Just ignore all the bad things said about this Hotel, it was great, food was good plenty of choice. Drinks were nice, staff was nice Example soloman, victor, Chuck and Albert loved them all! was very clean everywhere, cleaners came in every day. Everything you need this hotel has, noise wasn't to bad considering your right next to St Julians (party Central) Great location. Beds were Comfy! Was nice atmosphere everyone there spoke and was friendly, lots of different ages there all enjoyed.

In terms of food and the room, you get what you pay for - its okay if you're not too fussy. Drinks choices are good for all inclusive, especially the price you pay to upgrade to all inc. Bar staff such as Soloman and Victor are lovely, restaurant staff are quite grumpy, and the reception staff (Dalila being one) are VERY unhelpful. The tour guide lady in the reception is the person to go to for information about the country, the area and any trips - speaks great english and is very helpful and p... Read more

If you are worried about booking here after reading the reviews, I wouldn't worry unless you are a very picky person!! If you are just looking for a decent place to stay then its absolutely fine! I would stay here again as I am not picky, but to me there really were no problems! The room was nice and spacious and we had a massive balcony! The pool area is fantastic and the location is pretty much perfect - 5 mins walk from st. julians bay which is beautiful and then right in the centre of Pacevi... Read more

Negatives out of the way first- We had booked a one bedroom apartment but were given a studio (room 805) therefore no kitchen facilities, tea or coffee making or fridge- we were staying all inclusive but always try to have something available in the room in case we sleep in and miss breakfast. We didn't raise this with the hotel as the room was nice, clean and thankfully quiet- nothing like the rooms we were warned about by previous reviews. The nightclub noise was minimal however drunk people ... Read more

We travelled as a family of four, with two boys age 9 and 7. ROOM: Our room was on floor 6, although the reception level is classed as 3, rather than 0 or Ground; room was overlooking the pool and sea (between other buildings),which was nice. We have heard that the other side is noisy, cause of the night clubs, so ask for pool view whenever possible. We checked in around midnight, so there was no queues at the reception, but our room only had 3 single beds for 4 of us, the receptionist was very... Read more

Arrived late at night and was greeted warmly by the reception staff. Room was clean and a good size. Had a little balcony and everything worked. Understand what previous people had said about the noise in the corridor - sound travels. However, couldn't hear any street noise or noise from the other rooms, so my sleep was fine. Stayed there half board and the breakfast wasn't bad. Very good dinners though. A lot of choice each night and a varied menu. It was ideal for me. Location is good. At t... Read more

When I was booking this hotel, I have read all the reviews regarding quality of the hotel and after I planned to avoid but... While booking I realized, that the cheapest appartments without meals were only 15 eur cheaper, than Blue Sea St. George´s Park Hotel with halfboard. There was no sence to hesitate. This persuaded me to book it. I knew, that the food is not excellent but in the same time I knew, that at least one of the offered meals will by tasty. For that money it was bargain. I paid 3... After being stuck in lift on my arrival I was thinking this was the start of a nightmare holiday but to my surprise it was perfect. The hotel is in a good location in the heart of lively St.Julians but from our room with view of st.georges bay it was still quiet at night for a good nights sleep. The pool area is spacious and the food is lovely great value for money and staff always willing to help with any queries especially the lovely Konstantina on reception. The Blue sea hotel might not be 5star... I'm just back from this hotel, reception area is lovely and staff also very nice especially at reception and the pool bar. I was all inclusive and found the meals nice, choice could be a bit better but for a budget deal was pleased. There was one member of staff in the restaurant... I think the manager of this part came across as stroppy! He told us we had to walk away round to get to the restaurant area in , which I replied ' there needs to be more access points into it, as one area leading t... Read more

We had stayed here wiv friends . Pool was great shame you couldnt stay in the pool longer as it close at 6 which is unfair with the amount of people to and from . Food well what i can about that it wasnt the best ive seen most of the food had pepper on it , i had spoke to the chef and ask if there was any chance that he could do some without it on as a friend was allergic to pepper and they told me no which isnt far. On our last day here after arriving last Friday. We were really nervous after reading the poor reviews but it actually isn't that bad. Came here on an all inclusive basis, the food isn't great but can't complain at the price. It's great if you want pasta every day or mash that looks like prison slop. The cocktails are awful, they really need to come up with at least one cocktail that doesn't contain grenadine. If you are all inclusive you can pay a discounted price for branded spirits. Jaege... One gets what one pays for! It was so inexpensive to stay here I liked the idea of it`s central location and lovely pools and even a gym......I didn`t use either! Firstly St Julians is extremely lively and I honestly recommend for the young only.Even on a boat trip it was pointed out as "a mini Ibiza"....aahhh!!!! The hotel itself was lovely and fantastic for the price we paid. However my sister and I hardly got any sleep with all the noise at night. It`s located near loud discos plus you have the... Read more

We had to wait 1 hour to check-in. The room had 2 beds for the 2 of us, so that was cool. When you came in the bathroom, you really wanted to leave as soon as possible. If you decide to leave the hotel you have to hand-in your key at the reception. But when you came back and you wanted your key, you had to wait at the reception when someone gives you the key. A little bit annoying. It is in the middle of Paceville so you have noise outside. Be aware of that. I will never come back at this hot... Read more

In general, I'd say it suited myself and my four friends perfectly fine for a weeks stay in Malta. The hotel is well located - only a short walk from a nearby beach, shops, a number of restaurants, bars and clubs however not too close therefore aren't deprived of a good nights sleep. The hotel provides a kiosk whereby you can book boat trips, hop on hop off bus tours and various other activities which can be booked the night before very easily. I shared a room with two others and we found t... Read more

Its obviously not perfect as it is a budget hotel but for the price I thought it was pretty good. The food was ok but not a great deal of variety therefore we ate out one night just to break it up. The room was basic but clean, same with the pool area. The bar was a little bit shabby but it was ok for a few drinks and then there's plenty of other bars to drink in as this hotel is in the centre of a lively resort. We went out of season so we had no trouble with noise what so ever. I would recomme... Read more

Radiator on wall for winter nights, small dining area with basic old and worn over-used cooking facilities in my double room with two single beds (you'll need to confirm these facilities for your room just in case depending on price). The hotel is in a great location, just round the corner from all the clubs and bars of Paceville. We had a pool facing room on the 6th floor and not once were we disturbed by any noise from the clubs or other hotel guests. In the day there is a mixture of English and Maltese music played at a good volume around the pool, as well as the occasional game or quiz being organised. The guests were mainly Maltese and Dutch, with some English but not many. Ages ranged from 18 to 50s really but I thin... Read more

Overall for the price we paid I would say that the hotel was good. The food was okay, but there wasn't much selection to choose from. Drinks were good and a few cocktails to choose from. Location was fantastic with everything on your doorstep, location for people seeking nightlife is perfect. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for families as it is very noisy till around 5am.

Me and my best friend visited here last week for 7 days. We were expecting worse than what we got. The reception area is very spacious and clean - the only downfall is the wifi, the reception area is the only place you can connect for free and the connection isn't very good. if you are looking for an 18-30's holiday where you don't plan to sleep fair enough, you can probably use it as a base and sleep in the day. If you are looking to go on a nice relaxing holiday, set by the pool or be able to sleep in a nice air conditioned room this is definitely a no go!! The price you pay for the hotel when you arrive you will see everything else is extra and it's generally 10 euros per day no matter what. We were booked in 4 days and left after 1 sleepless night
