Booked this room because of it's convenient location to shopping malls and food street. Although there is signage stating is a non smoking room, i could smell cigarette smell upon entering. Got bit headache after staying in for awhile. I went to get air freshener from the supermarket to counter the smell. There were not windows so i think is quite difficult the ventilate the room to get off the unpleasant smell. Room size is just enough for 2 (we have no big bags). Anyway just need to sleep. ... Let's start with the positives. The location is very good. It's very close to everything (transportation, shopping, restaurants, etc). The staff was nice. It's a very small hotel so there is no restaurant or other amenities. Considering this the price is so-so but I think you are mainly paying for the location. There is free wi-fi. The negatives. The rooms for single or couple are tiny. When I say tiny I mean tiny. You can't really walk around. If you have a queen size bed your walki... Read more

We came to this hotel thinking we ve found a bargain but boy was I wrong. The entire hotel had a grandma smell. The rooms were so shockingly small and nasty that we immediately requested an upgrade to the deluxe chamber. The hotel is situated in the bukit bintang area which is very nice. However the area transforms into a prostitution place at night with various chinese ladies asking you whether you want a massage. When visiting Kuala Lumpur keep in mind that there are enough decent hotels at th... Read more

We booked the t hotel for 2 nights. We arrived a little bit late but that wasn't a problem. When we saw the entrance of the hotel we immediately knew that this isn't going to be good. We're traveling around Asia for the last month staying in hostels, guesthouses, dorms and hotels so we can compare this with something. when you open the front door the comes comes a really bad smell upon you can't explain witch smell but so bad. Boys behind the reception no emotion what so ever. With the elevator ... Read more

Very bad service, obviously run by Indian authority. Booked a single room the price I could get better rooms at sungei wang. Asked for a room with window. Guess what, I was given thr first floor of a roadside room, where window was fixed and ppl cud see me from road ir I removed curtains. The room was little tinier than a coffin. There was literally no space for my luggage bag to keep other than on bathroom door. U cant take a proper crap Coz the basin will be six inches apart from ur face. Loud... Read more
