What I expected for a rm200 hotel: nice view, clean bed, clean toilet , hot shower , cold aircon. It meets all my require. The worker at reception nice and ask me to wait another worker , so they can bring me to the room. So I satisfied with Malibest .1 problems was I can hear the voice of beside room. The room beside my room had a party at night , lucky that night I felt very tired, so I won't disturb my sleep. Many people critic a lot about the room service , cleanliness , bla bla bla... Affordable Rate , Very Nice Rooms, Rooms are quiet good. I would prefer you choose a room at first floor onwards, instead ground floor since got balcony ;) Close to beach - Once you are done with beach you can directly go to your room and shower...

Stayed two nights at the hotel which is located along Pantai Cenang. The rooms are basic and generally clean but the sheets are slightly stained. What's nice about the hotel is the location whereby you can just walk out to beach and they have a small swimming pool with slide. Yes slide for adults and children. Walking distance to many available eateries, bar at anytime of the day. For shopping, just walk towards Cenang Mall and the duty free at Underwater World.

The location is what makes this hotel - it is literally on the beach. Which is perfect for the leisure traveler who doesn't mind a little sand in their hotel room. The 7am and sunset swims in the warm sea make up for that. The beach is probably the prettiest strip of it that there is on the whole island, white sand, plenty of space... And if you're not into the sea, as there are some nicky creatures that like to nibble on people, there is also a pool surrounded by palm trees that offer a great r... Read more

We stayed in the brick building and room was very spacious, bed was very confortable and staff were helpful. Pool is just next to beach with amazing views. Location is next to beach and restaurants, shops in cenang beach. If we come back I will choose the tree house instead of brick building.

We reached lankawi airport at 8.30 am and then rented a car and left for oriental village where we enjoyed sky cab,5D show, art muesum at one place. Then we checked in Malibest hotel at Cenanag beach which i would recommend quiet average type of hotel in lankawi .Here we found a wonderful indian cuisine i.e mumbai palace where we enjoyed all vegeterian food but yeah...at very expensive rates... since there are less choices for vegeterian. On second day we left for Mangroove tour where we wer... The hotel was not clean at all, the carpet was simply disgusting, and the toilet was never cleaned during our stay. The walls were so thin you could hear the next door toilet being used, the motorbikes on the street and all the people passing on the corridor. The bed linen was very worn down and there was many holes. The towels were stain and did not smell nice.

Loved it. . The treehouse is the most romantic place in Langkawi! Location, view, service everything about it is super awesome! However, few improvement is required in terms of services, there is no phone in the room which is very inconvenient. The staffs tries they best to provide good customer service.

I visited this resort during December 2014. I had done the booking directly from its website. there are two buildings for this resort. One is in front of the beach and the other one is across the road. I preferred to take the one across the road. The room provided to us was huge and nicely maintained. The experience of staying at this place is amazing. The people at the reception are very friendly. They helped in organising the tour trip. We went with the Barons. Got a good discount too. Just at... Read more

I read lots of reviews, so was prepared. We stayed in what we thought was the best room in the property - Langgun. It's a stand alone cabins beside the pool & with great view of the beach. Very basic, but has the essentials of a safe (not working, but was fixed), fridge, air conditioning. Bathroom very shabby, room cleaning basically non existent. We had no towels in checking in, still waiting hours later. Room not cleaned one day - complained the next day and they cleaned it about 5pm but... Read more

Great location, close to food and shops, but we rented villas right on beach. We ended up having locals using our outdoor furniture during the day, and at night, they sat right on our front doorstep drinking and eating. Quite scary since we are females travelling alone. The staff are quite lazy, the resort rundown, total lack of management. A different resort in same area would be the go.

We were travelling in a family of 6. It was a little bit pricey but the room was huge and it can fit in 2 king size bed. The view was awesome from the beach but we stayed for a night only and we didn't did much activity. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, you can walk to eateries spots by walking distance. Sometime's you can feel that you're in Thailand walking down the streets of Cenang.
