Don't do it.No WiFi at all.No control of the A.C. You have to call on the phone to get a guy to come to your room with the controller each time you wish to adjust the A.C. And of corse he stands there when he has finished his great deed waiting for a tip.On top of it all you are expected to wear a green hospital type band on your wrist the whole time you are there.I never saw anyone else with the band ,think it's a gringo thing.Just not my type of attire .I payed for two nights but left early w... Good and healthy food, very safe place, so close to the beach, very good attention, was just perfect when I traveled just with my two sons who were still small. Clean place, I have the best reference as my mother used to work for the Romano Hotels in Mexico City, they were really nice people who care about their units everywhere. I still think is a very good hotel to travel even alone, they keep good prices, is very well located and even is not new and could easily be renew and cost so much more... Read more

Can't find a separate listing for the Neptuno, but we ate breakfast there two days in a row. The food was good in general, but what really stood out is the availability of the cook to make pancakes from scratch and eggs to your liking. The cook was great so we tipped her. The service wasn't so hot, so we didn't tip the waiters. Nice to have a little break from Mexican breakfasts and enjoy a good old fashioned American breakfast.

My first trip in the south. Good deal for 2 weeks but no meals. Close to everything, but not on the beach. You have to walk across the street to go on the beach. Very loud at night if you like to party! Didn't matter to me, love the good time!
