We had casita 401. Total privacy for skinny dipping in your own pool, excellent and charming employees, fast service. We did go to the salt water pools, but the rocks going in are slippery with tide pool moss, there are fish and crabs in the water with you. If we had our grandchildren with us, they would have loved the exploring. Las Brisas is on one of the headlands of Acapulco Bay and there are always! sea breezes. Great views at night of the city, but quiet, without the bustle and noise of th... Read more

I came here just for one night, as I was planning for scuba diving for a day before going back to Mexico City! This hotel is absolutely great and I can only recommend the stay here, especially as a couple as it has private pools and private room/terrace setups! Stunning views, great staff and great hotel!

This was my 12th trip to Las Brisas and will be my last! Arrived and the check in girl could hardly smile. Gone are the welcome Rum Punch's. You get a popsicle. Gone are the Welcome Gift's. You get nothing. Gone are the flowers on your bed when you arrive. You get nothing. Our Casita was very small. Badly worn. The bathroom was painted over wood with one coat of paint and looked horrible. The sink facial was cracked. They used to change the Hibiscus Flowers every day in the pool. Never happened ... a 58 year old resort has aged with elegance & unique luxury simplicity. excellent location, impecable service & hospitality. this is a place where everybody should visit before death. i was so comfortable to come back after 30 years, that my only regret is not having been back before. i was really sad to leave this accomodation, minute by minute my time spent was one of a kind. this hotel should be between the top 10 worldwide and could be even #1. it is close to perfection. the place, the room... When you travel, you want to be sure that you are staying in a hotel that is clean, comfortable and, most importantly, SAFE. Occasionally, you may come across a hotel that lacks security but, when someone breaks into your room and threatens your wife and yourself, you should wonder what is wrong with this hotel? I was staying in a Club Beach room on the 4th level (ironically, in the El Fuerte section, meaning ‚??The Fortress‚??). At night, when my wife and I were about to have a romantic dinner... Read more

We rented two casitas with a shared pool through Royal Holiday and are very, very happy with Las Brisas. The rooms are pretty, very clean and well appointed. We had two rooms with king beds. The view of Acapulco Bay is fantastic -- day and night. The staff place flowers in the pool each day, had a turn down service with chocolates, and deliver morning pastries and coffee each day. The staff provide impeccable service, overall. You can just call for a driver and a jeep to whisk you around and the... Read more

I have been coming to las brisas since 1971. It is the best resort. Ok so it is alittle outdated but the staff, views and food is great. I am 65 and my husband is 77. We would not stay anywhere else. The staff and my friend Karla are wonderful people. Always have a smile. Always a wonderful design with my favorite flower on the bed Continental was the same. Fruit and coffee and Danish. We just stay by the pool and order room service that is how much we enjoy it. The only big draw back is we... Read more

We went for a long weekend, it was superb!!! We were apprehended at first because it is not a sea location, it is in the mountain, however, after checking properly we realised they have a private sea spot location for which they drive you back and forth. At the sea location they have build some sort of sea swimming which is fantastic for a safe sea swimming and a bit of snorkeling. Location of the hotel is stunning, enjoying breathtaking views from basically every spot within the resort. Each... Read more

The room was large with a king size bed, pillows were comfy and I was perfectly happy with the bed. My husband prefers a softer bed so for $14 at Wal-Mart we purchased an egg crate and that helped. The private pool was terrific, we had our 8 year old with us and she was in heaven, can swim anytime she wanted to. Coffee, fruit and pasties were waiting for us every morning! Bonus! The view was spectacular of the entire bay and downtown area of Acapulco. Everything is pink and white including t... Read more

We stayed for the weekend, it wasn't busy. The hotel is HUGE! THey provide complimentary jeep service to take you from the lobby to your private suite. The rooms are big with terrace that overlooks the bay and either you have a private pool or you share it with another suite. For breakfast, they will deliver to the small slot in the morning so you don't get disturbed - a big plate of fruits and 4-5 pieces of bread - way too much for one person. It doesn't have a beach but you could go to the... Read more

Upon arrival the staff at reception was cordial but nothing beyond, not forth coming with helpful information of any kind nor the gentleman jeep drivers. The view is breath taking from every where. We chose a room 4th level. Very clean and no algae in crevices of our private pool. I do recall locking upon going out for the day things coming back to the entrance to the pool being open. Our rooms had locks on the doors. well I didn't see any police or military police on the grounds, thE staff was ... Read more

This hotel is truly exceptional. The service, the jeep transportation, the food, the views, the little touches, the on site restaurants, pools & beach - you literally won't want to leave. I cannot fault it, we had the most magical holiday and gave already recommended it to our family & friends.
