On the plus side location ok and pool ok The rest of it well the place is old and tired. My room had a double bed dividing it to get to the other side of the room you either had to climb over the bed or hold your stomach in and squeeze along bed and wall. Very little English spoken at reception and I asked for an alarm call and am still waiting. The room was not that clean and they would forget basics like toilet paper. My tv broke and nothing done about it. The breakfast was truly average a... Read more

1. Clean 2. Full equip with basic important stuff: - security box - iron and ironing board - fridge - mineral water - cute & wash room - fast response when help were needed -wifi in the room -provides car park for hotel's visitors 3. I'm a returning customer. This is my first choice stay when visiting jln TAR. My children enjoy playing at the pool and dont need to worry about my car since it has private parking. Places of interest are just walking distance. Will stay here in future for sure.

This place is literally falling apart if you like shabby then book here! Overpriced for what it is. We had to pay extra for wifi in the rooms too!! Cons: Receptionist very hard to understand. Miserable staff - need to learn to smile! Very small rooms we had 2 twin beds instead of a queen, room full of dust, stains and marks!! This didn't bother us too much but limited TV channels. Sauna wasn't working unfortunately - we weren't informed. Pros: Free water in rooms Good aircon Good varie... Read more

Overall the hotel is good. Only one minor point is that the hotel does not provide free wifi. Even budget hotels nearby that I had stayed before like Frenz & Starpoints do provide free wifi. Hope Silka Maytower will have this facility on my next visit to KL.

We stay here for 4 days. Good location, breakfast buffet. A lot of fruits and vegetables. Polite staff. Swimming pool very nice. And of course good price. The rooms are big, but Windows don't open. I'm recommended to book this hotel. .......

Can honestly say the grubbiest room I've ever seen, literally crawling! Put us in a room with an inter connecting door that didn't lock, so wouldn't have even felt safe knowing someone could just open the door!! The smell in the room was un bearable it hit us as soon as we opened the door, the corridors were bad but the damp smell in the room was un acceptable! Every item in the room was stained with dirt I would rather have stayed in a hostel than this hotel .. How is is a 4* I've stayed in 2* ... Read more

The price is quite cheap compared to other hotels and it's within a walking distance to lots of small shops in Masjid India. There is also a new mall in front of the hotel so, SOGO is near and a monorail station also can be reached within a few minutes by walk. The hotel staff were helpful and and the room was good and spacious. But, it's just that we were given a room on the 30th floor which I didn't like.

Location is good if you travel during the month of ramadhan. Where you can do shopping until midnight in that area. Well the hotel is good. Clean and cheap. Not really like the toilt door, you cannot lock ur toilet door. Not that practical if you stay with friends. And btw i stay in standard room. Gym and swimming pool availble.

Hotel location is excellent, close to Masjid India everything is available closely and vegetarian restaurant is walking distance . Staff is very helpful. Room size is small for families. It would have been much better if they include breakfast in price.

This is a really tired hotel. We upgraded our room because the standard room is minuscule however whilst the 'deluxe' at an extra 60 ringgit a night was larger, it was old, shabby and many items were in disrepair. I feel like I spent half of our time there waiting for the lift, which services, the multi storied car park also. Language was an issue with all staff, and whilst they were friendly several issues caused frustration due to very poor English language comprehension. (Yes I know I was vis... Read more

If you plan to just spend the night after a long day shopping then it's fine. But if you plan to just chill and relax, this isn't the place for you. The hotel needs upgrading. It's carpark is also old and spooky. Nevertheless is right in the middle of the Golden Triangle and it's affordable.
