my room was spacious, plenty of room for one person, blackout curtains, very very quiet and the staff was fabulous!! Loved the easy walk to the thai embassy!! Many restaurants close by depending what your taste buds fancy!!

Been staying here yearly for 6 years...but this year will be the last. Basic amenities were not available last year as they said we need to be in a new wing for that. So this year we expected better amenities as we had paid extra for it, but compared to 4-6 years ago....it has really dwindle down to almost no amenities. On top of that, room appears dusty, including the sheets...I can feel the dust in my nose as I try sleeping at night. Free refreshments is only at limited hours now unlike before... Read more

i stayed in the family room in the old wing. the room have double queen bed. i had to add in extra bed since i have a 9-months old baby and the queen bed quite small for us. the room furnished with old fixed and furniture. just for a night, and i'm OK with that.

The hotel is not too posh or luxurious but it caters to a person's basic needs like a bed, bathroom, WiFi and TV with access to news channels. However, the sound proofing in the hotel is not good and whatever is happening downstairs can easily be heard inside the room, making it almost impossible to sleep when we go there during the Tamil festival every year. The carpark is also very small, making it difficult to park our huge tour bus.

Stayed here 2-3 times and never again. Rates are quite cheap but every time I got into the room, I'll be in a shock. The state of upkeep and cleanliness is a nightmare. Even it's for a night''s sleep, I will not be back.
