Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur is a worthy hotel. Positives : 1. The location are very near to Sungei Wang Mall and Lot 10, very great. 2. Clean and new renovated room. 3. Efficient lobby design. 4. The price is worthed. Negtives : 1. The hot water need a long time to be warm, it's quite annoying. 2. Breakfast is actually very good, but lack of variation day by day.

Stayed for 4 days for New Year in KL, from 30th of December to 2nd of January 2017. along with my family and my mom's friends. It's better than I thought it would be. I got the newly renovated room on the 18th floor, which was nice, standard deluxe room, which sadly was the only type of room available at the time.. But it's okay, we can still sort it out nicely with extra beds. The sheets are a bit dusty though, and my bedcover are holey.. Although it was replaceable. No problem with the bat... Read more

Room that we got were newly renovated and clean, toilet is spacious. On my 2nd day, there's no hot shower, however, they are quite efficient to rectify the problem fast. Just to take note, they don't provide toothbrush, unless you request for it. But I'm quite happy that they provide iron & ironing board. Unfortunately, food at the restaurant is not to our liking & are limited, so we had our meals outside the hotel which is quite convenient.

Nice hotel in top location. Good lifts big rooms and huge beds. Mins walk to Pavillion and right next to Monorail. Next to Lot10 which has one of KL's best food courts. I tried it and was impressed. Only negative is the poor Wi-Fi.

The location is superb. Close to Bukit Bintang Monorail, across to Sungei Wang and 5 minutes walk to Pavilion. The lobby is nice although not so wide. Visiting on Christmas month and the lobby has bear, penguin n beautiful Christmas tree. It is clean, modern n chic. Room is not so spacious. My room has only shower but the hot n cold water work. I left my passport on the desk accidentally but it is safe. Thank you for that. Breakfast is not so variety but still u can have more than standard.

The hotel location is in Bukit Bintang area, only 5 minutes walking distance from Pavilion, one of the best shopping mall in KL. The price range is below than other 4 star hotels. However, the building is old and not well maintained. The facility is average. The variety of the breakfast is wide but the taste is average. The hotel staffs are friendly.

Few steps away from Lot10(newly open isetan japan shop inside) and Bukit bintang monorail station (4-5 stations from kl sentral station). There is always congested traffic infront of the hotel regardless the time. 5-10 mins walking distance from Pavillion(which u can another 10 mins to KLCC). One station away(Imbi, or 10-15 mins walking distance to Berjaya times square mall). Hotel room is good. Comfortable bed. Not soundproof room, u can hear door open, people talking.. But overall okay. We booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. We were extremely disappointed when we entered our rooms. We got very old rooms with old furniture, mirrors filled with black spots, bad smell from the carpet, dusts on the furniture, broken toilet just to mention a few. We immediately complained to the front desk and made them understand that we cannot stay in such rooms especially with kids. They told us that they will send the maintenance guys to fix the issues!! Hopefully, I was reading another reviewer commen... Read more
