below 80F. Beds were so hard and TV image was bad as well. My parents AC was broken water leak everywhere and it was not fixed during the 8 days that we were there. Other than that, the food was delicious and the people who worked ... Read more

For what they charged for the "all inclusive" we definitely expected much better of everything. The room is normal, old furniture, extra small bathroom and super unconfortable, there is no room for you next to the pool unless you wake up early and set aside your pool cot, otherwise they will give you a chair to put your stuff there. Be careful with the people, someone stole my husband 2 beach towels while he was swimming with my little girl. There is an "Italian" restaurant for dinner, BUT yo... Read more

Took a short vacation to revisit Acapulco. Was there in 1978 and loved it. The town and the hotel are making great strides to get themselves back in the tourist trade. However, if you want Americans you must start offering gluten free options on the all inclusive. My friend that traveled with me is gluten free, she paid the all inclusive but there was very little for her to eat besides eggs and vegetables.

We had a great vacation, but there are things to improve, such as improving the taste in food, comfort in the rooms, comfort in beds, this great children's pool, just a little cold water. I liked the beach, it is rich that children can play without worries. The view you have on the port of Acapulco is fabulous.

We stayed from the 2nd to the 15th September 2016. The holiday in Acapulco was amazing. The scenery around Acapulco bay was awesome. The hotel, whilst away from the main drag was well positioned to take advantage of the stunning views. It was however a taxi ride to go anywhere outside of the hotel and difficult the walk anywhere as the access was also difficult due to the busy road with no pedestrian access. The hotel was tired looking in parts, however there was evidence of upgrades taking pl... Read more

None of the staff speak English, so unless you are traveling with someone who speaks Spanish, I would not recommend staying here. I'm lucky my husband was there. Otherwise, I would have hated this resort.

Good location, good rooms but the swimming pool needs cleaning and repairs. Food was fairly good but cold for my taste. The hotel staff was always friendly and helpful, the best thing it's the location.

Basically in this hotel you can find everything you need for vacations, get relaxed and enjoy. Very good option to go on vacations with the family. My family and I loved the view and the locations, at night there is a nice view of Acapulco

value price is not relative, rooms are so poor in quality they are so antique the tv service is so bad, internet no work, dislike me the sales staff try to sells when my time is to enjoy my stance, the Italia restaurant is not enough in schedule maybe one more will be ok, and the security boxes will be electronic because the padlock was not enough to all the rooms
