I loved the privacy and tranquility of the hotel. For a place looking for sustainability I'd upgrade the bathroom to water saving mode. The beach club is amazing and the sizes of food and drinks are generous when comparing to other hotel's.

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Las Brisas. The staff was fantastic and always made us feel welcome and appreciated. Close enough to bay to take it all in and far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Couldn't ask for better weather and better scenery!

This was our first trip and what a pleasant surprise. The private pool, the beach club, the views were fine. It was fun to learn some of the history of visitors to this property. I want to return. Wonderful experience.

The property is old but extremely well maintained. You cannot beat their views. Amazing. We came with kids and were given our casita as soon as we arrived in the morning. Early check-in without any hassle scores huge points in our book. Attentive service - housekeeping missed our casita one day and they immediately sent someone to do it. The casitas with private pools are so nice. Between your private pool and the amazing salt water pool at the beach club you don't ever need to leave the resort.... Read more

This is our 6th visit to Las Brisas and it does not disappoint. Yes it is old, but the property is maintained and updated on a constant basis. You never need leave the resort, although we find Acapulco to be safe and friendly. The hotel vets all of the taxi drivers and we have never experienced a problem so feel free to take in the city if you can pull yourself away from the resort. The rooms, the private pool and the views are sublime. We have never had a bad meal at Brisas, including room... Read more

Las Brisas has one of the most gorgeous settings a property could have. The casitas with private pools are delightful. But the property needs some loving care. Many maintenance items are there and the rooms need updating. Mini-bars have nothing in them. Comfortable beds and spectacular views. But many of the staff don't know any English. We were told the restaurants were closed, but there was one open. When we made a reservation, they didn't have it when we arrived. Lots of "missed oppo... Read more

After a week here we have very few criticisms of Las Brisas- there is so much to love. For a quiet, private, romantic vacation, there is no place like it. Upon arrival we upgraded our room so that we would have the ultimate view of the bay and the maximum privacy at our pool. The hotel staff was very accommodating and showed us several rooms until we found one that was absolutely perfect. We spent two days at the beach club which is cool and unique but it was full of families and kids. We decide... Read more

We booked for 4 days in January 2017. The booking days hotel was in a 5* and including breakfast. When we checked in we were told that breakfast was only coffee, a croissant and dime fruit, taken to your room, instead of a normal breakfast as you would expect from such a hotel. In the room, not even a bottle of water, one tiny bottle of shampoo for two people!!! Then, the climax... We ordered a dinner in the room, and it only took 2 hours and ten minutes for them to bring us some fajitas and a s... Read more

We came to stay here after a week at the Grand Mayan and this play was absolutely stunning. It was an old war fort with old cannons and so forth with a hotel built into a steep cliff side where all the rooms are layered into the mountain and you are taken to your rooms and throughout the places on property by Jeeps. Now this may sound barbaric to some vacationers, but this place is exceptional with service and stunning views throughout. We had a casita with a private pool that overlooked the w... Read more
