To ensure a pleasant stay, here are the following recommendations. To secure your money and valuable items, ask at reception for a security box. The service is free, although there is an extra charge for lost keys. When you are absent from your room, reception will take and deliver messages. Please inform the operator of the hour you wish to be woken up. Medical service is available 24 hours, at an extra charge. Baby minding and mail services are available. Mass is held every day in the Catedral de Nuestra Senora de La Soledad, 5 minutes from the hotel. Please be sure to turn off faucets and lights in the rooms, and to close the door for your room securely, and do not leave the key in the door. Also, please remember to turn off the air conditioning when the doors are open.
