We have stayed at this property many times over the past 10+ years. The hotel itself is about a 25 minute ride from the airport to the Golden Zone of Acapulco Bay. It is located in the heart of the City and is near many attractions. We typically stay in a Junior Sweet (European package - room only) for around $110/night. The property is beautiful and the common areas are open to the beautiful air and pleasant breezes coming from the bay. They are all very well kept and clean. The views fro... Read more

The building is huge, with the rooms on the north-facing side have partial Ocean View also exposed to the main road which is very very loud. Also next door discotheque with all day all night thumping music. The rooms smell like Grease and fast food. Very small pool area for such a large place no chance whatsoever to escape screaming kids. Filter for air conditioner haven't been changed in years / filthy. Very disappointing

This is one of the nicest properties here. The views it has because of it's position in the bay are EVERYTHING. I was in room #535 and the view was to die for. Private balcony too... There are a number of Mexican food places that line the strip you can walk to any of them. There is also a McDonalds, Subway, KFC, Circle K and Starbucks all on this same block. The Excursions... Parasailing (500 pesos/$25) This is the cheapest I have ever seen this for anywhere in the world ever. AWESOME VIEWS. DO ... Read more

What can I say remember you're in Acapulco, this is a classic vacation spot. The Fiesta Americana is close to most everything, restaurants, clubs and the cliff divers arent far. It feels safe, the surrounding beach can be a little precarious.

Fiesta Americana is located centrally in walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. It was a safe location for tourists. The pools are very relaxing and offer lots of lounging and seating options. Make sure to pay attention to the happy hours at the pool bars to get great deals on drinks (Usually 2 for 1 drinks!). The housekeeping services were the best of anywhere I have ever been! All of the staff is very helpful and was willing to help us as Americans who could not speak much Spanish. Th... Read more

Our room was big and beautiful with a huge comfortable bed. The balcony had an epic view down the bay. The even numbered rooms are on the opposite side as the night clubs which pound terrible music until dawn every night. I would highly recommend getting an even numbered room. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd time in Acapulco, but this resort was far better than our first stay. The staff are very friendly and always looking to assist. One challenge was not many of them spoke English, but they tried their best to communicate. The resort was very clean and the rooms were extremelyy comfortable and spacious. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is travelling to Acapulco.

Enjoyed the location of the hotel, close to everything. nice pool, great pool side service. lower level floors are a little loud given the close proximity to the main road along the beach through Acapulco.

Wonderful spacious Hotel. The staff from Alejandro the GM, Brenda the new guest service Manager, Enrique and Julio at the pool to the entire staff have one goal - making your stay the best. Better than 5 stars for everything. You are missing out if you do not stay here.
